Things changed when I took it to Hoglund. Dan got involved immediately. He took care of the estimate, handled everything with the insurance company and keep me in the loop. Because of the high demand for RV's these days, even repairs take longer, especially if ordering parts are involved, so these repairs did take time. No problem, Dan kept me well informed and even sent progress pictures. After completing their work, Dan arranged to send the unit to another shop down the street to have the engine and generator oil changed, saving me both time and having to deal with transportation.
