I took the vehicle to another shop who specializes in Honda, and they inspected the bushings and found them all to be perfectly fine. They even took pictures showing their condition. Dick Brooks Honda wanted me to pay approximately $2000 for unnecessary work. I no longer trust Dick Brooks.
