Some things I had repaired were new tires and wheels, a new battery, and a new instrument panel, the backlighting of which is a common failure to this model. They had no way to know. Also I noticed a small hole in the floorboard between the seat and the brake pedal, not really a big deal. But for what I paid I think I got a bargain. The engine and transmission, which are most important, are like new (knocks on wood) and very strong, along with the brakes which were done just before I bought the car.

These guys are straight forward and there is no shady business. They are great at answering all your questions with out making you feel like an idiot. Our sales guy Sean was great, friendly, did not make me feel talked down to and did not piss me off (Every car purchase I have ever made me so angry to the point that I have had to cut the salespeople down to size.) The owner is fantastic and it was a bonus that he is also a Jeep person. I highly recommend and anytime I am ready for another vehicle I will be checking with them first.

He was completely honest and informative but did not at all try to pressure me or sleaze me into something I didn't want. I found a car, took it for a test drive and vehicle inspection, which ended up lasting over 3 hours (thanks les schwab), and Fidel just waited patiently until I got back. Since some minor work needed to be done, he was very understanding and cut me a seriously great deal for an 05 outback and stayed past closing to install a new battery for me in the cold night!! Hopefully everything runs smoothly from here on out. In addition to excellent service, the car itself is in amazing condition, inside and out, considering how many miles it has. It drives deliciously. I like how they provided a Carfax for every vehicle. I finally got the car I've been scouring endlessly for, all within my tight budget, and through a "salesman" I felt I could actually trust.
