When I contacted the dealership for clarification, I was given conflicting information and made to feel as though my expectation that an electric vehicle would include a charging cable was unreasonable. Unfortunately, no satisfactory resolution was provided. I also attempted to speak with a manager regarding my concerns and was directed to Steve Fricks, but I never received a response despite my efforts to reach out. Additionally, I took delivery of the vehicle during a heavy rainstorm and quickly discovered that the windshield wipers were not performing adequately, making visibility difficult. When I asked about having them replaced, I was informed that the service department had already deemed them acceptable. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication, accountability, and customer support after the sale was finalized. As a long-time Hyundai customer who has purchased multiple Hyundai vehicles over the years, this has been the least satisfactory dealership experience I have encountered. While I am happy with the vehicle itself, the post-sale customer service has left a great deal to be desired. As a result, I plan to have my future maintenance and service work performed at a different Hyundai dealership.

When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: "If you're not happy, just bring the car back. We'll be waiting." Who says that to a customer? It wasn't just dismissive -- it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn't believe it. Let me be clear: this isn't about the car. It's about how they treat people after they get your money. That's when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. No one will care. We purchased a used car for more than $50k here. We obtained a pre-purchase inspection, which…read moreindicated multiple problems (including dry-rotted tires). Autoplex agreed to repair these issues and replace the tires prior to our purchase; however, they refused to provide any written documentation that they had completed the promised work. They instead encouraged me to trust that it had been done and to lean on their 3k mile warranty. We did, only to later discover that there were still 2 dry rotted tires and half of the repairs hadn't been done (and those that were done were done improperly). Less than a month after closing, I've spent more than $2k on repairs they had agreed to do, and I have yet another appointment to bring the car into another shop next weekend. It took multiple calls to eventually reach Lionel, who promised a partial reimbursement. This reimbursement hasn't come. I'm preparing a complaint with the GA Board of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers ( https://sos.ga.gov/sites/default/files/forms/35%20Form%20-%20Complaint.pdf ) and the AG's Consumer Protection Division ( https://consumer.georgia.gov/resolve-your-dispute/how-do-i-file-complaint/consumer-complaint-form#no-back ). Spoiler Over $12,000 dollars of repairs needed Said the tire pressure light was on because it needed new tires and offered me to come back to get them when I came back to get the seat handle repaired. Was told he was throwing in a dealer warranty for major systems as well as a key replacement warranty. Actuality $1,000 added to the online price but didn't mention until after paperwork and approval. I came back and got the new tires. Light was still on. Was told it should go off on it's own after driving it some. Got the seat handle replaced and the technician put a hole in the middle seat. They tried to say it was already there, but you could tell it was a fresh puncture. Then they tried to blame it on a car set. After I showed them that the car seats dimensions and design didn't align with the puncture, they agreed to fix it for me whenever I came back to Duluth. DOWC (Dealer Owned Warranty Company) warranty: going back through my paperwork I see where I was charged over $2500 dollars for the warranty and $1500 dollars for key replacement. (I don't know any key that costs $1500 dollars!) I take accountability for not going over the paperwork again but that leads me to another thing. They take all day and forever to do nothing on purpose so that you will pay less attention to detail because you are ready to go. Multi-point inspection could not have been done it would not have passed. After a year and 2 months driving less than 10,000 miles the only thing that passed inspection were the tires. Over $12,000 dollars of repairs needed 1 year and 2 months after owning the car: Check engine light comes on, I take it to the Lexus dealership, and they tell me I need a transmission rebuild. They notify the warranty company to submit a claim for repairs. It is immediately declined because, " I am within 50 miles of the Gravity auto Roswell dealerships service center" they will pay $125 towards having it towed. I get to the dealership, they clear the check engine light and tell me I must wait until it comes back on. Car is driving fine but the RPM's stays high a little longer than usual to change to the next gear. It comes back on. I drop it off to the Roswell Gravity auto service center. Thursday 3/12/26. Tuesday 3/17/26 I get a text and a phone call saying they did a multi-point inspection and gave the results. Warranty company only approved front wheel bearing replacement and that I would have to pay $514.44 for a transmission flush to see if that would repair the issue before they would pay for a transmission rebuild and to approve or decline. I approved of course what other choice did I have? The next day they call me and said they were done and that the flush repaired the issue. I scheduled to pick up that Saturday since I lived 2.5 hours away. They close early on Saturdays, so I paid in advance and he left my key at the dealership along with my paperwork. First 17 minutes of driving the car seemed ok. Then it started making a clicking noise that sounds like you putting a card in your bicycle tire while it's spinning. When we got on the highway, after acceleration when you let off of the gas the car would stall as if you were pressing the brake. Had none of these issues before taking it to them.
