Came in for an electrical issue where the horn kept going off and the lights going on and off randomly. I was told to leave the car there for several days and that the issue would be "fixed". Got the car back and it was fine for about 2 weeks before the horn started going off again and the lights going on and off again... called rayco and was told that they fixed the issue, it must be something else and to bring it in so they can charge me again... seems very evident that they bandage the issue instead of fixing it based on the several negative reviews and my personal experience. STAY AWAY from these crooks. wasted 800$ for nothing. im surprised no one has sued their asses for the disservices they provide. read more

I have done business with this place for several years and have never been completely satisfied. My last experience with the owner Tom was due to them causing a problem in my truck which they could not fix nor take responsibility for. I have been now going back and forth with him over a problem that his technicians caused in my truck which causes the battery to die within a day if I don't run the truck. I have brought it back to him several times and had several conversations all of which he denies any culpability for the problem. He has a bad attitude and frankly borders on Criminal Behavior! Do business with this place at your own risk! Frankly I would rather go to vocational school to learn how to do custom installations myself before returning to this mess of a business! I have done business with these guys twice on two separate trucks. I had a rear window protector, side rails, drop in liner and side running boards installed. The first job was in 2013. I just outfitted my GMC Sierra with the same set up. I shopped the first job and Rayco 4 had the best price and again shopped the second job and the result was the same. Stay away from this place. I took my truck there for an air horn remote starter and back up camera. Air horn had to be fixed 5 times would just go off by it self remote starter 9 times back up cam 6 times. Guess what still doesn't work. Went there today AGAIN owner was outside asks me what's wrong I told him nothing works he's says oh I'm trying to be patience with you. I said are u kidding me I have a life and I don't need to be spending it here all the time. He walked away i called him an asshole. By the way my son had his remote starter put in by them too guess what it doesn't work but it did last 4 months. What a waste this place is trust me don't stop here go down the road they are a joke.
