My insurance originally directed me to a small auto body shop on Glendale Ave and 59th, but I didn't want aftermarket parts. I explained this to Travis, and he immediately asked me to bring the truck in. He worked directly with my insurance company, negotiated the pricing, and addressed additional damages that had been missed by the other shop. They had only quoted a repair of the truck bed side panel when it really needed replacement. The team did an excellent job -- my truck looks beautiful again, and all my sensors, cameras, and lights are working perfectly. I'm so happy with the results. Thank you, Travis, for all your help!

This shop after a minor fender bender with interior work stole -over $6,433.14 - Koppys is a CAR IMPOUND LOT YARD - WE HAD NO IDEA IN THE BACK THEY KEEP YOUR TRUCK IN AN IMPOUND RECOVERY LOT in limited tight space- Clowns hit the side of the rear qtr panel and than lied to us claiming they got the truck that way DELIVERED as TODD calls frantically trying to upcharge on parts than mentions and we have a qyr panel to straightern out ?? Right when he started lying, I called TODD out! Issue is we took video and told the truck driver to take pics and video upon delivery - OOPS TODD was caught red handed than he gave us attitude and the shop took "week after week" which led to "mth after mth" as it sat and collected dust for over 8months! Todd eventually stated he would fix the damages his shop caused YET instead of doing an honest repair he did a 1/2 ass "color match chip repair" w/extremely poor sanding - with bondo uneven and Todd didn't even bother replacing the modings they damaged!- This shop will "steal lie and cheat upcharge", on everything while not "taking personal ownership for damages", they cause in their impound car lot- They are not a full pledge body shop what so ever - Don't be fooled by the outside appearance- the interior and back is that of a junk lot/car recovery tow lot facilty - No integrity what so ever and I hope this poor review saves you the turmoil headaches all the small claims law suits & all.

I was given free shuttle service both ways and the repair took one extra day. The price was actually $15 less than the original estimate. There were a few places recommended in Glendale, Surprise and Phoenix, but I wanted to stay local in my community here in Peoria. And thus, I opted for A&D Autobody, Inc. They're conveniently located right on 75th in the heart of Peoria just on the other side of Greenway. Super duper convenient location and one that you won't have to drive far to get to and even if you do - it's your vehicle. Don't you want to trust it to a local company that will do the job right? ...of course you do! My wife had a tiny accident with a parking lot lamp at Hobby Lobby. She reversed and scraped the driver's side quarter panel and bumper. One minor dent and additionally, she scraped the pain. It was an eyesore to say the least. Since it was a single-vehicle accident, we did not want to use the insurance company and the run of our rate doubling because of a silly claim. We stopped at A&D Autobody and Kyle wrote up an estimate much lower than we even anticipated! We saved up some pennies and I dropped an e-mail to A&D Autobody to schedule to drop off my wife's car. Sue responded right away and said to drop it off at anytime most convenient for us. On the 4th business day, Kyle let us know the vehicle was finished and it pretty much looks like the day we drove it off the showroom floor.
