I have left 5 voicemails for Aaron but till this day he has not responded back. I called back in August many many times. The service at this location is horrible, I will definitely not take my suv to get serviced at this location. It seems as if service techs are being lazy and not doing their jobs. The service specialist that assisted me at the time said they couldn't do anything and all I could do is turn off the notifications that my car keep alerting me because they weren't able to fix the malfunction of the sensor. Capital Chevrolet service department struggles and obviously doesn't have the capacity to detect issues in customers Vehicles. It's a waist of customers time. I contacted GMC and I was referred to Power Buick GMC on Market Street instead. Power Buick GMC was able to diagnose the problem without any hesitation and ordered the part without going through any hassle.

I wish they were closer to Portland, however I am good with making once a year trip there, meet a friend in Salem, get all the oil changes, maintenance checks and recalls done in a day, much better than the wait times or dropping the car off for multiple days at the Portland dealer.
