I recently needed to rekey and reprogram my car remote due to a stolen key. Initially, I was assisted by Nasser who was helpful in the rekeying process. However, I soon realized that my remote had some inconsistencies; it wouldn't work the first time in the mornings and the panic button was non-functional. Concerned, I reached out and a lady on the phone made an appointment for me. She assured me that they would reprogram the key if necessary. With that reassurance, I went in for the subsequent appointment to address these issues. Unfortunately, the experience this time was notably different. A younger staff member, likely Khaled, spent less than 30 seconds examining the situation and ultimately expressed that there was nothing that could be done. I felt his demeanor was unprofessional, bordering on rude, and it seemed as if he was telling me to "move on" in a rather dismissive manner. This was particularly disappointing given the fact that I had spent $275 for a manual key, expecting the remote functionality to be in proper working condition, especially after the assurance I received over the phone. Customer service is paramount, and while I appreciated Nasser's initial help, the follow-up experience with the younger staff member has left me wary. His approach needs a review, as it's important to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. I was considering further business, such as procuring an additional key, but this experience has dissuaded me. If you are dissatisfied with your job, refrain from offering it to the customer. read more

My original key stopped working so I had to have my second key duplicated as a backup. I had been looking around for a trusted locksmith and it really was a burden. Later a friend of mine recommended this place, I thought I shall give it a try and it turned out well. Over the phone I was quoted $95 for my Toyota Corolla 2013 transponder key, or $150 for both key and remote control, which was pretty good compared to other local locksmith (dealer won't get a chance!). When I see Joe & Jo they were really friendly and clear although they had to cut it at 1PM under the burning sun. They also did the cutting fast. The new key still works great as well. They came out today and did exactly what they said they would for the price quoted. They had to reprogram a proximity remote for a Toyota RAV4 and laser cut an emergency key. I have read a negative review claiming that these reviews are fake. I can't speak for the others but i know that i was so pleased with the service that i gave it an excellent review. I don't normally give reviews but for a service as important as this i thought it worth taking the time. Khaled was actually 20 minutes early and i am fully confident that they have the expertise to handle any job. Don't come to this service! They will try to charge you more money and they said thats not their key althought that the one they give me because when they was help me to make they key fob of Jeep Wrangler they said it will be $350 for it and they didn't cut the key for me also they have me the wrong key of if my car at the first time i couldn't lock and unlock my car then i told the guy who fix for me! After 2 days it doesn't work then they said i have to take my car to Houston again for them and they charged me more money to get another key although that that was their fault! On Saturday 5/21 I called another company to make me a spare key for my car. They made one which got stuck in the ignition box. I had to tell the technician leave my property because he became very rude and unprofessional. Then I called Automobile Locksmith. Even though it was a late hour on a Saturday evening they came immediately. Had to disassemble to cut the stuck key out and made me 2 spare keys for free that worked like new in 2 minutes. They worked for almost 4 hours sweating without any complaint with a smiling face. They are a kind, professional and expert team! read more

Very satisfied with the helpful and friendly service provided by Khaled today. It was an easy fix- just reprogramming an old spare key for a 2007 Nissan I had and took around to him - at a fraction of the price the dealership would have charged, and in no time at all. On top of that I walked away with a new remote (at my own request - no pressured sale) - so I can now be more of a gentleman and open the passenger door for anyone I might want to impress without running laps around my car first!!! - I'd like to think it was a win-win deal read more

I Locked my keys in the trunk of my 2003 Lexus ES when we were paint-balling. Started refilling our paintball guns, threw my jacket in the trunk and that was it. I was locked out. We got the car open, but the trunk button didn't work because of the alarm. Automobile Locksmith came out and made a key to disable the alarm. Lifesaver +1! My 17yo son's key fob apparently flew off the top of the car during his drive to a friend's house an hour away. He was then stuck when he stopped and turned the motor off. They had better prices than the other companies I called in the area. I got a perfectly replicated key and my remote truck-start worked on the first try.
