Unfortunately, even though I've called Bell Tire and Auto my mechanic shop for years now, I'm done…read morewith them. While the owner, Dave, is still there, I don't think he really runs the place anymore and lets all these new people he hired run it. And it's so obvious that they're not doing a good job. It's like a different mechanic shop now, same name. They don't communicate amongst eachother and the new guy behind the counter has lousy bedside manner. When I brought it in recently, they broke the driver's seat and was hoping I wouldn't notice, I guess. I've also noticed lately that there's new scratch marks in certain areas inside my car and the bottom part of my leather steering wheel is frayed and peeling. How does that even happen on the bottom part? I've noticed other things too over the last few months or year or so since Dave let Irvy run the show. I also have to repeat myself over and over again. I told Irvy probably five times that the inside of my trunk is coming loose. And they keep forgetting about it and I got the deer in the headlights look from the guy behind the counter when I mentioned it again this morning! Anyway, I brought my car back in today so they could fix the seat they broke and another issue that they were waiting on parts for. Irvy told me to bring it in this morning and that someone would give me a ride home, no problem. I was supposed to be working in the office today and my manager let me work from home so I could get my vehicle taken care of since Bell Tire is no longer open on Saturdays. And I get there and am sitting there for over an hour while I'm supposed to be on the clock at work. And when I asked the guy at the front desk what's going on, all he could say was there was nobody there to give me a ride. So I just took the keys back and drove off. Maybe there's another mechanic shop that actually wants my business. Quick update (7/25/2026): I had just paid Bell Tire and Auto over $1,000 to fix an issue with not being able to fill up my gas tank. Well, I just went to get gas yesterday and the issue is back! Stay away from these people!

If you want your brand-new car to come back looking like a used one, this is the place to go…read more My car was damaged by a dangling power line -- the roof paint was scraped, and the sunroof needed to be replaced. While the paint and sunroof work look decent, the condition my car was returned in was nothing short of embarrassing. Every window inside the vehicle, including the rearview mirror, was coated in a strange film or haze that wouldn't come off with normal cleaning. The clip for my sun visor was broken -- I went to move it, and the entire visor fell down. The in-car microphone was left disconnected, and some kind of glue, paint, or paste was smeared all on both the driver and passenger seats. On top of that, there were dirty handprints all over my tan headliner. When I complained, I was told to bring the vehicle back so they could clean up their mess. I reluctantly agreed. Upon pickup, I was told my car had gone through a quality check *and* a follow-up quality check by the manager. Based on what I saw, they must have a very different definition of "quality." The haze was still present on the windows -- an employee even admitted they had no idea what it was and that it was "extremely hard to get off." (Let's be real: you know what it is. You just don't want to say.) They did manage to clean the substance off my seats, and they reconnected the microphone and repaired the visor. However, the car was returned with more dirty fingerprints on the headliner, and a section of it wasn't even clipped in -- my husband had to fix it himself. After a couple of days driving it, I noticed that the rearview mirror mount was either scratched or had some kind of substance on it, too. Their attention to cleanliness and detail is extremely poor. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The only reason I went there is because Bell Honda said they use this shop for repairs on new vehicles. I also had a warranty issue for a rattling window -- which they claimed they couldn't replicate. Would not recommend this shop.

I have not had a single person touch or work on this vehicle until now so all fingers point to these guys so I called them. At first I just ask for the service report to determine whether they had record of my vehicle or not which they did and I even personally spoke with the guy who worked on my truck. But once I brought up the tape he immediately became defensive and kept saying I bought a used car it could have came from anyone when I brought the truck back to him with a check engine light. I also have this whole conversation on recording but Moral of the story I had to pay 200$ because instead of fixing the issues they used electrical tape to cover it up.
