Because Mitsubishi starts ramping down some parts after 20 years I have to get craftier in my search nowadays and that's how I came across "Best Use" online. To make things trickier I have the unicorn of Montero's, the 3.5L, which had a much smaller run than the 3.0L. The part I saw online was 1/2 of what I paid, but I know that's because of the limited edition. Anyhoo, I honestly just wanted to leave this review specifically in regards to their completely superior customer service; it's off the charts amazing. Someone takes your order, someone confirms your order and that the part definitely fits your automobile, you get emails and calls at every step of the process and again once you receive the part. Now, the part I got ended up not being any good and I had to pull it back out and replace it w the old one. However, they do have a warranty on their parts so I wasn't too concerned about a refund, but now they want to charge me a 30% restocking fee after telling me nothing was wrong with the part, which my mechanic, myself and the dump of metallic shavings from inside wholly disagree. I b**ched and they drop the fee to 23%. Then when I acknowledged the refund via email with my unhappiness and told them they could NOT resell that part, they called and said they couldn't approve the refund unless I emailed again and just said I acknowledged the refund amount. I feel sorry for the customer service staff, but it's your only outlet to complain.

    I bought transmission from this company in December 2025. My mechanic installed prooerly costing…read more$9,000. it leaked almost all it oil after 1st drive, on my driveway, after reachimg home, from an internal gasket iINSIDE the transmission itself, not from any interface part or installaion gasket. This company refused to take responsibility for its products and its workmanship and claimed that the Installation mechanic had to DISASSEMBLE the transmission and check EVERY internal gasket INSIDE IT !!! The company had assured me that they checked the transmission before its shipping. obviously that did not happen. They just want to sell their defectice products. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY THIS COMPANY ENGINES OR TRANSMISDIONS. THEY TRICK YOU IN PAYING THOUSAND of $$$$$ for DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS that will dail after payiing more $$$$ to install. Even after i agreed to share zhe repair cost, they sent me a fake invalid voucher that cannot be used in any merchant they said its good for.

    Mixed opinion here - I stopped in to get some windshield wipers for my daughter's car. Not close to…read moremy house, but I was in the area and always want to support local business. They have the little computer thing you look up your make and model, and it spits out the wiper that you need. Her car is one of those that has two different sizes, the two wiper blades are not the same. I grabbed them off the shelf and the guy at the counter confirmed they were the correct ones for me. Got them home, and both wipers were the wrong size. Not just one, they were both wrong and really not even close. So I drive the 20 minutes back to the store and talked to another person, who now tripled checked in their computer that these were the recommended sizes. He then did some more looking, and figured out that the NAPA computer for some reason recommended two different sizes, one of which was obviously wrong. He then got me the right ones, but I had to pay an extra couple of bucks for the right ones. Pretty irritating, since it was their error that caused me to have to drive an extra 40 minutes. I'm conflicted because the guys working were definitely trying to help and ultimately I did get what I needed. But there is no reason that it should have been such a hassle, should have been right the first time. Seemed like a corporate flaw with the computer inventory or whatever, but at the end of the day the hassle flows to the consumer at the local level.

    I came into AutoZone today with a car that had just been jumped. I wasn't sure what the issue…read morewas--battery, starter, alternator? But TALON H was the absolute standout of my visit. He didn't just try to sell me something; he explained that while the battery might be the issue, it could also be the starter or another problem. He laid out the risks honestly, but after listening to his expert advice, I took the chance and bought the Duralast Gold battery. TALON H walked me through the whole process step-by-step, even installing the new battery for me. He was so pleasant, professional, patient, and knew his stuff. And then--we ran full diagnostic tests with the AutoZone scanner, and EVERY single part of my system passed! Cranking volts, RPMs, charging system--all green. The car is running like a champ now. This man needs a raise and a promotion. No joke--I'd hire him to run any business I'm a part of. He's sharp, respectful, has excellent customer service skills, and knows cars inside and out. If you're at AutoZone and lucky enough to get TALON H, you're in the best hands. This was my first time at AutoZone and it won't be my last. I'll be bringing all my car business--and my friends and family--here from now on. All because of TALON H.
