I didn't have the money to begin with and have now overdrafted to pay for something I was not expecting, especially since I wasn't told prior to them taking them off. My suspension and ride needed help; they replaced the stabilizer bar and other parts, significantly improving my ride and handling. Recently, I brought my car in to make the air conditioning colder. Whatever was done, I now have colder air conditioning, making my drive significantly more comfortable. Went in a week later for another issue on my car and they took me right in, did a quick fix for me, and sent me on my way. I was in/out again in 20-30 minutes tops. Super nice guys who are working there (Hakeem, I think is the main guy) and very helpful. He even recommended a couple mechanics I could go to if I ever needed additional work. But when she drove the car home, there was outrageous and unsafe steering problems. Yes, it's a very old Camry with a lot of miles, and she had already decided this would be her final big investment prior to buying her next car. She's 25 now, and got it used while in college. When we brought it back up there, they were basically like, Oh, yeah she needs a steering alignment, as well as x, y and z. They never said a word, and she had been so relieved she would have a repaired car for her 40 minute work commute the next day. Nope. Just kept the car there for another couple days, while making arrangements again to get to work. Two days later, we pick up the car along with another bill for 5 or 6 hundred. Prior to this, we had good experiences, but I'm undecided whether I'll go back after they returned the car in that condition, knowing full well it was a big problem, instead of of giving her a call about it. They are fast, and have convenient hours.

The gentlemen told me that was not covered under warranty and what I had was basically a piece of paper with no value. Vickie took care and repaired my tire at no cost. I said a prayer before I left my house this morning and asked God to help me find an honest true person who can help me when it comes to repairing my car because I was so depressed, not having any luck finding an honest person whose true intent is fixing the problem and not lying, trying to sell something to you that is not needed.
