We test drove a 2108 Honda Pilot, after discussion with the sales rep we decided to move forward. After signing paperwork and leaving a deposit, he told us they did not the title for the vehicle due to an improper signature and that it should be there Monday, possibly Wednesday the latest. Needless to say the title never came. After two and a half weeks of waiting a less money in our pockets, we asked the dealership to provide us with some kind of compensation to keep us a float. Balancing a family on one car, with the expectation and verbal reassurance that this car would be in our driveway any day now- they agreed to give us a rental as we await the title. A week went by, more dates were promised, a tracking number was provided and the title never came. After a month waiting and a week with the rental the sales manager insisted we bring the rental back- because at this point we were an inconvenience and an expense. I would never recommend doing business with these people. They held onto us long enough to try and make a sale- and when they realized this title was not coming anytime soon after a month without a vehicle they decided to push us out. They lied to us over and over about the titles tracking and whereabouts, the previous owners involvement and the prior interested buyer who we later found out also pulled out after over a month waiting. Mike Smith is the biggest con artist out there and I wouldn't give him one penny off the ground if I found it :-) I would never recommend this dealership, and I suggest you stay clear of the headache. Invest your money literally anywhere else.

After not shopping at a dealership for many years, my wife and I went here in the spring to look at…read moresome examples of a model we were going to buy. Unfortunately, the experience reinforced every negative stereotype that we had about car dealerships. In the 45 minutes we were there, we were lied to (learned afterwards) about all sorts of things, large and small. They even lied about things they didn't need to - almost like they were doing it for sport! I felt like I needed a shower after we left. What an insult to us as consumers. We felt very disrespected. Never again.

I have begun taking my vehicles to these guys for many reasons, but I think the best part of the service that they provide is that if they did not take care of something that they said they would, they will make it right. They really do want a customer for life not just to get a dime out of each person that walks through the door. Everyone here is friendly and respectful and the waiting room is clean and comfortable with lamenitites. Keep up the great work guys!

('cos, you know, "we had to remove the front end off the carrrr!") michaels crew did the job quickly, and even noticed a detail relating to another light, which i was unaware of. they repaired it. with no whining. and they charged a very reasonable price. i am both impressed and thrilled. thank you, MICHAEL'S AUTOMOTIVE. you will see us again.

I have some pretty extensive experience with car dealerships when I was younger; as an employee, a…read morecontractor vendor, owning a car transport company, and as one-time partner in a used car dealership. As you could imagine, I have a rather dim view of how most dealerships operate. While searching for vehicles on the Internet recently I stumbled on a 2013 Tahoe in the Bedard Chevy used inventory. During a visit I reviewed the vehicle and it fit my needs rather well. I was looking for particular options for a long time and this vehicle had them. The Tahoe was also the cleanest and less abused of all that I had considered. The sales person, Heather was extremely helpful and low pressure. The next day we made a deal that I was happy with. Upon delivery of the vehicle I discovered a malfunction with the Tahoe's heated driver's seat. Heather was exceptionally responsive in getting the problem fixed, as was the service department. I can't say enough about the apparent honesty and integrity of the Bedard folks I worked with, right down to the courtesy of the drivers who delivered my vehicle to my house!!! It takes a lot for a company to earn my trust. Bedard has done so. No baloney, No BS, No excuses. Bedard is a low pressure, low hype dealership. It was worth the drive and I live over 1 hour away. I'll be certain to recommend Bedards to all of my friends.
