It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Customers are generally not allowed to pull parts themselves. Speaking Spanish is helpful here, but not necessary. Their minimum charge is $35, so make sure you need more than just a radio knob when you go. Sandals are not allowed in their yard so wear shoes when you go. Their yard employees are extremely patient and courteous. They'll spend as much time as you need to get the right parts. A tip might be nice for the yard employees, though it's not asked for or expected. Their hours of operation could be better. 8am-5pm M-F. Closed Saturday. I'd like to shop here on Saturday when I'm working on project cars. Or very early in the morning. I'd also like it if they allowed customers to pull parts themselves.

Interesting since we were able to get them off in order to put the spare on. I now have to make an appointment elsewhere and deal with the spare for an extra day because everywhere else was closed by the time they told me they were incapable of doing their job. Seriously, don't waste your time. Just go to a "real mechanic" since the people Walmart hires don't identify as such
