His name was Skylar, and he was very friendly, and the process for changing the bulb only took like five minutes. I don't know much about cars, but Skylar was nice and patient in helping me. Even though I didn't purchase anything at this place, they still offered this service for free, and I appreciated that so much! AND they provided good service. I checked later that the bulbs are the same price at this and other auto shops, so in the future, I'm definitely buying the parts and getting it fixed here instead of going to any other places! They were honest, upfront and clear with their suggestions for the repairs. Unfortunately for them, those parts had been replaced a few months prior and were still under warranty. I wasn't able to utilize them for the repair, but want to give a huge shout out to their customer service, professional conduct and honesty in my dealings with them. I would definitely come to them for any off-road upgrades or repairs just based on this experience.

Customers are generally not allowed to pull parts themselves. Speaking Spanish is helpful here, but not necessary. Their minimum charge is $35, so make sure you need more than just a radio knob when you go. Sandals are not allowed in their yard so wear shoes when you go. Their yard employees are extremely patient and courteous. They'll spend as much time as you need to get the right parts. A tip might be nice for the yard employees, though it's not asked for or expected. Their hours of operation could be better. 8am-5pm M-F. Closed Saturday. I'd like to shop here on Saturday when I'm working on project cars. Or very early in the morning. I'd also like it if they allowed customers to pull parts themselves.

Interesting since we were able to get them off in order to put the spare on. I now have to make an appointment elsewhere and deal with the spare for an extra day because everywhere else was closed by the time they told me they were incapable of doing their job. Seriously, don't waste your time. Just go to a "real mechanic" since the people Walmart hires don't identify as such
