4/29/24 Update: I have changed my rating of Autohance to 5 stars as their customer service team has done an outstanding job in taking care of my situation and getting my brake parts to me. They actually gone beyond my expectations. I have been busy at work and out of town on vacation but they have managed to stay in contact with me by calling and emailed constantly in regards to getting my ordered taken care of. I hope you will give Autohance a chance as I will be giving them my future business and referring all my friends and family to them. read more

They agreed and started a refund. Then the day of the refund they canceled the refund. Lucky I payed with paypal and started a dispute. I got a refund on May 29 from paypal. I ordered my springs on April 22. They kept my money for a month. This place is a scam!!!! read more

Ordered parts from this company and they never shipped them after a month of nothing showing up and many missed calls from me the company sent me an email saying they couldn't get the parts. Keep in mind they told me that they had the parts on hand ready to ship. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! I order an EBC Brake kit for the front of my Porsche to match the upgraded rears. I order the kit on March 8th which included Pads and rotors I received my order 3 weeks later after it took 2 1/2 weeks to simple provide me with tracking numbers for my order despite showing shipped when attempting to track my order from their website. upon receiving my order not only did they ship me the wrong rotors. But they were damaged has either being used, and/or restocked. After raising the issue with them I was assured on March 27th that they would reship the correct NEW undamaged rotors (the Monday proceeding Easter Sunday. It currently is Apri 10th and EVERY communication i get back from them is (we are looking into this..) Luckily I own multiple vehicles, so the vehicle is not a daily driver but I wil NEVER order anything from them again. read more

Poor service. Bought a clutch kit from site. Wasn't even in the process of sending it. No replies or response. You have mentally send them a message to get update status. Wouldn't recommend. read more

They just canacelled my order after waiting 2 weeks for it ship! very disappointing. i will won't order again from Autohance.

Thieves. Ordered brakes for $475, never got the brakes or my money back after I cancelled. What goes around comes around. Rat scammers.

Three months, four calls and no product delivered so finally canceled. One week waiting on $555 refund and still waiting. Stay far, far away from this business. Filing a complaint with the NY Board of Finance and BBB. read more

BEWARE AUTOHANCE IS a rip-off they took my money and never sent parts or refund! I used PayPal to pay still trying to get my money back. NO STARS read more

Don't waste your time with this company. There are so many other companies out there that do it so much better. Ordered a product and had to complain it was taking so long to ship out. Was assured it would arrive on certain date. It did not and wasn't even shipped out yet. Unprofessional and unreliable. read more

Orderd an IN STOCK exahust and paid for 2 day shipping. After 1 week I called and emailed them every few days and was told every lie and excuse for a delay. Almost one month out and still have not got a tracking number or shipping info. STAY away from this company. Get your auto parts from anywhere else. read more

I purchased a Borla Exhaust for one of our cars. Autohance had the absolute best price on the internet out of all the other Borla vendors. We did have a small issue with the shipping that I feel was not their fault. Having said that, they were not only VERY responsive to inquiries regarding my shipment, but went above and beyond to make it right. My shipment arrived in good condition and I am excited to install it on our car. I would highly recommend Autohance and would definitely do business with them again. Thanks read more

Fast and honest service. Very easy to deal with, even with a replacement that needed to be shipped. Shout out to John for good follow through, and good customer service. read more

DO NOT BUT FROM AUTOHANCE- On jan 11 2025 , I ordered a exhaust system for my 2018 Silverado after a few weeks id received absolutely nothing about the shipping, I emailed then got a response and said it would be delivered the first week of February, never got it, so I sent another and got provided another false shipping date, this went on until the END OF FEBRUARY until I had enough and called my bank to dispute the purchase, as soon as I did that they created the label to ups. I did eventually get my money back around the beginning of march mind you this all began on JANUARY 11TH, do not buy from their website and if you do take screenshots of everything because it's an extremely fishy website, but still save yourself and avoid autohance at all costs. read more

Updated and Changed my rating to Okay. It is because they called and called and actually made good with my order finally. Refunded, and they said sorry. It seems like they are fixing their shipping issues, and doing their best to take care of the customer's. I am real customer. Purchased Your Order #48232023694 (placed on March 24, 2024 11:30:26 PM EDT). paid $332.00. 4 items: all corner high temp yellow stuff brake pads, high temp brake fluid, stainless steel brake lines. Per their site shows, shipping in 6 days or less. Nothing and I started to email them. They Said it will be shipped, a week later, nothing. I emailed and finally got a call. They Said again, they will ship, nothing and now in mid April. Finally got it April 22, and missing yellow stuff brake pads, and the package was damaged. They package ONLY in a bubble bag, and the high temp oil can was damages, so it leaked oil all in the bag. Poor customer service, and shipping methods are poor. I am contacting my credit card company to refund. read more

You order a part and pay for it but don't recieve it never can get ahold anybody when you call will not recomend

I would give zero if I could. This place is an absolute scam. I called in 5 times over the course of two weeks to receive my order status, each time giving me a new excuse to why my order hasn't been shipped. Got fed up and cancelled the order, but no refund was issued for 3 days. I had to call again just to get my refund, where then there was another excuse given as to why my refund hasn't posted. With a half-hearted apology, they issued the refund and it posted immediately. I firmly believe if I hadn't been constantly calling, they wouldn't have ever shipped my order or issued a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Horrible horrible horrible experience with "autohance". This place is a joke. Absolutely do not order anything from these scammers. Just like all the other reviews, it happened to me. Ordered and paid. Received immediate email promising 2-3 day shipment. It's now been 3 weeks and no product. I've called them three times. First two times they said it would be shipped in a couple days. The 3rd time I called I asked for a refund and he said no problem. It's been 4 days and no money refunded but I did receive a package with a clutch disc, no pressure plate, no flywheel and no paperwork/packing slip. I'm pretty sure I won't get any money back or the rest of my order. I might be able to dispute the charges with my cc company. Just do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company. read more

Scammer alert! I ordered parts on August 1, 2024. It is now September 2nd 2024, I have called a total of five times every single time they pick up the phone. They say it will be shipped out today. I will give you a tracking number today and I paid for express shipping. It has been a fucking month. I can't even send my own customers car home, shitty part I recommended my friends to this website. None of us have gotten any of our parts. read more

Don't look at customer reviews...trust yelp. I ordered EBC redsuff on July 31st. Shipping was 2-5 days. It's now August 23rd and still no pads. Every time I call I'm told you'll have the by Friday, then Wednesday, then it was we're waiting for the front pads so we can ship them together. I would say no ship the rears now since you have them in stock. Still nothing. This place sucks. Reseller, behind a reseller. Save time and money, go elsewhere. 2-5 days is now 25 days and I'll have to cancel the charge on my card. Too many other places to get EBC pads than fck around with these dbags read more

If I could give zero I definitely would. We ordered a part, order went through no issues. Never received a tracking number, call to ask for the tracking number no answer. Called again and we were told it will be emailed. Called again (this is about 3 weeks in) we were told "oh it's because the part you ordered is non compliant with California, I just ordered the one you need", finally get a tracking number. After 7 days no movement on the tracking number we call again and ask why is there no movement, they say " oh the carrier probably lost the package, we will send it via a different carrier"...never got that tracking number. Finally we cancelled the order ...also each time I called over 30 minutes on hold for someone to pick up. That on hold song is a thing of nightmares now. read more

You will not get the parts you ordered. 2 months later and still nothing. Do not buy parts from this place

You won't get your product for over a month. I've been waiting for a week and a half and my order still hasn't processed or gave me a tracking number. I should of read the reviews before I ordered read more

I was hesitant to order from here after reading some reviews but the price was right. Definitely some issues with stock and shipping I was told my part wouldn't be in stock till the following week after being told it would be overnighted to me the day before. John offered me a full refund which I accepted hoping to see it on my account in the next few days. I'd recommend another vendor that has everything in stock. read more

Do not buy from here. Paid for a part never got the shipping info, emailed multiple times about shipping info, never got a response. Filed a dispute with my bank and notified them of this dispute, immediately got an email back saying they canceled the order and i should get my refund in 1-2 business days, we are at business day 3, no refund, no communication. Will be upgraded my dispute with my bank and will be filing a case for theft by deception next week if i still dont have my refund. read more

Do not order from these guys. The guys are a complete scam. The keep you on the hook and hope you don't dispute tge charge until it's to late. They will send you confirmation and even " promise I have eyes on your parts" it's a complete lie. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!! read more

The reviews about this place are absolutely 100% correct. Please don't fall for their trap. They're scamming. They have a website showing parts available for purchase when half of the parts they DO NOT HAVE. If you read this and give it a shot anyway..another big problem is them saying things were delivered that 1000% were not. read more

Ordered brake pads since Autohance had the lowest price. After more than a week, they never shipped. I had to buy the pads elsewhere at full price. I asked them to cancel. They responded back that they cancelled the order. No refund ever given after another 10 days. Had to file a dispute with the credit card. read more

After waiting 3 and a half months for my exhaust I canceled my order. Then every week they told me my refund would be in my account. After 2 weeks they stopped responding to my emails. After all said and done it was over 4 months of fighting with these scumbags. I had to file a dispute to get my money back. They are complete scum. All they did was try and steal my money read more

Holy sh*t do not buy from these scammers. They're dropshippers that will display an item as in stock, then will never deliver it. When you reach out and ask where your stuff is, they will give you a date and say it'll be there by then, and nothing. Currently waiting on a refund, and I'm pretty worried I won't get it. Long response times in email. It has been almost a month since ordering it. On their site at the bottom, they claim a ton of 5 star reviews on some shady review site. Every review is generic short answers, and within days of eachother. They are faking their reviews. This company deserves to be shut down. Avoid this company at all costs!!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE. do not buy time this place. ordered a exhaust 2 months ago. they keep saying it will be delivered 3 times with 3 different dates with no tracking. they keep giving me the run around and don't even respond to emails. thank god I used PayPal so I can get my refund 2 months later. read more

shipping is very slow. they also don't really answer the phone so you have to email to get ahold of them but other then that they were very helpful and I got exactly what I ordered witch is all that matters, so 10/10 would recommend if you don't mind waiting and extra week or so. read more
