My search for antifreeze ended when I got in the zone, AutoZone! There is a very large parking lot with a several shade tree mechanics out front. Walking inide, you stand in line and wait to be called and when it's your turn, you ask for the product and the gentleman tells you were it is on the floor or they will need to retrieve it from the stock room. Today I found antifreeze but it was a bit more than I'm used to paying for. I grabbed 2 bottles and headed back up front. The customer service was very professional and cordial. Pro-Tip before you leave the counter to pick up your product off of the shelf, ask the gentleman if you need to stand on line again or express the line and go straight to the counter. Everything is good here, the service, the product, and the employees. Since it was on my route to the house, it made sense to stop in.... to Inspire more, Yelp more! read more

I live by an AutoZone. The ppl there are very helpful and installed my windshield wipers no issue. I didn't have cash for tip and they didn't even grumble. I called my Dad to coach me thru what I was doing and again the person was super helpful and attentive and I like that kind of service. read more

I know a little bit about cars so I am recommending this place not really for the store itself but for the quality of mechanics that hang out outside of the parking lot. The store, itself, seems always have whatever i need at any given time. Then you can take the part outside in the parking lot of have sort of a bidding war to see who can put the part in your car. Pretty cool actually - though I hope it doesn't come back to bite me if I get a bad mechanic one day. i only take it here for minor thigns, though so i should be ok. read more

I came here with a friend after the snowstorm to purchase a car battery. The line was extra long and there weren't enough staff to help people. After being on line for over 30minutes, we realized why it was taking so long. They had a new cashier that had no clue as to what he was doing. He had to call on other workers several times to ring up 1 battery. After we waited for him to complete the transaction, which took an additional 40 minutes, we then had to to wait for another staff member to install it. We were in this establishment for over 2 hours. They need to figure out a better way to get customers in and out of the store. read more

Long wait In line because the employees are always hanging out and talking amongst themselves. Tried calling them for a part and they just put me on hold for about half an hour. I highly advice you not to go to this autozone they waste your time read more

Very helpful staff. They changed my windshield wiper blade for me. 3 members of the staff stood outside with me in the cold while they changed my license plate frame . Made jokes and gave me extra information on my car I didn't previously know. Very cool staff read more

i had problem with the wheel lock we purchased from another state, long story short it broke and we had to go to two different shops to get them out!! Even we didn't purchased from their store, the store manager Kris and his boss Angel were very helpful and process the reimbursement for us. everyone has been so nice to us, specially Whitney and Tony. Very unprofessional. I stood on line while the entire staff stood around laughing and joking while one of them was telling them about an event he attended. They all saw me standing there with no one else on line without an acknowledgement. I will go to Pro Parts up the street where they at least act like they're in buisness to make money. read more

this is the worst store ever!!!!! no one picks up the phone and if and when they do they let you talk and then say hold and they keep you on hold until you hang up the phone to try and call back again and then they don't pick up the phone. there prices are high, customer service is a disgrace and at the end of the day since we are the reason they have a job they should learn something called respect! i would not recommend this store to anyone! read more

I gave this place one star only because zero is not an option! Stay away from here! I went to purchase windshield wipers on 4/4 at 1:30 PM. The service was horrible despite the store being empty! Specifically Aaron, the customer service guy, was the worst! I was the only customer in the customer service line, Nevertheless, I had to wait and watch Aaron have a personal conversation with a man that wasn't in line and came in to the store to ask me was I looking for a mechanic. After Aaron's conversation with this guy, I had to wait for Aaron to answer the phone and let the person on the phone know that "we aren't busy right now". Seriously, I should have left but no I waited 10 mins for Aaron to recognize me standing directly in front of his face. Then Aaron decided to do so autozone work and he asked me if I needed help. (Why would I stand in line for 10 mins if I didn't need help) In the midst, of him typing the make and model of my vehicle in the computer, he walked away from the computer and goes to the cashier. Aaron spoke to the cashier for several minutes while I'm at the counter waiting for him to return. While he was talking to the cashier, I typed in the information for my vehicle and I was about to click on the wipers icon for my vehicle when Aaron returned. So Aaron tells me, doesn't offer any real assistance at all, to get any type of wipers size 22. However, he failed to mention that 220E would not fit my truck the cashier noticed the discrepancy when I was about to pay over $50 for the wrong wiper. The cashier asked me what type of car I was driving and I told him and he said these are the wrong wipers. The cashier escorted me to the wipers in Aisle 1 and recommended the correct blades to purchase. Go to autozone on Union Turnpike! read more
