    Jet ski on the water with new battery

    So a couple of weeks ago we had a family trip to the lake. We took our new and old jet ski. We get there and the old one doesn't want to start not even take a jump. So I called several auto places around and this is the only place that went above and beyond to help us get a new battery he took his time he asked questions about the old battery so he could make sure we had the right one. Others just off the top said sorry don't have it you gotta bring the old one in so we can see it (which reminds me i gotta drop off old one ) and yes Titus made it happened had a blast thank you soooo very much. Now that's what you call amazing customer service. He is a great asset to your team.

    Terrible service. Couldn't even use the bathroom. Waited in line for about 20 minutes with no help!

I dealt w/ 3 people upon my arrival, I can't recall their names, but the Grandfather of them all, I believe Terrell (dreads) and the manager. They were all very courteous, professional, knowledgable. Kept me informed, educated me and was a pleasant afternoon on a day I didn't want to get new batteries but had to. These guys are awesome, if you ever need anything in their helm the are top notch. Wish I lived closer to them, 3 hours south I'd refer EVERYONE there for their service, esp when today customer service seems to go waste side. These guys are top notch!

    This place talked me into buying a crazy expensive jumper pack to jump start a car. I have had…read moreinterstate tenders and maintainers since the early 90s and since technology has changed so much I thought this would be a good idea. After all they stamp their name in big bold letters on everything they make, so why would they make junk with their name on it? Turns out it's cheap Chinese junk and won't hold a charge after 3 months of use. Called the store back and I was told they quit carrying the enterprise jumper packs and had switched to a different brand called NOGO because theirs aren't as good. I talked to the person for another 20 min and he said they can return it for a store credit towards another one. Ok I'm down for that I said and they ordered another one. I told them I would cover the difference if they would order the bigger heavier duty one since this one crapped out so easily. 2 days later called back and of course the story changed. Now the guy said the store manager wouldn't let him return it without the original receipt. The receipt printed on thermal paper that was no longer legible since it was left in the car. I asked why because they were able to easily look up and see the sale recorded in the computer. He said it's because his manager said no and that was the last word. Well manager let me tell you that when you put your own company name on a product that does a few months later and don't stand behind it the last word gets stamped on the internet. Along with your poor customer service.
