My wife and I stoped in to look at a 2021 Yamaha raptor 700r se with upgrades they where asking $10,999. how it sets. This is how the ad was written: These were upgrades still on the ATV. Long travel Elka Legacy shocks front and rear, Alba long travel A-Arms, Tusk extended axle (YFZ450R width and height), HMF stage 5 slip on exhaust with HMF fuel optimizer (runs fantastic and sounds mean with a deep bark), K-Light pods replacing the dim OEM headlights, AIS delete to prevent notorious lean pop off idle, Case saver, ALBA nerf bars, Hardline hour meter. As of this writing quad has 15hrs on it. Comes with full factory warranty. These are the upgrades that were excluded from the purchase. Priced without the FAST FLEXX bars, SPYDER grips, HYPER bead locks, RAZOR2 tires & steering stabilizer (Could be included which is another $2,700 in parts & labor) Clearly states it's priced without certain upgrades, which I was fine with. After not being able to find the ATV on the floor, I asked someone about it only to find out it was at the managers house. After talking with them about the ATV, I was told they wanted a additional $3000 for the upgrades still on the ATV plus another $2700 if I wanted the bars, tires and rims and steering stabilizer. My husband saw on Facebook that they offered a bed rack for sleds. so he drove all the way out there (1.5 hr) for them to tell him "we can try and work it in a deal, but it really depends on your credit. but, it would be easier if you bought a side by side or something more expensive then just one sled.". he ended up leaving. he returned a month or so later with our son who was looking for a sled and they told him that there is absolutely no way that they can finance and sled rack. they also had a ski doo that my son was looking at and noticed that it was being sold as new. however after speaking with the sales man they figured out that it was actually used. Be careful when shopping here. they are sketchy and do not care if they have false advertisement. read more

A shout out to Kevin at the Service Dept for his outstanding Customer service. I had an appointment for my Polaris Ranger 1000 to be serviced on 1/27/23. Kevin allowed me to bring it in two days before my scheduled appt because I was leaving on vacation. When I arrived, Kevin gave some very good news that the part for the recall on my Ranger was in stock and that they would install it and also do a WATV Road inspection for me immediately if I wanted to wait. The work was completed in less than an hour. I live 40 miles from the shop and this saved me an additional trip back to Enumclaw.! It's not every day that I have an positive experience like this. I have purchased virtually all of my snowmobiling equipment, sleds, accessories and trailers from Clems for the past 25 years. On my most recent purchase of a snowmobile trailer there were some complicating challenges with title and licensing and some errors were made. It took a while, but with the knowledge and experience of ownership, sales team and licensing personnel, everything finally settled out. There was a missing part of the trailer that Jake tracked down and had mailed to me. Clearly these guys don't care about reviews, but Yelp friends do not go to this business for parts or service. I called up to order a tire for my Can-am that they didn't have in stock. They are a can-am dealer I'm not sure why they wouldn't have the tires in stock. They made me pay full price up front and told me it would be in "next week". I wanted to schedule the service to install it right when it come in. The gentleman told me the service lady was on the phone and if I left a message she would call me right back. Needless to say it's been two weeks no calls so I figured I'd just call and cancel it. Welp, there's a %20 restocking fee that's policy? Nobody told me that. What a shitty way to run service. To be fair the sales guys were nice and before this event I was planning on buying a newer can-am from them. I'm himmin and hummin about this review. The is a service review but let it be known last year in April I got three quotes from different dealers to purchase two dual sport bikes (me and my wife) this dealer came in second. Not a close second, there was a much superior offer saving us over 1K from their quote, even more from Hindshaw's who in my opinion I will never buy from or use their service. Now with that all said here is the review on the service side. I called all three places as mentioned above reference the scheduled service on my KLR 650. Just like in pricing of the bikes they all came in the same spot for service, cost wise. I brought my bike here as it's closer to home than Skagit Powersports. I did take it there for the first scheduled service and they had the best price and was very happy with it. It's just a long way and I needed my service interval done now and closer to home (Puyallup)was needed. I called and scheduled a same day service. This should take less than 3 hours. It took longer, much longer, I wish I would have just dropped it off with my truck as I barely made it to work on time. Lesson learned with scheduling that and won't trust that again. As for the work done and price I was satisfied. Sorry as this was last year and just noticed it saved as a draft and didn't post. read more

I bought a brand new ATV paid cash. I brought it home rode it around my property once parked it and in the morning I attempted to ride it. I discovered that the transmission will not shift. The salesman brushed me off by saying he will send someone out to fix it that day and he gave my word he would call back with a time for the repairman arrival. He sent me a text at the end of the day saying he will try to get someone out the next day. He broke his word to me to call. I called to talk to the owner and told them I will hold for as long as it took. and did not want voicemail they pushed me to voicemail. Worst experience in my entire life So much to cover here, please bare with me. I have a 2021 RMK 850 I sent to Clem's for 2 different factory recalls. I spoke with Clem's many times before I sent my machine down from Alaska on my own dime. I was told that it would be a quick turn around. I spoke with service late October. They told me they were ordering my parts on November 3rd, and all they needed was my machine, I put it on the barge. My cost was around 900 dollars. Clem's picked up my sled on November 21st. After almost a month I called and no work had been done. I was told that they were waiting on Polaris to warranty the 1900 dollar track I paid for. I asked them to just do the work and I would deal with the warranty stuff after I get my sled back. It was only then.. December 9th did they even start to order my parts. I asked them many time to please include new ski bolt for my ski. and please do the new ECU flash update. Fast forward to January 21st that's right 3 months.. still no sled. I was lied to so many times I called Jeff the manager and pleaded my case. Was promised that they would get my sled down and do all of the ESD recall, engine flash, and all of the track driver recall work that could be done while waiting on the templets to cut the skid rails. Well none of that was true and nothing was done. Every time I called I reminded them that I needed a new Ski bolt, and that I needed the old and new revision number of the new ECU flash update for my service records. The hold up was the templet that was needed to cut the rails. I called another dealer in the area and they said that they would cut the rails for me as they had the templets in stock. Clem's would not allow me to have a friend pick up the rails and drive them to another Polaris dealer. So we waited even longer. Finally after calling a case supervisor at Polaris, I got them to ship the templets directly to Clem's. Well it took over a week after the templets were in hand to even start the work on my sled. mind you, they told me it was 1 days worth of work and that it would be ready when parts arrived. I called the owner Clem, he promised that it would get done immediately and make the sailing on the following Friday... They didn't even make that on time. costing me another week in barge time. I got my sled back finally, well over three months later. I called on Monday just after they shipped it, to ask if the sled was on the pallet I sent it on, or if it was able to just drive on to my truck. I was told it was on the same pallet. I was also told on that Monday that the forgot to send my ski hardware.. Not just the new bolt that I had ask for many, many times but MY sleeve and bushings were forgot about too. I was told that day... we are sending these over night. So at the time of my call on that Monday, they already knew they forgot my hardware to attach my skis. I asked for carrier and tracking information. I was told once again that they would call back and give me that information. Like all the times before... no call back. so I asked again.. finally got an answer a week later with tracking info. that was created that day and that it was not being shipped over night. So I waited a week for them to mail MY parts, and now have to wait another week for the parts to arrive. I never got the ECU flash information. even though I kept asking. I honestly doubt they even did the update. Polaris case workers are looking into that for me. I did get a call from Clem's on Jan 6th that Polaris did warranty the track. that was almost a month ago.. and that check was just now issued Feb 3rd, after I asked about it many times. I still don't have that check. I still don't have my parts or a working sled. Countless times I was lied to, and not called back. They took possession of the sled November 21st 2022 As of today Feb 3rd 2023 I still don't have a working sled or my check. Clem's has not offered me a single thing to help make up for me losing an entire season of riding, My stress, my time, or made any attempt to make it right by me. I do not trust any of these guys, I would not deal with them at all for any service related issue. This has been by far the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with and I am 50 years old. I really wanted to shop locally, but I'm sorry we did. We needed a side by side with a dump bed for work on the farm. We wanted a Polaris, but the smooth sales pitch led us to believe the Kymco was just as good. Easy to get parts, reliable vehicle, would be just as happy with the Kymco, and Polaris may take up to 6 months to deliver...worst decision! We paid cash, so Clem's got 100% of their money, we held up our end of the contract. This thing worked for 20 hours before it started backfiring, sputtering, stalling, intermittent starting issues, etc. Took it to Clem's for repairs under warranty. They said it was fixed. We brought it home and used for another 6 or 7 hours total before it began doing the same thing again. Again, we took it to Clem's. Again, they said it was fixed, but this time we drove it before leaving the shop. It hadn't been fixed...so we left it with them, and there it sits, months later. Apparently waiting for parts which the salesman said were SO EASY to get. By now, the 1 year warranty is nearly up, and they aren't making it right. We've owned it for approx. 5040 hours and have only been able to use it for approx. 30 hours. We will never spend our hard earned money at this place again, and after reading the previous review of racist behavior we feel pretty good about that decision. read more

Bad repair job, Bad service rep. Took our pristine garage kept bike like new with only 2k miles on for a replacement tpms for the front wheel. Was quoted $400 over the phone, they did not tell us to order the sensor first. Took it in and they took it off and said that's what it needed so of course another week till the part comes in. The quote was now $600, because they had to diagnose it and so on....talked Mat into lowering it to $450 with military veterans discount and due to being quoted $400. It was dirty and they had scratched the wheel and he said he couldn't discount anymore because he already gave us the military discount of $ 20.00. That's our last time here! The price quoted at auburn was $360.00 $100 cheaper, and they had the part in stock. read more

This is a hard review to write but I'm just so tired of going here and seeing the prices always a little higher then anywhere else and for the sales guys I'm just so over dealing with them. I have bought 2 snowmobiles and a dirt bike from here. I love shopping in town cause I believe you need to support the businesses in the town that you live in. But I'm so over it. The people working in the parks department have been awesome to deal with and that's pretty much the only reason I have come back in the past. The service sucks. At least for me it did. I had a sled that just wouldn't start back up on the trail and so we towed it down and then dropped it off here. After a week they still didn't get to it. So I picked it up and fixed it myself. Then my other sled had an issue and same thing. After a month I go and pick it up and it still doesn't work. So I fix that as well. And then the last straw. When I bought the sled I was told that I could either get 0% but only 1 year factory warranty or do the 2.9% to get the 3 year warranty. So I went for the warranty and then find out this summer that I don't have a factory warranty. So I went with 2.9 and got a 1 year warranty. Not happy at all with that. And when I have tried to ask what happened I get the run around. But apparently I got a warranty through some other company. This is not what I wanted or agreed too. Pretty sad I must say. read more

My wife and I were looking for a side by side for our property in eastern Washington. I did research and narrowed it down to Polaris and Honda. I work in enumclaw so it seemed obvious to check this place out. Most people do business via the internet these days and we are no different. We found the Polaris we were interested in and used the link to contact them for info and talk about working a deal. They could never even be bothered to call us or contact us in any way and discuss a deal so we purchased a Honda at noble rush yesterday. One star is being nice. Tried to buy two jet skis from them last summer the sales man was just an ass so I went home called some other dealerships and for them at Webb Powersports for $3500 cheaper for the same exact thing. Then I took my jet skis to Clem's to get my jet skis serviced and when I got them back the oil filler cap is missing. So now I have to take them somewhere else to get them checked to see what else they forgot. I will be requesting a refund for the services since I have to go pay someone else to double check their work. This place is a joke. read more

Watch out for these guys. It begins with an "unsmiling," ho hum greeting and doesn't get much better from there. I've tried them several times over several years - First, the service tech told me my Kawasaki needed a valve adjustment. The valves are self adjusting, confirmed by the new mechanic I found. Thought I'd try them again a few years later - they couldn't get my oil filler cap off. Then I bought a new battery - got it home and there was no installation hardware. The Parts folks forgot to put them back in the box, lost them and had to "rob" another battery to replace them (after I drove all the way back out there from Puyallup). Finally, today, I tried to schedule an oil change - no one was available to take my call so I left a message. Of course, no one called me back. Poor service is one thing, but I wonder if this inattention to detail might one day kill me as my bike falls apart bebeath me. read more

Understand that if you are just buying something from this dealer you will probably be fine, however I will not trust anything they say. I had a trade trying to buy a Defender XMR, talked through a deal made a counter offer, and was told that they would get back to me! After two days and seeing the unit was off the dealer web site, I called back and was told that the unit was sold and there was nothing they could do about it. I should have just stuck with Paulson's a real straight talking, no nonsense dealership. read more

Terrible place. Twice I have been burned by these people. First time (shame on them): contacted them about an ATV they had on sale. Agreed on price, got approval for credit, agreed to pick up the end of the week (they had to service it before I could pick it up). Stopped by at the agreed time to pick it up and was told they had sold it the night before. Had to cancel all the financing, hit on my credit, etc. Second time (shame on me): Dropped of motorcycle wheels to have new tires installed, was told no problem, they'll be done that day. Drove out that evening, and was told they didn't have time to get to it, wouldn't be done until the next day. So, drove out the next day (the day we were leaving on vacation) and was told they couldn't get to them, and theyd be done the next day. No phone call, no sorry, no more. I will not return to this place, it's an absolute joke. read more

As this is one of the only ATV/MC dealers left in the area we decided to try them out. We went in looking for helmets and accessories. Upon first glance they appeared to have a wide variety of helmets and clothing. While looking into the helmets we found a couple of styles/colors we liked. Of course both medium and xl were impossible to find in our color choices. We stood in line at the service desk after waiting for help for 30 minutes and as it turned out the employees were too "busy" for us. While walking around and chatting or taking phone calls it appeared evident we were not a priority to be helped. We will not be back to the Enumclaw location and will be driving to auburn or Tacoma to shop at a dealer that will appreciate our business. read more
