I ordered a battery from Battery Specialists (BS) for our pool cleaner. They verified that I had ordered the correct battery. Unbeknown to me, my husband ordered the same battery from Amazon, which we received within 5 days. When the battery from days later, we received the battery. It took 20 days for the battery from BS to arrive. I did not open the package and I immediately sent an email to BS, in accordance with their website, to get permission to return the battery. Their website says: "All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the date shipped". To date, I have called them three times, emailed three times, and texted. No response at all. It has been five days - nothing. Given the efforts that they made to ensure I was ordering the correct product, I expected better. I'm so very disappointed.

After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening.
