After a few changes of pace and a series of unfortunate events, I ended up with the new 124 Abarth Spider. John and his team eagerly consulted with me and gave me a game plan to start the process of getting my car some more street-fun power. They started off by showing off some of their custom fabrication skill by building me a one of a kind downpipe (there are NONE on the market to this day) which was both built perfectly but also opened up a huge dead zone in my car's power band. Even better? They dyno'd it to prove it. That is how your speed shop should be! I am very excited to work with this team with this new car. Huge compliments to John, the owner of this business and his accomplishments in the Fiat tuning world. His passion and knowledge of this new wave of small turbo power trains is kicking off. Stated there is no warranty on the work he did on my car. That is a poor business practice on simple installation method of the correct seals and lack of using the correct gaskets or incorrect installation (no silicone as needed). Refused to respond to better business and attorney general response to reimburse me for my additional expenses (aprox $600) I incurred to fix the oil leaks which included engine removal from the car. I do not recommend Scotts Performance for any work he does not stand behind his work and you may spend additional money for simple oil leaks from the first day. He also damaged a custom paint job on the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

It wasn't their fault the part came from the factory a little damaged but they went above and beyond to get it fixed for me anyways. Both employees were very friendly and didn't make me feel like "some dumb girl that doesn't know squat about vehicles". And they even opened the door for me when I left! Such Gentlemen! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the part was a little damaged, even though they fixed it, they should still be ordering from a more reliable source so they don't run into embarrassing issues like that again.

Just a look at the gallery on their website gives you an idea of the extensive inventory they keep. No matter how obscure, they can usually find us one. They also have a comprehensive inventory list on their website. The quality of the repairs to the bumpers is much better than the other companies in the area. Most of the time we can't even tell where the bumpers were repaired. And Jessica is awesome! She is always so helpful and on the rare occasions when there's been a problem with a bumper she takes it back, no questions asked. Highly recommended!

We found a rear bumper cover for a Volkswagen Beetle on Genuine bumpers' website that matched the part number of the bumper cover we were searching for. My parts manager called and spoke with a representative named Sarah M. He gave her the OEM part number for the bumper cover that corresponds to the Beetle we are working on. Sarah then sent us a picture of the bumper cover to confirm. After confirming that the picture looked like the bumper cover we needed, we placed the order. The bumper cover we received had a different part number than the posted listing we viewed. The part number we gave her was: 1C0807649NGRU (Coupe) The part number we were sold is: 1Y0807649FGRU (Convertible) We called Sarah and explained that although the bumper cover looks like the one we needed, it is not the correct one. (There are two extremely similar ones that are basically indistinguishable other than by part number). She said that because we approved the picture she sent us, we will have to pay again for the correct bumper cover. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. The bottom line is, we ordered by part number, not by photo. They are using their own fictitious technicality to avoid correcting their mistake. I will not give Genuine Bumpers another dime. I'd rather buy this bumper cover from Egypt for twice the cost then deal with this company's antics again. I don't know how company's stay in business with this kind of service, but hopefully the next customer will read this review and not make the same mistake that I did. Trusting them, that is. If this company has any bit of reputability, I'd think they would want to correct their mistake after reading such a negative (yet unfortunately true) review. I am a reasonable person, experienced business owner, and respected, locally, in my profession. I did not achieve such a status by pulling stunts like this on customers.
