I guess I'm pretty diligent about returning online goods and every so often it's fun to send snail mail to friends, but other than that I'll just stop by occasionally for stamps for work mail. There are two main staff that have worked the counter for the several years I've been coming and they're always quite friendly. More than willing to work with you to get your items shipped safely and affordably. Sometimes the stamps options are limited, but I've never not been able to do what I needed. The facilities have always been very tidy and they seem to have a large section of boxes. I love my local post office!

They made clear efforts to be polite and respectful - little things like making sure we went through doors first when talking to them. We had a bit of a complicated move, they made sure they understood our goals and executed them better than we could have. I appreciated that they would good through each room with us before and after items were moved to confirm they were doing what we wanted. They saved us money by efficiently stacking everything both in the truck and in our storage units. We thought for sure we wouldn't be able to fit everything - but there was room to spare when tetris master Brittan was done with it. This was a far more positive experience than I'd have ever guessed. I'm pretty die hard with DIY approach to everything but this was money well spent.

After they left, my husband started going through the truck and saw that they had just placed things in the truck haphazardly and didn't stack from the bottom to the top so that there would be more room for other items. We realize that if my husband didn't intervene, half of our things were going to have to be left behind . My husband had to unload and load both the Pod and the truck, again, by himself. We were supposed to be on the road by noon. We got on the road at 9:30 that night. We ended up driving all night AND we arrived too late to move our things into the new home that has a strict HOA policy of moving only between the hours of 9 and 6 PM. So we couldn't move any of our things in until the next day. The folks that were supposed to help us move in that day weren't available the next day. This was a nightmare. These guys were terrible.

FEDEX is a very shady business ran by a very shady headquarter. They made an error with the…read moreshipment because of an internal update to their shitty service, which caused very expensive shipment getting lost and they lied about the delivery by faking a delivery date and time on the same day the same time on all of my shipments I sent that day. They caused the customers to get their money back for not truly receiving their items. I contacted FEDEX CS and got nowhere. I contacted the BBB and got no solution from them. It cost me over $700 and FEDEX never owned up to their mistake. BEWARE and do not ship expensive stuff with FEDEX because they never admit fault even if you buy insurance. She finished helping the older couple said sorry to a girl and then grabbed my package out of my hands, yeah Grabbed! I said the date is expiring today and didn't know if it was going to be ok, she replied it should be. That's real reassuring. I just walked out and left hopefully my package gets where it needs to go.

The prices per load do feel really high, but it's so convenient to use a big machine to knock out lots of bedding at once. I don't find them to be responsive if you run into issues there, though I really didn't push too hard over $1.50. It's otherwise a pretty standard laundromat, just cleaner.
