We are so SO SOOOO grateful for this Automotive Repair Shop!!…read more Our previous mechanics weren't being honest with us and messed up some parts of our car so that they could charge us more for services and repairs! But it was also a blessing in disguise... because if it wasn't because of the dishonesty of the other mechanic shop.. we would've never came to C Jae's!! And they're sooo honest here!!! great people and amazing services!!! They helped us fixed the actual problem, fixed some more minor issues for free AND they have life time warranty for the major fixes that they did for us!! They found the root cause of our problems and saved us so much more money!! SERIOUSLY!! I couldn't recommend them more!!!! If you're looking for someone honest, reliable, and great at what they do. This is it! No need to go any where else!!!

After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

This option still puts the weight on the door. I had explained that is what I did not want. He said there is no other way. I explained there are options for seperate tire carrier that mount to the frame or bumper. He repeated himself advising me to buy what he had in stock and add the tire to existing door but adding his attachment. I reviewed with him again that is not what I want I do not want the weight on the door. He got very short with me and treated me like I had no idea what I was asking for. For me to have to explain to a salesperson at a 4x4 place there are other options makes me feel he is not very educated about his job. Nor do I want to take this persons advice if they don't know there job well enough to help with such an easy request. I said how can you be a 4x4 store and not know this is possible to add an accessory to the jeep. I'm confused. I thought this is where I needed to come to get help. He treated me as if I had no idea about my jeep and kept trying to push me to buy what he had in stock and gave no other options to order a part through them. He told me that I had an attitude. I said I don't have an attitude I'm frustrated cause you keep trying to push me to buy what u have In stock and I have said NO twice I'm looking for a accessory gate tire carrier to add. He said he couldn't help. I had experienced the worst customer service from Dakota. I would never recommend anyone using this store. He needs reeducation on customer service and how to order parts that customers are looking for rather than just pushing what's in stock. Terrible experience today! This is not my first time buying parts for my jeep and to be treated like I have no clue cause I'm a girl is appalling As I look through the reviews they have also spoke down to sue. Sue was the only other woman review posted. All other are mostly good reviews from men. Maybe they treat men with respect. Dakota did not treat me with respect today.

During some discussion and talking about what the problem might be, the staff suggested they take it for a spin, look it over and give me the best suggestion for fixing it. They were honest, upfront and clear with their suggestions for the repairs. Unfortunately for them, those parts had been replaced a few months prior and were still under warranty. I wasn't able to utilize them for the repair, but want to give a huge shout out to their customer service, professional conduct and honesty in my dealings with them. I would definitely come to them for any off-road upgrades or repairs just based on this experience.

A typical…read moretransaction works like this: -- Customer walks in, tells manager at counter what he's looking for. -- Manager checks computer inventory for cars matching customers request. -- Manager calls yard employee who comes and retrieves customer. -- Employee and Customer ride in yard-car to the appropriate section of yard and employee pulls off part after customers approval. -- Employee and Customer return to office where manager prices the part for the customer and transaction is completed. Customers are generally not allowed to pull parts themselves. Speaking Spanish is helpful here, but not necessary. Their minimum charge is $35, so make sure you need more than just a radio knob when you go. Sandals are not allowed in their yard so wear shoes when you go. Their yard employees are extremely patient and courteous. They'll spend as much time as you need to get the right parts. A tip might be nice for the yard employees, though it's not asked for or expected. Their hours of operation could be better. 8am-5pm M-F. Closed Saturday. I'd like to shop here on Saturday when I'm working on project cars. Or very early in the morning. I'd also like it if they allowed customers to pull parts themselves.
