I literally can't say enough good about the staff at this business. My 2019 Prius is literally an extension of myself, and I'm not super finicky, but I plan to keep it for many more years so I wanted it repaired before it rusted. They were so kind and informative through the whole process, from the time I took it in for an estimate, until I picked it up looking flashier than it was when I brought it in. Extra special shout outs to JC at the counter, Kevin, and Jonathan Barnes. This was my first time, dealing with this kind of repair with insurance and collision, and they handled all of it, from communicating with the insurance company, to keeping me informed of the progress, to making sure my car was shiny and beautiful for me upon pick up. The level of care and ownership these people took in their work was positively heartwarming. Whatever they are making, it's not enough. As some of these yelp reviews can attest to, these people are clearly the target of a lot of unnecessary abuse, but they were nothing but the penultimate professionals whenever I was there. They will have my business forever.

The shop did not disclose that damage had been done to the muffler because the insurance would pay for the muffler but not the pipe. But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. The manager argued with me about my experience when I complained and tried to gaslight me about what happened. Don't go here!

I would give zero stars if possible! By far the worst repair experience I have ever had. This…read morelocation struggles to keep employees and is not afraid to share it, this seems to be their go-to for the reason things are so terrible. It started when I took me vehicle in for the insurance estimate (trip #1 to the shop), the adjuster was adamant that I scheduled when to bring it back as they were already scheduling out so far. I was hesitant due to our extra vehicle having an issue but I scheduled anyway, he said if anything changes to let them know. I took my vehicle on the scheduled day March 25, 2026,(trip #2) go in to drop it off and they do not have me on the books and never ordered the parts. Schedule again to drop it off for April 3, 2026,(trip #3) this time I was able to successfully drop off my vehicle. They call me April 22, 2026(trip #4) and tell me my vehicle is ready for pick-up, I work in Battle Creek, so I hurried home at the end of the day grab my husband and head over to get it. It was about 15 minutes before they closed, I had not really been home and just wanted to get there so I didnt look it over (I have also NEVER had an issue with any of the other repairs I have had done elsewhere). When I got home I actually looked at it, it was terrible work. There were parts ripped and just sat back in, things that should have been repaired weren't, gaps with over a 1/4" difference from side to side (I measured them) and gaps that were just entirely too large. I called the next day and took it back (trip #5). I was told there is no longer a manager at that location and dealt with the "acting manager". He looked it all over, took into the back to make some of the gaps better and tried to get us to "meet him in the middle" on some of the issue. He then said he would get everything ordered and call us the following day. After a month of not hearing anything I called then again, was informed I would have to bring my vehicle in AGAIN for the issues to be looked at as that person was also no longer employed and there was a new manager. Finally, I was able to take me vehicle in again on June 19,2026 (trip#6) yet the manager was not there. I informed the employee that I would not be leaving without a list of the repairs as I would not be doing this step a 3rd time. He was utterly dumbfounded as to what I was asking for! The manager called me the following Monday June 22, 2026 to discuss the issues with me and told me he would be ordering the parts and would call me "tomorrow". I called again July 16, 2026 as I still had not heard anything. As I sit here almost 3 months now from when I initially picked up my vehicle (just short of 5 months from my accident) my vehicle is still not repaired correctly and I do not have a timeline as to when that will occur, I do know I will still have a minimum of 2 more trips to this shop for this one repair!

It's still on a temporary tag. To make matters worse, she paid for an extended warranty, only to find out today that it was never even added to her vehicle. She had the car towed back to the dealership, and now they are avoiding her calls. This is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice before buying from them. better business bureau is next.

Unfortunately, the situation has now been ongoing for nearly three months without being fully resolved. Shortly after leaving the dealership and beginning the drive home, the vehicle started displaying electrical warning lights and sensor alerts. The vehicle was also leaking oil due to a loose oil filter that had not been properly tightened. When I contacted the dealership about the warning lights, I was told in writing that they "knew what the issue was" and that they had already spoken with their service department about it. Despite that, the vehicle still required diagnostic work at a Jeep dealership to address the problem. There were also issues regarding the spare key. I was told in writing that the key would go out in that day's mail, but that never actually happened. After several weeks of follow-up it became clear the key had not been mailed. While trying to resolve the missing key issue through this location, a staff member even asked whether I would be willing to sign an NDA before they sent payment for the replacement key, which was surprising given the situation. Another major issue has been the warranty paperwork. The warranty was supposed to reflect commercial use with unlimited mileage and a $100 deductible, since the vehicle was purchased in my company's name and is used for work. However, the warranty was processed incorrectly and has required additional time and effort to correct. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with management, including speaking with the general manager, Mark, who informed me that the matter had been placed on Simone to handle. Despite that, I still have not received direct communication from Simone to finalize the remaining warranty correction. At this point, I am simply asking for the vehicle and warranty to reflect the terms originally agreed upon at purchase and for the remaining issues to be resolved. I hope the dealership will reach out so this situation can be resolved before I need to escalate the matter further.
