It took another month before it was fixed. It still rattles. Gave him the money to pay off the loan company and 6 months later, I still don't have a title. In fact, my credit is getting worse because he nearly had the car repossessed due to non payment. The week that I paid off the Saab, I purchased a pt cruiser that within 3 weeks, 7 sensors messed up, 2 oil leaks were found and an oil pressure switch was needing to be replaced. He had some 1/2 way mechanic fix it up to running and said it was repaired. There are still issues with it. Stay away.

Horrible dealership. I've been trying to have my van fixed for over 6 months now. I have to do all…read moreof the follow up, and no one ever returns my calls. On top of that, the phone number on their website for Service leads to spam. I tried calling my service supervisor who sent my phone a text a handful of times at his direct number, but he never calls me back. The text line doesn't get any sort of response. On top of the sheer difficulty of even getting in to see someone, I've been to the dealership 4 times with the only result being me wasting my time. The first time they said they weren't sure what was going on, but would look into it and get back with me. They didn't for 6 months until I called again. The second time they tried rebooting the car, and said they needed to special order a part from Atlanta and they'd get it in two days and get me back online by the end of the week. They didn't. I had to call over and over again until they I guess finally listened to their answering machine, or remembered they special ordered a part, or something. Eventually they called me and we got rescheduled. I went in the 3rd time for them to spend 3 hours trying to replace the part, only to tell me they think the part they ordered is faulty. Fine, order another one and let's try again. As I'm driving home, I notice the air conditioning is only either able to blow super cold or super hot, nowhere in between. I have to turn around and bring the van BACK because they screwed something up and literally made the van worse. Thankfully they were able to repair it. All of this after having called them 3 more times to no avail, trying to figure out when I should come back in to get this part replaced.

I test drove the car and came to realize that the alignment was way off. Told them they needed to fix it. I was unable to make it from Anderson to the dealership on Saturday to make final decision on car. Lost my deposit which was never originally stated that was non-refundable. I hope the next person enjoys the car with my $200 and they better get the discount. This is why I hate shady used car salesmen who take advantage of people who are in need. I will be reporting the business to the better business bureau for unprofessional business. I have the phone calls recorded. It was like they were forcing me into buying the car when I first decided to hold off on paying them. Never trust this company!!!! And apparently my wife having to work is not an excuse for him giving back the deposit.
