When we brought it back up there, they were basically like, Oh, yeah she needs a steering alignment, as well as x, y and z. They never said a word, and she had been so relieved she would have a repaired car for her 40 minute work commute the next day. Nope. Just kept the car there for another couple days, while making arrangements again to get to work. Two days later, we pick up the car along with another bill for 5 or 6 hundred. Prior to this, we had good experiences, but I'm undecided whether I'll go back after they returned the car in that condition, knowing full well it was a big problem, instead of of giving her a call about it.
