I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.

No follow up phone call to me advising this was going to take place, although they claimed to have done so which is a lie. I checked my entire phone one by one of any missed calls or messages and absolutely nothing was left advising me they were going to do this. My poor friend is struggling and now he lost his only asset he had and worked for a year (the car) plus all his personal belongings that were inside the back. The worst display of humanity I've ever encountered. These people have no heart. I cried all the way home to Canada because this car was everything to my friend had to his name and now, I feel responsible for him losing it. Awful & dishonest people.
