Told him to address the thermostat hose, throttle housing and asked for an oil change as well. He had me buy the parts (great so far), we scheduled a day for him to make repairs. He showed up and changed the parts but couldnt get the car to stay on. He said the motor was probably blown or one of the pulleys were no good. And said the engine was smoking..Recommended to return and charge the battery and change the oil the following week. Unfortunately my sister paid him.... he said he would be back. I went to her house installed a new battery and an alternator. I sent Tom a video of the car working and just asked him to complete the oilchange since he was paid.. Tom agreed. Tom wont respond to texts or my calls. i have called and texted multiple times to give him the benefit of doubt before giving Tom this truthful and bad review. But should you ever find yourself in such a spot, the answer is simple. Slow your roll. Exit the highway as soon as possible. Find a mechanic to patch you up and get you back on the road. Oh yeah, and pray to god it's not Saturday, since most reputable mechanics take their weekends off. Well, on a recent Saturday such a fate befell me and my poor Mazda5. The car is old, but in good repair. It's serviced regularly, and just recently got a clean bill of health. So that brain twisting screeching sound was really quite a mystery. Did I mention I know nothing about cars? Still, I pulled into a nearby Denny's to look under the hood to see if anything was clearly broken. I looked under the wheel well to see if some piece of metal snapped. And I saw nothing. So I hopped on the Yelp app and found that the Meineke next door was not just open, but also well reviewed. The team there saved my life. Not literally of course. As it turned out, my life was never in danger. But they were able to get my car on the lift, and take it out on road, all within about an hour of my showing up. They determined that it was nothing. Maybe it had been something. Whatever small piece of road debris had gotten into the wheel well, had apparently worked itself out. They could have told me something was wrong with the bushings. I could have been taken for hundreds of dollars at that moment. But instead, they sent me back on the road with a smile, and refused to take any money for their time. Sure, they didn't actually fix anything. But their trained eye gave me peace of mind. And that's worth a lot. Thank you random Meineke. You guys rock.

I ask if they found the hole in the tire and they tell me it's the TPM sensor and it's gonna be expensive to replace. I've been filling the tire up with air every 2 days for weeks. Either they didn't even look at my car or they don't know what their doing. If you don't got time at the end of the day to look at my car that's fine, but don't lie to my face. *Update* Went to another mechanic and they said I had a bad tire valve stem and replaced immediately.

Strictly tires this spot is the best spot for a quick & inexpensive tire repair. Store front may…read morenot look like much but for about $10 they'll fix a flat quick & have you back on the road in no time. I even had a slow leak that no other tire spot could figure out after charging me for new tire valve stems leaving me still with a leaking tire. These guys not only found my tire leak but charged me a fraction of what it cost me to replace the tire valve which wasn't the culprit. I believe they even sell used tires but I'm assuming that service since they do have racks of tires in the garage. These guys are my "go to" guys for tire repairs. As far as I know this shop is a simple tire repair shop, I don't think they do alignments and such.
