UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15 read more

Ordered lowering springs for my G8. 2 weeks later no springs or contact. I called them and told them I would wait a week. No springs! Then I called them and told them to cancel my order. They agreed and started a refund. Then the day of the refund they canceled the refund. Lucky I payed with paypal and started a dispute. I got a refund on May 29 from paypal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! I order an EBC Brake kit for the front of my Porsche to match the upgraded rears. I order the kit on March 8th which included Pads and rotors I received my order 3 weeks later after it took 2 1/2 weeks to simple provide me with tracking numbers for my order despite showing shipped when attempting to track my order from their website. upon receiving my order not only did they ship me the wrong rotors. But they were damaged has either being used, and/or restocked. After raising the issue with them I was assured on March 27th that they would reship the correct NEW undamaged rotors (the Monday proceeding Easter Sunday. It currently is Apri 10th and EVERY communication i get back from them is (we are looking into this..) DO NOT BUT FROM AUTOHANCE- On jan 11 2025 , I ordered a exhaust system for my 2018 Silverado after a few weeks id received absolutely nothing about the shipping, I emailed then got a response and said it would be delivered the first week of February, never got it, so I sent another and got provided another false shipping date, this went on until the END OF FEBRUARY until I had enough and called my bank to dispute the purchase, as soon as I did that they created the label to ups. I did eventually get my money back around the beginning of march mind you this all began on JANUARY 11TH, do not buy from their website and if you do take screenshots of everything because it's an extremely fishy website, but still save yourself and avoid autohance at all costs. read more

I purchased a Borla Exhaust for one of our cars. Autohance had the absolute best price on the internet out of all the other Borla vendors. We did have a small issue with the shipping that I feel was not their fault. Having said that, they were not only VERY responsive to inquiries regarding my shipment, but went above and beyond to make it right. Updated and Changed my rating to Okay. It is because they called and called and actually made good with my order finally. Refunded, and they said sorry. It seems like they are fixing their shipping issues, and doing their best to take care of the customer's. I am real customer. Purchased Your Order #48232023694 (placed on March 24, 2024 11:30:26 PM EDT). paid $332.00. 4 items: all corner high temp yellow stuff brake pads, high temp brake fluid, stainless steel brake lines. Per their site shows, shipping in 6 days or less. Nothing and I started to email them. They Said it will be shipped, a week later, nothing. I emailed and finally got a call. They Said again, they will ship, nothing and now in mid April. Finally got it April 22, and missing yellow stuff brake pads, and the package was damaged. They package ONLY in a bubble bag, and the high temp oil can was damages, so it leaked oil all in the bag. Poor customer service, and shipping methods are poor. I called in 5 times over the course of two weeks to receive my order status, each time giving me a new excuse to why my order hasn't been shipped. Got fed up and cancelled the order, but no refund was issued for 3 days. I had to call again just to get my refund, where then there was another excuse given as to why my refund hasn't posted. Ordered and paid. Received immediate email promising 2-3 day shipment. It's now been 3 weeks and no product. I've called them three times. First two times they said it would be shipped in a couple days. The 3rd time I called I asked for a refund and he said no problem. It's been 4 days and no money refunded but I did receive a package with a clutch disc, no pressure plate, no flywheel and no paperwork/packing slip. Don't look at customer reviews...trust yelp. I ordered EBC redsuff on July 31st. Shipping was 2-5 days. It's now August 23rd and still no pads. Every time I call I'm told you'll have the by Friday, then Wednesday, then it was we're waiting for the front pads so we can ship them together. I would say no ship the rears now since you have them in stock. Still nothing. This place sucks. Reseller, behind a reseller. If I could give zero I definitely would. We ordered a part, order went through no issues. Never received a tracking number, call to ask for the tracking number no answer. Called again and we were told it will be emailed. Called again (this is about 3 weeks in) we were told "oh it's because the part you ordered is non compliant with California, I just ordered the one you need", finally get a tracking number. After 7 days no movement on the tracking number we call again and ask why is there no movement, they say " oh the carrier probably lost the package, we will send it via a different carrier"...never got that tracking number. Finally we cancelled the order ...also each time I called over 30 minutes on hold for someone to pick up. That on hold song is a thing of nightmares now. read more

Holy sh*t do not buy from these scammers. They're dropshippers that will display an item as in stock, then will never deliver it. When you reach out and ask where your stuff is, they will give you a date and say it'll be there by then, and nothing. Currently waiting on a refund, and I'm pretty worried I won't get it. Scam company without a doubt. They provided no tracking or shipping info. I hounded them for days via email before they called me from what appeared to be a cellphone number and blocked me from calling them back. They said they were going to get me tracking info and never did. They called so they didn't leave a paper trail. I told them if they didn't provide me with shipping and tracking info I was going to dispute the charges with my bank. I gave them a very generous amount of time to respond and they elected not to. So I opened a claim with my bank and I am disputing the charges. If I would have saw the reviews before hand these people would have never have gotten my money. Lesson learned . Avoid these scum bags they are a scam for real it's been over 3 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't heard from them once besides them calling me saying they will get me tracking info and hung up.
