One man that works there was going off on me and made some threats and then a woman who was supposedly in training came in yelling and eventually threatened me saying she's got a gun in the car. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional company, I had to call the cops on them. My car was towed. No one wants that, but it happened. The short stout guy with the bleach fuzz top who seemingly owns the place berated me. I received two quotes and the first was from him. The second was from his employee who apparently made a mistake. He was rude and demeaning on the phone and then worse in person. He is the kind of person that is so awful, your skin crawls for hours after interacting with him. He yelled at me, saying, "I told you on the phone that it was going to cost this much!" I'm a petite woman, mind you and was plenty kind to him. I hope he gets the help he needs; no one should treat others that way. read more

I went off the side of the road into a ditch a few miles from Crystal, WA with 2 7 yr old twins in the back. My car wouldn't start so the kids began to get cold. It took the tow company over 3 hrs to come get us out of the ditch and then they brought the truck up the mountain with an old truck from the 1980s that wasn't even capable of towing me to a mechanic in Enumclaw. They charged me $610 and left us with a dead truck up on the mountain with 2 7 yr olds!? I wouldn't call these guys if your kids' life or vehicle depended on it!! read more

After a pretty horrible day of rushing around in our busy life, my car breaks down. being stuck on the side of the road 4 months pregnant with my dog in the hot car, I just about hit rock bottom for the day. Nothing could have cheered me up. Thankfully after some drama with my insurance company I called Fred's towing and they came to the rescue. They were within the window of arrival and very quick to approach my vehicle during traffic. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but I received the best service. I drive a mustang and this man treated my car like a Maserati. He used certain tie downs so it wouldn't scratch the underside of my car and used wood to make sure my exhaust pipes didn't scrape the concrete on the way up onto the truck. That alone was above and beyond what any tow truck driver has ever done for me! He then took us around a horrible traffic jam into the back roads of Bonney lake to avoid an accident. He stopped at the gas station so I could fill up on gas to see if that would fix the car. And most importantly he got us home safely. I am more grateful for such a simple service than they could possibly understand. My spouse called their shop to personally thank them for taking care of me today. I will now highly recommend Fred's towing any time I get the chance. Great company! Great service! read more

These guys are your typical small time tow company that supliments income by stealing from people. I have over $1500.00 of mechanics tools in 3 different bag in my car when it got towed to freds towing. The next day all my bags of tools were gone. Not only that they charged me an after hours fee for getting my car on a saturday. These guys are a joke. read more

Needed an engine for my son's 97 Honda. Wil said he had one and to give him a few minutes to look at it. Called me back and said it was NOT complete but he had another one they would have to take out of a car and was in good condition. Engine was as he said it would be. Wow!! These guys are the nicest people I work with. Most other junk yards make you come out and pull your own parts and overcharge you. These guys will pull the parts for you and charge reasonable price. Bill even came out and make sure the parts I asked over the phone are there and in good condition before telling me to come. Other junk yards I've been to are filled with nonprofessional uneducated counter men that swears and some even yelled at customers. Fred is a little far but is worth my trip. And there wasn't an unpleasant personality to deal with among anyone there. Everyone was just great.
