The minute I walked in I was greeted by Robert, a big friendly guy knew exactly what I was looking for and immediately brought it to the counter. I wasn't too sure about the gas additive so he just told me just put it in the gas tank whenever and it will help with the gas quality. He asked me if I had signed up for their rewards program and I told him no, and they immediately signed me up, gave me a senior discount, a coupon to get a $15 credit card and a military discount and set up my Corvette in what he called "virtual garage "which means anytime I come in and buy anything for that particular vehicle. It will keep track of what I've purchased, and I will do the same thing for my jeep when I take it over to get windshield blades. Setting up the rebate documentation was very easy and they've already confirmed that they'll be sending me $15 gift rebate. I'm going back to get windshield wipers for my jeep and that will certainly help toward the cost. They do all kinds of things there, they have a scanner for your engine, they can check your windshield wipers and I don't even know half the things that they do, but they're full service. I also met Lenna one of the parts people and she was equally friendly and knowledgeable. It's easy access off of South Carson Street and they have ample parking. The store is clean, the aisles are set up so that you can see the signs big enough to know what you're looking for and how to find it on your own. I highly recommend this particular O'Reillys, which is in the south end of Carson, closer to my home.

Only place around that had my part. I took advantage of their call ahead service and It was waiting for me at the counter. Talk about fast and efficient. The gentlemen behind the counter were knowledgeable on the extra parts I needed and on their location in the store. Believe it or not, they made a suggestion that saved me time and money. They could've let me walk the plank and screw-up the repair. On another visit, the staff tested and verified that our alternator wasn't the issue (which deep down I knew but it's important to get it tested and eliminate the potential). Between them and the other customer that was there, they were able to point me in the direction that got our issue figured out; We also had a ball in the process! I asked the associate if he could check and see what the code was, so we went out to the car and once the reader got the info needed, a Hispanic fella stopped us and the associate and him had a very lengthy conversation. Phone numbers were exchanged, handshakes ensued, more talking and some chuckles and I was standing there for several minutes. I don't know what they were talking about but it certainly wasn't important enough to waste my time. The associate completely forgotten me and not once acknowledged me. A simple; "Just one sec sir" Would have been enough, or better yet, he should have told the guy to hang on, since I was there first. I got tired of standing there and got in my car. The associate never even saw me drive away in anger. I wasn't just ignored, I was dismissed. This summer (in a couple of weeks actually) I am rebuilding an 83 GMC squarebody and planned on getting my parts from this store, but that won't be happening anymore.

Dont go here, I went here to get a battery replaced because my car battery was almost dead. I then…read morebuy the battery, Get told that my terminals are good and they're in good condition and that I Can still use them and save them. Then when he goes to put the battery in my car, it doesn't start and then I have to buy a brand new terminals, after he already took out the old ones and then realizes that he doesn't have one of them in store. So that's already $250 spent. Then I drive back to Reno and my car breaks on me. I have to get it towed to a mechanic shop all to realize that they put in the wrong battery and my terminals would've been fine if I had the right battery. Not to mention, I was sitting in their parking lot for three hours while this kid was struggling to work on my car, Said he could do it and then he wasn't able to.
