Went home and changed my oil, came back with my jug of used oil. The girl at the counter was slow (almost high). She finally understood I was there to turn in the old oil. She took the oil and within 30 seconds came back stating their was "water or gas" in the oil. I asked her what made her think that and she said it was due to the smell. I took the cap off and it was black oil and you could smell it from mile away. Lazy girl probably didn't want to get her hands dirty. Service manager was snotty and totally rude and quite condescending! This gentlemen was picked by our couch manufacturer to repair our couch. First he was picked to…read moreinspect it, so he didn't give us a window of time like the cable guy he said he would be here at 1 and he was here knocking at our door at exactly one. Then when he was picked to do the work he did the same, even though he told us since he was coming at rush hour it would be between 5 and 6 he showed up at like 5:05. So here I am thinking we are sitting on the floor for a week or two while he gets around to working on our couch, the next day he calls says hes finished and can drop it off that day or on the weekend if we weren't available. The man is amazing and so is his work.
