Nope, not at all! My dad is a frequent here as he enjoys fixing up cars and I went with him one day because this place also sells cars and he saw one that he liked driving by. We went the day after a big snow day and were not allowed to go into the yard because of ice, which was actually really thoughtful. The guys there did help answer all of my dads questions about the vehicle and they laid it out to him honestly, telling him what was wrong with the vehicle, the make, the model, the year and an estimate on just how much it would cost to get it in good running order. I know my dad has also picked up spare parts from here and we've benefitted from it by such little things as windshield wipers and I think tires too. Just a quick note about the street it's on: it's a super commercial road so it has a lot of work trucks barreling up and down. At it's worst it has giant potholes and also can be addled with nails that have fallen off the trucks. Be wary and vigilant when driving around here!

I'm pretty sure it was the blond ponytail guy, and another guy, but they were ripping on each other so hard, and creatively, I was cracking up just standing there. They were as funny as Howard Stern (at the time, still in his prime), and I told them they should have their own radio show. Fast forward to today, I stopped in to try to junk an old car, and they were still as polite, courteous, and professional as before, only this time they went above and beyond to help me out. We couldn't make a deal, but they did refer me to a colleague who gave me the best price. Who ever is running the show over there is doing a great job, because it's always a pleasure to stop in. Fantastic shop, these guys set the standard of customer service, regardless of industry. Thanks.

Honestly I wouldn't have known where to start, so thankfully I stumbled on Alliance Auto Parts. Their website was pretty easy but I called them and spoke to a sales rep, Austin who answered all my questions and made the process seamless. The piece was located upstate but he was able to get it shipped to the Queens location within 24 hours. I got a text message once it was ready for pickup, once on location they have an area for you to park, you go into the lobby and get a copy of your invoice which you take right next door to the garage where someone hands you your piece, they even offer to put it into your car. If I ever need a piece again they'll be my first stop! I highly recommend them!

The first blew up within a week of having it and I was nearly slammed by another car since I was on the freeway, the second was even a match so my shop who was going to do the work refused to put it in. The third had a loose part in the engine so yet again they had to replace it. Finally on number for its still knocking. This guy knows NOTHING about cars other than they go vroom vroom and beep beep. Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty I've been a…read moreloyal customer of Keith's since his days working out of his backyard and continued to support him after he opened his shop. Unfortunately, my recent experience has made me question Keith's commitment to his clients. I brought my car in for brake pads, and Keith texted me saying that the wheel lug locks key was broken and that I would need to take my car elsewhere to have the wheel locks removed. When I picked up my car keys, I noticed that two of the wheel locks were broken and two were still intact. After getting the intact wheel locks removed at a tire shop, the tire shop said we cannot fix someone else's mistake. I reached out to Keith and informed him that the wheel locks were broken, NOT the wheel lock key. However, Keith insisted that he had given me the key and said the wheel locks are broken, which was false, as I found it in the vehicle after I got off the intact wheel locks. Rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, Keith claimed that whoever previously worked on the car had over-tightened the wheel locks. He also stated that his shop did not have the tools to fix the issue, offering no solution. When I asked why he continued after breaking one wheel lock, his response was that they would replace three of the pads and leave the one until I fixed it. I ended up paying $140 to remove the remaining two broken wheel locks. Additionally I paid Keith $180 for the brake pads, even though the issue was not properly addressed, and the customer service was lacking. It's disheartening to have such a poor experience after being a loyal customer for so long. Keith's business would benefit greatly from improving its customer service and taking responsibility when things go wrong.

They welcomed me back with open arms and gave me the royal treatment. Anyways, They replaced a my blown subwoofer along with a cable head connection thingy and installed it at a reasonable price and in such a short time. I must be honest, I've always loved the quality sound they initially gave me and now it sounds even better!!!' This review is based on few things: + they are going to tell you they can turn them around in 1 day... it's a scam to make you think they are going to be of high quality. + the first time they turned them around I noticed lots of running paint that was dried up. + they claim that nobody powdercoats the outer barrel of the wheel yet they advertise wheels that are fully powder coated inside and out. They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. These wheels make me want to vomit + take a look at the images I posted so you can get a good idea of the amount of blemishes on these newly refinished (x2) wheels. $653.02 after tax for this job.
