They did the repairs for a fair price and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. Sometimes getting through to them on the phone took several attempts. I bought my daughter a Jetta Wolfsburg edition. The shop is experts on Volkswagens. We have brought it to other places and they were not able to diagnose the problem. Hans Repair And every time we have brought the vehicle there has figured out the problem and fixed it the first time correctly. They are very professional and honest. The shop may not be the best to look at but the quality is outstanding. If you have a Volkswagen I would highly recommend these mechanics to work on it. read more

Love these guys! Hubs and I have 2 old VWs - a Golf and a Jetta, both keep on kicking 15 yrs and counting thanks to Kevin + John. We've been loyal customers for ~8years. They KNOW Volkswagens, they are honest, trustworthy, affordable and relatively quick. The shop is a bit of a mess, but we overlook that since they do such good work. We drive about 30 minutes and coordinate drop offs and pickups, which isn't super convenient, but totally worth it in our opinion. read more
