Been without my car over a month total, communication between me and the tech seems to be horrible with me having to repeat info and feedback messages are making big assumptions. I honestly don't know what work was done last visit and no explanation IF any repair was attempted. The kicker, my car was returned to me with the rear seat out and stained.

Emilio the sales person was great communicating. We agree to a number I would be comfortable agreeing to before driving 3 1/2 hrs to their dealer. I get to the dealer and the car is not even there. I get to sit around for 15-20 min because the car is still getting an oil change when I get there. After them knowing I was on my way and knowing around what time I was gonna get there. They finally pull the car around. The car has a hit that was not shown in pictures. The windshield has 2 very sizable chips and the tires are dated to 2023 but they feel like hockey pucks due to how dry rotted and cracked they are. Obviously no one in their right mind is gonna agree to pay 30k for a car that needs at the most minimum a new windshield and tires. Robert, the terrible manager there or whatever position he holds. Explains to me that even though those things were not disclosed and are not able to be noticed in a picture. He will absolutely not help me at all in price because he had already brought it down before I agreed to drive out. So obviously im getting pissed. Smart person Robert offers to zip tie or tape up the bumper so it doesn't look like its loose. THEY 3M TAPED IT!! 30k car again. Then I get mad so im just done with this bullshit so I decide to leave. Im my way out. Not so smart Robert offers me to swap our the wheels and tired ( and take care of that labor) from the car I was trading in so that he can make the sale. My car has 18inch base tires. The car they were selling came with 20in premium alloy wheels. This goober ( cant call him what I really want to) really tried to steal more value from me so that he can make a sale. Absolutely no respect shown to the costumer after driving more than 3 hours to see them!!!! Cant trust this guys! ! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Now I can't say I've ever been to a price were financing was 100% truthful and wasn't trying to squeeze extra money out of you.I was talked into an extended warranty plan. I asked if this was the only time I could add a warranty plan and was told yes. Later found out that wasnt true. What rubbed me the wrong way is i.was never given any manual, booklet or any paperwork regarding the warranty. Couple days after purchasing the car, I reached out to the finance manager regarding information about the plan. I was sent a picture of the chart he showed me in the office. In the office, I was told I could cancel at anytime. Glad that was one truth. Cancelled it before my first payment. Do NOT sign up for the warranty through financing. It added $4600 to my financing! I was able to find a better plan for $1040 and you can get it as long as your car is under 6k miles. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for that issue. TLDR: Sales team was great, friendly and honest. Got me the car and color I wanted. Financing (like any other place), will.try to squeeze extra money out of you. Don't get the extended warranty from dealership unless you like paying 3x what it's worth. Possible to get it cheaper outside dealership.

My insurance took a while to send the supplement over to JJ, but once JJ Auto Body received it, they got started right away, which I really appreciate. I've never dealt with a body shop before, so this is my first experience, and I have to say...the consistent communication and updates have been phenomenal.
