However, while checking their Facebook page today (1/10/26), I saw that the vehicle had already been sold. I was never contacted or notified of this change. When I called to confirm, I spoke with a gentleman who had no record of my appointment and seemed unaware of the situation. I was extremely disappointed, especially knowing I could have driven all the way from Portland and wasted time and gas for a vehicle that was no longer available. I'm thankful I happened to see the post before making the trip, but this experience shows a serious lack of coordination and customer communication. Back to the drawing board.

Now it's stuck in park with that light on my dash and I litterally drive it for 30 min before not being able to use it after paying 5200 cash for this van.
