I needed quite a few things fixed, including overheating issues, check engine light would not turn off, and the back window would no longer go up or down. They took their time and did such a quality job on my car. You can tell they really care about getting you the best price and give you all the information you need on possible future repairs needed as well. They even noticed that my car was overdue for an oil change and contacted me beforehand to have this done as well. The shop itself can easily be missed since it's a building tucked behind another. Their color matching is fantastic, even on metal flake color schemes. I have used them 4 times now and will continue to use them going forward, despite the fact that they are almost an hour away from us. When you call, you will almost always get Lisa on the phone (she and her husband own the shop). She is polite, professional but pretty no-nonsense. One of the unique things about Full Circle is their willingness to provide an estimate based on pictures of the problem to be repaired. I love this because they are almost an hour away from us, so to take the car up there for an estimate is completely impractical. She'll give me her best estimate (itemized) over the phone, which is contingent upon them seeing the car and verifying that what they think needs to be done is the extent of the damage. Most body shops won't do that anymore because of customers that get all ticked off when the estimate is low because there is underlying damage they missed in a picture. This willingness to give her best estimate (which is usually very close BTW) and trust that its taken for what it is (an estimate) saves everyone (them and you) a great deal of time and effort, One last comment, they are in a pretty industrial part of town, but don't be put off by the location. They have a secure facility for all vehicles they keep overnight and they are about as nice as could be.

Shop has that small town atmosphere where your dealing with the owner the whole time, he also remembers your name type of car when you walk in whether your on the books or not. Shop is pretty busy, he'll try and fit you in same day if he can but if not he's usually able to get you in the next day. Very reliable and nice, have never had to see him for the same problem twice. If the problem is different than what was originally expected, finds something else or is gonna be more than what he guessed it would be he calls to see how you'd like to proceed so that there are no surprises when you go to pick up your car. No problem...if that fixes things. But it didn't. 3 days later...a broken down car on the side of the road, with my kids and grandson needing to be taken home in the second row of a tow truck (fortunately in town, and not on some lone highway). Unacceptable, but exactly what happened. Had it towed to them. $300 more of fixes (with more upselling along the way) got it out of their care. Will it last?...we'll see. But of course, I'm guessing...no. If they couldn't see and fix an issue while our car was in their care, are they competent enough to trust them with yours? You decide. But we'll never go back.
