I stopped by because I had a really slow leak in a tire. I dropped my car off at 9:45am. 5 cars in the parking lot and was told they had 15 cars in front of me. No problem. I left my car and returned at 12:45 when I told them I'd be back and they assured me it would be done by. I was then told oh there's 15 cars in front of you and again 5 cars in the lot. I took my car in to get my tires rotated. I got my car back with a flat tire. Not sure how that wasn't noticed. Makes me wonder if they even rotated my tires? I would not recommend this shop. There are many better tire and car shops in town. read more

Last weekend we had a tire blowout on our dually truck and we managed to limp it to the Enumclaw location. Called them ahead of time and they had the truck squared up with two new tires in 2 1/2 hours. Today apparently I drove over a nail at a gas station in Black Diamond and drove straight here and they're taking excellent care of me again. Today I had an extra stressful experience with a freshly busted tire and a car full of kids (5 kids ages 7 and under) our senior golden retriever (15 years), and luggage. Arrived at 9:00am with a tire that had a slow leak. Told me it would be 1.5 hours. At 2 hours in I inquired how much longer and they told me there were two cars in front of mine. I have been a loyal customer with LS for over 25 years. This morning was my last visit. If they cannot predict how long it will take to fix a leaking tire I really don't want them touching any part of my car. Just a warning - they schedule all other work in front of that free roadside work and you pay for it when you buy your tires and pay for it again when you are waiting to get them fixed. read more

Extremely disappointing service. Personnel is unwilling to help. I had an account for quite a while, but didn't need to use it for over a year. When I did need it, they told me it was inactive and that they would not be able to reopen it. I was not behind on payments or anything, just had an account that I had believed had availability. I missed two days of work because instead of having the business relationship of an account with a company I trusted, I had to wait until payday. The worst part is that they pride themselves on being helpful, yet NO ONE here was willing to put forth any more than the bare minimum required. Honest, amiable, and professional service. I brought my previously owned car in for brakes and suspension replacement. The technician, Josh, who serviced my vehicle found a problem with one of the ball joints and in attempt to repair it, broke it. This was at the end of the day, just before closing. I was stranded. Josh called around, ordered and rushed the part as to have the work done in the morning and at no expense to me for the part. He gave me a ride back to my house that evening and picked me up in the morning after he finished the work. I am a nursing student who cannot miss clinical hours, it's a pass or fail situation. My site was 40 miles away and I needed the use of my vehicle which they were respectful of and finished in due time. Customer service is so underrated and overlooked these days. Les Schwab, and specially people at this branch would make Les proud. I am a lifetime customer and refuse to go anywhere else for tires or suspension service. I got refused service today at the Enumclaw Les Schwab. Les Schwab telling me no???????? WTF????? We own a small family farm near Enumclaw. We used Enumclaw Les Schwab Tire Center for many years between farm equipment and our own personal vehicles. We have 3 tractors, 2 flat bed trailers, 2 boat trailers, a stock trailer, 6 personal vehicles and 4 pieces of equipment that require tires. We just purchased 2 new tires for the front end of one tractor and 2 for our manure spreader. Nearly $1000 in purchased and installed just last week. We asked about removing back tires from one of our tractor wheels and installing them on new rims I had purchased for them. We were told to come on in and we'll get it done. We were told it would be at least $50 per tire to have it done with the possibility of the price going up depending on what they find. No problem. I get it that there is a cost to swapping tires and it seemed reasonable for what I was asking to be done. Well I showed up and the yard guy, Davin was great marking the correct tires for each side and I was told to go in and talk to MICHAEL about getting the job done. MICHAEL was great at first and I told him that I was looking to swap out the back tires of my tractor and put them on to new rims and I have them all with me. MICHAEL said "well sure we do that here lets go look." On the way over we talked about adding fluid back to the tires and how I was going to have to pay for new tubes and the fluid transfer. I was not surprised by that, knowing there is a cost to it all. We got to my trailer and he asked if I purchased the tires through Les Schwab. I said no, but they came with the tractor when I purchased it. MICHAEL shook his head and said "unless you purchased the tires through Les Schwab I am not going to do this job. I make more money on people who buy tires through us, especially commercial." I said so you are NOT going to do the job for me? Even though I am willing to pay for it and we just bought tires??" He said "no I am not." I said well ok then. I asked MICHAEL where I could go then to have it done and he said "I don't know." So you are suppose to be the BEST of the BEST and you have no idea who your local competition is to??? I was able to find Tiny's Tire Pros in South Tacoma near Parkland and they said "no problem, bring them in and we got you covered! NOT happy at all. How was I to know that the previous owner did not use Les Schwab and why is it my problem now that they said yes to doing the job and now they back out and say good luck finding someone? Bullshit in my opinion. If he at least said a few places that could help me in this matter, I would have walked away with a better feeling and with more respect for this organization. read more

I have been coming to Les Schwab for tire service since I began driving at 16. They were a great company that took pride in serving the small community I lived in. I have spent thousands over the years on tires and service from Les schwab. More recently I have noticed the service becoming lazy and sloppy. The last time I was in for a nail in my tire they told me they couldn't find anything and sent me on my way. I had to point out the nail to them, it was plain as day. How did they miss that? I truly think this location is staffed with inexperienced and/or lazy techs who don't take pride in their job or community. By all means, buy your tires somewhere else. read more

My wife and I went in there to purchase 4 Toyo Mud Terrains, and 4 Rockstar Wheels and not one person said, "Hi" "Hello" or "Can I help You?". In fact we stood there for 15 Minutes and the front desk Girl did everything in her power to avoid making eye contact with us. The one technician who came in also acted like we were invisible. They ALWAYS come running. This location is so convenient if you are in the Enumclaw area. There have been several times I'm on my way to or from my cabin when my check tire pressure light comes on. It's easy for me to pull right into their lot and they check and fill my tires. I've gotten tires here once for my car. They helped me pick the best ones that fit my price range. Also even though every pit was full, I was still out of there in less then a hour. This is my go to tire shop. read more

A loud noise developed in the rear end of my Ford 4WD truck. After trying to find it myself and doing some research online I concluded i needed new shocks. I work in enumclaw so called and was given an appointment that evening after work. Based on what I told the person I talked to, he thought i might need new shocks. In a short period of time a very nice man came out and showed me that the bushing at the top of the shock was shot and he replaced it for free but could not get the other side because the bolt was frozen. He applied penetrating oil and asked if I could come back the next day (today) which I did and it came right off and he also replaced this one at no charge. I'm very critical of many businesses that don't provide good customer service. See my reviews. Haha. This LS went above and beyond and have earned a customer for life. 2 times to show how good this company is: 1) I had a roadside flat in AL.... No Les Schwab there so I had to get a tire from a competitor. Les Schwab paid me for my purchase even though I had to buy it from another company. 2) today I brought my car in bc I felt like something was off with my tires. I kept it vague knowing it could be a balance or alignment issue. I got a wobble feeling or vibration of some sort at high speeds. The dude came out and told me the tire look fine. He said the balance & alignment were fine and that he couldn't get the car to make the sound or vibration. It's cool that they could have totally charged me for something but didn't! Wife had a nail in a "les schwab purchased" tire. Enumclaw refused to repair it because the wheels had spacers. Ironically the spacers were installed by another les schwab shop in puyallup. Enumclaw told her to take it back to the puyallup shop. So on her way to puyallup, the tire went completely flat and she was stranded for 3 hours waiting for me to get to her. Les schwab isn't the mom and pop shop I remember as a kid. I've spent at least 30k in the last 20 years at various les schwab shops. Never again. read more

I was driving to work the other morning. made it to Maple Valley and saw my back tire was going flat. I turned around to go back home, hit 3 gas stations to keep pumping up my tire, so that I would make it home. I decided to Google the closest les Schwab. Saw they didn't open until 8am. Decided to just park out front of the enumclaw les Schwab and work on my laptop until 8am. At this time, it was 6:20am. Then I noticed someone inside so I went up to the window and knocked. A gentleman named John, came outside and I told him my situation and if I could be the first customer at 8 am. He said absolutely not we are going to get you on the road right now so that you can make it to work. He opened the first stall, had me back in and had me back on the road within 15 minutes no charge. Unbelievable service. I never expected him to help me at this time in the morning. He made the comment that he is always in early prepping for the day. When I went back the following day to pick up my tire, they were very busy but they knew mine would take 10 minutes and took me right in. I was so impressed. Tried giving a tip, which they refused. I want to say thank you so much. I was able to stay on time for all my appointments that day. Amazing customer service. Reminded me of Nordstroms. Unbelievable service. Thank you Brian and staff. I've been a loyal customer of Les Schwab since I graduated from High School in 1972. Always honest, fast and professional...I could not think of going any where else. They have fixed flats on my John Deere Gator at no charge, check your tire pressure at no charge EVER ! just pull up to an open bay and they are there to immediately to check on you.
