I forgot how to install them and I believe her name was Elizabeth, helped me from start to finish. She had even taken my call when I had questions about pricing and the best brand to get without being too expensive. I also purchased them with her and she installed them. So literally from start to finish. She and the other gal that helped install the battery need raises. They are super helpful in this store and if a warning light goes off on your car will hook it up to their machine and tell you what the problem is. If I take it to Nissan it's ridiculously expensive. My car is too old for their high pricing and has been paid off for years. I'm very happy with this AutoZone and will continue to go there.

If they're too thin they can't turn them down because the rotors will crack. The young kid used dial calipers to measure them and purposely applied more pressure to the dial calipers to give a false reading. Then told me I needed a new rotor. When I asked him what the minimum thickness was he couldn't even tell me . This is an old trick it's been used for years.. then he told me the rotors would be ready by noon ... wrong I will never shop at dis honest performance in Federal Way ever again......

Not a typical auto parts store but a specific place for car builders. They had everything I needed and knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked questions. They said they did. I show up, talked to the front desk and waited to talk to a rep. The old man I talked to had leather wrinkled skin with not one bit of enthusiasm or empathy for me explaining it was my first time. I saw him being short to the customer in front of me. Someone needs to get this grumpy guy out from behind the desk. Anyways, he tells me they don't have my Lexus Rx but apparently the part I needed was compatible on a Highlander. So he points me in the direction at the end of the lot to find the vehicle by myself. I knew better than to try my luck asking for someone to walk me out. I go, I look, I can't find the white Toyota he showed me a picture proving they had. I find another Highlander but it's not the same year, neither has the same part on it. I call the front desk to get a better understanding instead of walking back with all my tools to do so... they answer and put me on a 12 minute hold before I hung up the phone. I stand puzzled and soon find a lot forklift driver to help me out. Surprisingly he was very patient and helpful with my questions. That was a relief. He tells me the car I'm looking for isn't in the lot because it's new and needed to be staged. He tells me ten minutes but i waited in the location with the other highlanders thinking he would bring the new one to me in ten minutes. Well it took me 25 minutes to find him bring it in to the front of the lot. Again the caliper on the Toyota did not match the one on my Lexus and I wasn't going to risk paying for a part that is said to be compatible. What should have been a successful 1.5 hr trip turning into 3.5 hour let down. I don't like leaving reviews but because I've already wasted so much time what more is a deserving review of this place. Fix your front office! I will say this review probably won't matter because they do well from an operation standpoint by having a large lot and wide selection however I'm still going to be bitter, leave this review and try my luck with other places.

I had an 8:00 AM appointment for A/C service and needed the car back as early as possible. They had it done well before lunch. Even though I came in for A/C, they did a full diagnostic and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on--but didn't try to upsell me at all, which I really appreciated. The guy at the front desk (I think his name was Bobby) was great--super friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. It's also an employee-owned shop, and you can tell they actually care about doing solid, honest work. I'll absolutely keep bringing my vehicles here and would recommend them to anyone.

That call never came. I followed up at 11:00 AM -- they said they'd call back. Nothing. Called again at 1:00 PM -- "the tech is at lunch." Still no update. They promised another call within 30 minutes. Never happened. By 2:00 PM, my brother-in-law had to drive there in person just to get an answer. They told him it would be ready by 4:30 PM (they close at 5:00). We arrived at 4:45 PM -- only to be told it wasn't ready and we'd have to return the next day. I explained our mom was in the hospital and we urgently needed the car. They said it was "half done" and couldn't be released -- no apology, no urgency. I had to walk to the shop the next morning to retrieve the vehicle. They gave us a 10% discount, but honestly? Not worth the stress, wasted time, and total lack of professionalism. Bottom line: If your time matters or you need clear communication, take your business elsewhere. This shop does not respect your time, your needs, or basic follow-through.
