I was looking for a rear tail light for a 2002 toyota prius. None in stock but they looked for one online for me! Great service!

J.P's Car Wash

Avoid JP's Car Wash (Balcones Woods)! There's only one working bay, and it's for a full-service…read morewash, which I didn't want. I only lost $1.50, but when I went to ask for help or a refund, I passed a sleek black truck with tinted windows. I spoke to an employee, and as they led me to the front, the truck suddenly screeched out of the parking lot. Turns out, the manager had been sitting in that truck the entire time, watching me use the quarters and walk past him--then he just took off.

I'm currently sitting at this place, wondering: how is it even functioning, alive and shameless?…read more These 10 minutes were so bad I wish I could get access to the video surveillance recordings to send the images of me trying to survive here and get stuff done, as I'd probably make it to the top 3 historical fails in car wash places. I had read the previous review and figured that it seriously couldn't be that bad - I don't have high standards regarding car wash places, so here are my thoughts about my experience so far: 1) Definitely no indicator letting you know that you're running out of time. 2) The pressure washer is SO STRONG that I almost flew away with it when I pulled the trigger. Talking about this, when you want to wash off the soap foam off of your vehicle, you literally MAKE IT SNOW. You don't wash away the soap, you just push it away and it just creates a snow tornado. Literally. Above your car (and head). 3) The placement of the tools is ridiculous. The hose being oriented towards the credit card reader and program panel, as soon as your money is taken, it rains on your feet. Pretty aggressively, given that it's a pressure washer... Yes, ladies and gentlemen: FREE FEET WASH FOR Y'ALL! Also, the foam brush is hung up high, so the time for you to move with your squishy feet from the program panel and pick "foam brush" and then walkto the other side to grab the tool, the brush starts foaming and the foam build-up falls where? ON YOUR HEAD. Free shampoo. Great. 4) Coin change machine out of use (today at least). 5) There's nobody on site, so I can't even tell at anyone. This is disappointing. 6) I was hoping to wash my heavy duty car mats, too. Usually, other places have these jumbo pins where you can hang them and power wash them. Nope, not here, obviously. I mean the next door bay had 3 of them, but not mine. Clock is ticking, I'm not going to move my car now... So I laid them down on the (gross - full of soil and debris) ground, and as the water pressure is so crazy and the place sucks, I ended up getting some old soil from someone else's previous wash being sprayed all over my mats. Yay. 7) I think the worst part is that I feel like the water smells like shrimp. I'm not even lying - I could also just be some water drain issue, but I guess I'll update this review later if when I come home, I realize that it's just MY smell after a hot work day. I'm pretty positive it's the water I just "washed" my car with though. Needless to say, I gotta go dry up my clothes now. Don't come here. Just don't. I'll just go finish this up elsewhere. Pictures 1) Low vehicles, drive slow. The place is super sloped and the driveway looks miserable 2) Oh, that's probably what stinks! Old bottles and food stuck under the water drain grate. And they're not from yesterday. I could read the date on one of them (that I cleaned up with the super duper powerful hose: 2012). Just sayin'. 3) The infamous high hung foam brush 4) How you get your feet wet from picking the cleaning program, with the hose ready to flood your feet...

Max, I'm pretty sure that was cashier's name, ran a test and told me that my oxygen sensor was bad. He states he knows a mobile mechanic, Edgar, and he doesn't speak English; he gets to shop in less than 5 minutes. Max asks me to move my car to the side; he stated the store manager is cool but the general manager has a problem with people working on cars in front of shop. After part is "installed," Edgar puts numerous bolts in a garbage pail and drives off. My car gave out shortly after starting it; call AAA. I went into store to ask for name and numbers of sales associate and mobile mechanic. Wrong numbers were given; not surprised.. Before car was towed back to San Antonio, the tow truck driver looks where oxygen sensor is and tells me nothing is there. Yesterday, car was towed again and I asked the guy if he wouldn't mind telling me where a part was; he said no and also told me oxygen sensor was not there. AutoZone, in the Windsor Park, area did an excellent job of assessing and did not try to take advantage of a disabled individual. The same can't be said about the location at 2602 S Congress. AutoZone, sales associates like the ones who worked Sunday afternoon, are not a professional look on your company and will have customers going elsewhere.
