Since I do some ride sharing and food delivery occasionally, I went with the Goodyear Comfortred Touring tires which give you a smoother ride than other tires. I also like that they had an 80k like warranty on them with all the driving I do. Also getting an oil change as well. I chose to wait, as it shouldn't take long. There is a seating area which has a gumball machine and an ATM, along with ample seating. The Optimum WiFi signal is strong here since they are right on 110. So if you're an optimum or altice customer, you should be able to access it for free as long as you know your login credentials. The bathroom is also very clean. Decent quality toilet paper too which is greatly appreciated. There is a diner within walking distance, as well as several fast food places if you want to grab a bite while waiting for your vehicle. There is even a Halal take out place right across the street at the Gulf station. Once again, my favorite auto mechanic shop around. They have always treated us fairly and efficiently. We have never had any "surprises" here. Highly recommended by my entire family.

The vehicle developed a serious M260 engine failure and sat at the dealership for approximately three weeks. We were first told it might be covered under warranty, then later informed it was not. We received only a verbal estimate of ~$6,000 and no written diagnostic report. An independent Mercedes specialist advised the engine requires full replacement at a minimum cost of ~$12,000. We formally escalated to Mercedes-Benz USA and wrote to dealership leadership (Service Manage,GM & Owner). Despite confirmed receipt, we have received no substantive response. Customer loyalty is tested not during routine service visits, but when serious issues arise.
