Thankfully, the tire shop accepted responsibility. In the following days, I contacted R&R Dent Removal for an estimate after coordinating with the claims specialist. I brought my vehicle in and Jeremy promptly gave me an estimate, stating the dent would be able to be restored to 95% of its original condition, quoting one hour for the repair. I submitted this to my claims specialist who mailed a check after approving the estimate. By the next week, I brought my car in. In literally 30 minutes, I was out the door and blown away by the results. Jeremy corrected it to 100%, as if the dent never happened. I tried my hardest looking at every angle -- nothing. Suffice to say, I was ecstatic! I take great care of my vehicle and everyone at R&R Dent Removal turned a negative situation into a positive outcome. The folks at R&R are courteous, professional, reasonable, and have impeccable attention to detail -- all the qualities one wants in an industry that often lacks one of the four. They made it easy for me. So, this time - when it was my fault - I used my USAA insurance. I was super happy to see Gerber Collision was listed on USAA. From start to finish - the process was super easy! They called Enterprise to pick me up and helped with a discount since I didn't (yet) have rental coverage. And, they kept me updated via text! Which is my preferred means of communication. When o picked up my car, Brian walked around to see the work they had done and made sure I was happy with the results. You would never know my car had any damage at all! If you need repair work done - this is the place! And, I was extremely happy to learn USAA made it as easy for Gerber Collision as it was for me. Great job and a fast turn around time!!

If I could give no stars I would. I was sent here by my insurance as my brand new car was a victim…read moreof road gator (diesel thread) and got some body damage. At drop off Brian walked vehicle with me was very kind and explained it could take up to 2 weeks to repair. Shocked, I received a call 2 days later my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick up my vehicle was charged my fee and handed my keys.....nobody to walk and confirm work order was complete.....which it was not. It had chipped paint, parts not fully clipped in and paint overspray on car and interior. I had to request someone to see it was not completed. GM came out. Was informed by GM Micheal that first thing Monday morning he would personally ensure it was corrected. I received nothing from Gerber Monday but received a call from insurance that car would be completed that day. I get a text that production manager Dave ensured my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. I leave work early to arrive before close at 5pm and handed my keys to be gone. I had to request someone to walk my vehicle as it still was not completed. Brian and Dave walk my vehicle now per request and confirm not completed and gave their word it would be corrected. Here we are Tuesday at 4:30 I arrive to pick up since Maria called it was ready. My damages that were needing fixing were finally complete, although the mess they left behind from being in my car is left on my leather. Seat has what appears as grease from where they sat in my car (Brian confirmed this) and on console where they leaned on it with dirty arms. Both men assured their words this would be cleaned up along with overspray. If you don't want your car worse then when you take it in or have work half ass done, I highly discourage you to bring your car here. Have insurance redirect you!!

I would highly advise against anyone doing business with this unprofessional and dishonest Maaco…read morelocation. Missed deadlines, work done without an agreed price, intimidation about leaving a review, and poor quality work (pitted orange-peel looking paint) all from the manager of the location Brian. My fiancé brought his truck to Maaco for a new paint job on January 9th & was quoted $3300 by Brian who claimed to be the manager. It was promised to be ready in one week (Jan 16). When my fiancé showed up to pick up his truck on the promised date, he was told it wouldn't be done for another week. This was an inconvenience for my fiancé as he works out of town and needed his truck back by the promised date. On Jan 19 while Maaco is still working on the truck, Brian the manager face-timed my Fiancé to show him some dents around the vehicle that he hadn't originally seen. My fiancé stressed that he did not care about the dents and Brian continued showing him more dents around the truck and said "listen we are going to take care of that for you because we missed the original deadline". My fiancé gave the OK and there was no communication again until he was told his truck was ready to pick up on the 26th. When my fiancé went in to pick up his truck, he was met with a bill for 4300$. He was told this was for the additional dents that were fixed. My fiancé was upset because he specifically told Brian he did not care about those dents and never would have given the ok if Brian was up front about charging him for it. They went back and forth about what was said on face time and at one point Brian says "I don't even want your business, I'm keeping your truck". Once my fiancé realized there was no way he could get out of Brian's scam, he offered to just pay it in full. As he is paying, Brian starts pressing my fiancé asking if he's going to leave a bad review. The bill is now paid and my fiancé has to literally convince him that he wouldn't write a review before Brian would give him his keys. Once my fiancé gets his keys and walks out, Brian comes running after him yelling GIVE ME YOUR KEYS! - he ended up needing a signature on some paperwork. On top of all that- when my fiancé arrived to pick up the truck on Jan 26th he was told the detailer didn't have time to clean it, my fiancé ended up having to help Brian spray down the exterior. There was tons of white dust from the body of the truck all over inside, my fiancé had to vacuum that out himself. The paint looked nice at first but has a pitted orange peel look all over. This was an overall terrible experience with Maaco Chandler.

This place is located NE of I-10 and between I-10 and Priest. This was one of the options for USAA…read morefor an insurance claim. The other nearby options were Gerber and Caliber which were bad in the past. So we went here and turned out very well. See before and after photos. The workers are very polite. They also predicted the work would be done in 2 weeks but got it done in 1 week. Cannot ask for much more, good work and efficient.

My experience with AutoNation Collision Tempe was absolutely frustrating and deeply disappointing…read more I was assisted by Daniel Ahles, and the level of incompetence and poor workmanship was evident from the start. Original parts were removed from my vehicle and replaced with cheap, low-quality aftermarket parts, even in areas where no replacement was necessary. In less than two months, several of these parts showed obvious deterioration: headlights turned yellow and began peeling, screws were missing, incorrect (non-automotive) screws were installed, and original engine protection covers--designed to keep dust out--were removed and replaced with inferior parts that did not need to be changed at all. This clearly reflects the materials and practices used by this shop. I had to return three times for them to attempt to fix basic issues. The paint job was burned, peeling, and mismatched in multiple tones. Panels were misaligned and "off-square," largely due to poorly fitting aftermarket parts. Despite my insurance paying the repair in full, they even installed parts from other vehicle models, not compatible with my 4Runner. The result was so unacceptable that I was forced to take my vehicle to another shop to fix the damage they caused. The administrative handling was just as negligent. The shop committed to covering my rental car due to their own mistakes and later refused to honor that commitment, leaving me to pay out of pocket. Daniel Ahles' manager (whose name I was never able to obtain) was also rude and demonstrated a complete lack of professional ethics, treating both me and Enterprise staff poorly while we were simply trying to resolve the issue based on what Daniel Ahles himself had promised. Zero professionalism, zero quality control, and zero accountability. If you value your vehicle, your time, and your money--avoid this place.
