If i could zero stars i would .What a crappy business . Waited 3 hours for an AC check and had to push her forward with repairs to pick my gf up at 4:30 . She came out with invoice of $5600 . She mentioned the low hose was leaking but insisted everything needs to be replaced . I cranked the car on in front of her let me hear the noise . Nothing! She had stupid look on her face . Thanks Michelle . It's 2 10mm bolts and oem 100 dollars. What kind of business operates like this ??? Then new employee asked everyone around car appraisal. After a hour came back 2500 which I paid 11500 last year what a joke it was new engine replaced by hyundai 2013 class action law suit. I'm telling my dead grandma and everyone do not by hyundai!Michelle said there was knocking noise it was my engine kicking on to charge the battery . Your messing with the wrong person . I'm gonna post this everywhere. DO NOT PURCHASE HYUNDAI! What a embarrassment buying this car .I paid 175 plus 26 on tax not sure why . Nothing resolved . She ramped up 5600 with paper work. That's messed up. She went over board saying everything needs to be replaced .but when I started my car I was where is the noise . So stupid I thought they were good . Looser dealership

I recently visited Fred Anderson Toyota of Greer while shopping for a used Prius and had a mixed…read moreexperience. The staff were polite and respectful, but there were several issues with transparency and communication that made the process frustrating. Initially, I was sent photos of a different (new) vehicle than the used one listed online, and I noticed the VINs didn't match. I pointed this out, but it wasn't corrected until I was already in talks about pricing. After negotiating what seemed to be a fair price, I began my more than 2-hour drive to the dealership. About 20 minutes into the drive, I was informed that the vehicle in question was not the Limited trim but an LE--explaining a $6,000 price difference. At that point, they offered to discount a new Limited model by a few thousand dollars, saying the price difference between it and the used one would be around $3,000. That sounded reasonable--until I arrived and saw that the discount hadn't really been applied in a meaningful way. I also inquired about the college graduate incentive, and again, the total financed amount remained unchanged. It felt like discounts were being mentioned but not truly reflected in the numbers. My final MSRP ended up being about $37,000 before trade-in and down payment--higher than expected based on our conversations. To add some irony, the dealership advertises a 3-day, 150-mile return policy, which barely covers my round trip to the dealership. It's a nice gesture, but not very practical for out-of-town buyers like me. I did end up getting the car I wanted--although it wasn't fully loaded--and I'm happy with it overall. Still, I wish the process had been more upfront and accurate from the start. If you're shopping here, I'd recommend double-checking all the details before making the drive

The experience we had at Toyota of Greer makes me never want to go back to a dealership again. The…read moresalesman was WAY too pushy, and would not accept no as an answer. We had been very clear in our intentions of our visit--to test drive a 4Runner so we could get the feel of how they drive. He then proceeded to run the numbers on the vehicle we test drove which we had told him several times we were not interested in purchasing. We did not feel heard whatsoever, and then he proceeded to come and knock on our car door once we had left the dealership to try to get us to come back inside and lease a 2026. We had been very blunt about our budget, and I wanted nothing more than to get out of there as quick as possible. I will NEVER be returning to Toyota of Greer, and I think the company needs to think about who they're actually hiring to represent them--very unimpressive.

I brought my vehicle in for a tire replacement and had a very disappointing experience. After the…read moretire was replaced, I noticed that one of my rims had been damaged during service. When I brought the issue to the attention of Cole Pittman, my service advisor, he asked me to return to the dealership so that he could take pictures. He requested some time to review the issue and assured me that the issue would be resolved. When we called him back to check on the resolution, he retracted his statement and told me that there is no offer to repair because he noticed damage on the other tire rims that were not serviced. With the issue not resolved, my husband requested to a phone call from the general manager. Cole agreed to have the general manager call after stating that the general manager would provide the exact same service results as he had. We never received a call from the general manager, as requested. We did later receive a phone call from Tyler, a service manager, who also stated that the damage was present before the vehicle arrived. I disagree with that assessment, as the rim was not damaged beforehand. The service manager then stated that he had a before and after repair video that he was willing to send us; however the video was never sent. We called him several times to request a copy of the video and each time he hung the phone up on us, showing a lack of professionalism. He also stated that because the shop is privately owned, under no authority of corporate governance, that he will not take responsibility for the damage or repair it. I understand that mistakes can happen but I am very disappointed by the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and overall how this situation was handled. I expected better customer service and more transparency from a "certified service center". Especially after paying over $400 for one tire replacement. Of course, I will never use this service center or dealership again. If I could provide a zero star rating, I absolutely would. Also, I would not recommend this service center or dealership to anyone based on my experience.

He explains that he will send my information to SC State Credit Union to see about a loan for me.  He explains he uses them regularly, and they financed him and his contact there, Carol, was great.  I said go ahead and if we can get numbers back where we like them (I already knew where things needed to be and felt confident we could make a deal) that I would be up there LAST night to work out the minor details and buy a vehicle from your dealership.  He had asked that I call Carol to go on and give her permission to run my credit- which I did Monday morning.  She emailed me back that she had not received my information.   I texted our sales guy BJ who said he was sorry that the information didn't get sent over yesterday but assured me it would sent over shortly. It finally was but no surprise they weren't able to approve me. I texted our sales guy back and let him know but I was still interested in doing business. He said great. Nothing else that day. Nothing Wednesday until around 530 when the finance manager called while I was still at work asking if I was still interested and to let him know (this is the opposite of what the sales guy had said which was he was working on me). I text him back letting him know I definitely still am interested. I hear nothing until around noon when I get a call from him. Through the conversation he makes it clear he hasn't even looked at my stuff as he says he has to reacclimate himself with it. He encouraged me to put my fiancee on the app to see if that would help and he would know within 10 minutes...so we give her information and he says he will let us know soon... 3 hours passed... Nothing... So we went and bought a truck somewhere else... For a dealership that claims to want my business they were not aggressive and seemed to not care about my business at all. Oh well. Their loss.
