The minute I walked in I was greeted by Robert, a big friendly guy knew exactly what I was looking for and immediately brought it to the counter. I wasn't too sure about the gas additive so he just told me just put it in the gas tank whenever and it will help with the gas quality. He asked me if I had signed up for their rewards program and I told him no, and they immediately signed me up, gave me a senior discount, a coupon to get a $15 credit card and a military discount and set up my Corvette in what he called "virtual garage "which means anytime I come in and buy anything for that particular vehicle. It will keep track of what I've purchased, and I will do the same thing for my jeep when I take it over to get windshield blades. Setting up the rebate documentation was very easy and they've already confirmed that they'll be sending me $15 gift rebate. I'm going back to get windshield wipers for my jeep and that will certainly help toward the cost. They do all kinds of things there, they have a scanner for your engine, they can check your windshield wipers and I don't even know half the things that they do, but they're full service. I also met Lenna one of the parts people and she was equally friendly and knowledgeable. It's easy access off of South Carson Street and they have ample parking. The store is clean, the aisles are set up so that you can see the signs big enough to know what you're looking for and how to find it on your own. I highly recommend this particular O'Reillys, which is in the south end of Carson, closer to my home.

Only place around that had my part. I took advantage of their call ahead service and It was waiting for me at the counter. Talk about fast and efficient. The gentlemen behind the counter were knowledgeable on the extra parts I needed and on their location in the store. Believe it or not, they made a suggestion that saved me time and money. They could've let me walk the plank and screw-up the repair. On another visit, the staff tested and verified that our alternator wasn't the issue (which deep down I knew but it's important to get it tested and eliminate the potential). Between them and the other customer that was there, they were able to point me in the direction that got our issue figured out; We also had a ball in the process! They said they can replace the driver seat and give me a discount. We expected it to arrive on Monday and I got a call today and said they had the passenger seat ready ( but we were expecting the driver seat) again this reflects the communication this company has between their employees. After speaking with the manager they told us the driver seat was cancelled because the shipping was too high.. and to give Reno a call because they got some trucks in with the same seats. They should have accommodated me with Reno and have them ship to Carson THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! They missed up three times thats the least the could've done.

However a guy named Paul wrestled with me on a quote saying he had a giant machine "LIKE A HEART MONITOR" which he wanted to charge me for! WHY? So he could reap more profit out of me? Anyway, I did not want to purchase this without knowing if it would pass smog. I called and talked to Bob personally. Definitely a good old boy. A bit of a sense of humor along with it. I asked him if he was available to do a quick smog check on the Subaru. He told me he wasn't sure if it was quick, but there was no one in line so I can get right in lol. Took him about five minutes (The Subaru did pass this morning, nothing to do with him, but it was pretty nice about it) it's a bit more expensive in Carson than in Reno. So don't be shocked when you pay $29 for something you get for $20 in Reno. Two days later I get a postcard in the mail thanking us for doing the smog and offering us a free lube and/$100 off on an oil change. Thank you Bob :)
