He responded quickly and clearly explained that he would only charge me if the ADAS calibration was successful, which I found extremely fair and reasonable. At the appointment, he spent about 30 minutes attempting the calibration and ultimately determined that the camera itself was faulty and couldn't be calibrated. He was honest about it and didn't charge me. Instead, he recommended finding a shop that could replace and program the camera properly. He reminded me that there was no warranty for it so I knew that I wasn't getting my money back.
