When I arrived, one other customer was in the waiting area. SHOP: this location is in need of a rehab and deep cleaning, but Chris was polite and professional. WAIT TIME: there was approximately 1/2 hour wait to get the car in the bay which was NOT VISIBLE through the waiting room window leaving potential questions about completeness of service by some previous reviewers who mentioned sub-par work. MANAGEMENT TIP: TRANSPARENCY- Show the work being done. I've used Mavis on and off for about 25 years for many vehicles. Most locations are extremely clean and have an excellent process. This location did not really seem to have a set procedure. For example, I realized after leaving that they did not give me a copy of the work sheet. THE GOOD: my issue with the tire was apparently a minor one because my keys were returned to me and there was no charge. Being relieved, I bought lunch for everyone and dropped it off on my way out. What I recommend this location again? Despite the good service that Chris gave me, the shop was in a sketchy area of town and their process seemed a little bit lax so I don't think I would return to the shop again.

They didn't "upsell" me at all, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The young man who swapped my rims/tires did a great job & was very friendly. However at some point, he was pulled away by his peers to work on another vehicle that had been brought in by a tow truck. It's a very busy garage....my vehicle was left unattended, raised on the lift, for about 30-mins before he was able to return to my project. All in all the process took about 2-hours from arrival to leaving. Though I was pleased, it was unfortunate that the workers seem to be pulled in multiple different for for directions, unable to focus entirely on 1-vehicle at a time.

What has been even more disappointing is the way the situation was handled afterward. Despite bringing the issue to their attention and requesting that they take responsibility, they have refused to provide a refund or adequately address the damage caused by their work. Mistakes can happen in any business, but customer service is measured by how those mistakes are corrected. Instead of standing behind their service, Arlington Auto & Tire has left me with repair costs and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would encourage others to carefully document any work performed on their vehicle. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the lack of accountability shown after the damage occurred.

Never trying to find something else to charge you for ever. They don't work weekends and will always schedule your service for the following week and once you drop it off it's ready that same day always. Very reliable and trustworthy people. The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, the team comes across as fair, honest, and focused on doing things the right way. It's safe to say I'll be going back to Bolt moving forward.
