I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from Hennessy Cadillac. My brother and I purchased a 2019 Subaru Legacy from their used car inventory for approximately $19,000 cash. I want to be fair and give credit where it's due. Our salesperson, Dino Hill, did a great job throughout the sales process and was professional and helpful. However, our experience after the sale has been incredibly disappointing. The vehicle was sold with Hennessy's advertised used car inspection and included a 3-Month/3,000-Mile warranty. Less than one month after purchase and well under 3,000 miles of driving, we took the vehicle to Subaru for service and were informed that the head gasket was leaking. The Subaru service department advised us that this was not a new issue and that the leak had likely been present for some time. This immediately raised concerns about the quality and thoroughness of Hennessy's used vehicle inspection process. How does a significant issue like a leaking head gasket go unnoticed during inspection? To make matters worse, the repair was denied by Hennessy's Hennessy Care warranty. We then reached out to dealership management for assistance. We were repeatedly told that they were doing everything they could to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, more than a month later, the vehicle remains unrepaired and is not safely drivable. Kyle Shoemaker, the Finance Director, even provided his personal cell phone number for communication, but eventually stopped responding altogether. Matt Cowart appears to be the only member of management genuinely trying to help, but even he frequently fails to follow up when promised. As for Mr. Kevis, he always seems to be unavailable or in a meeting. Throughout this entire process, we have remained polite, patient, and respectful. Yet it feels like the moment the paperwork was signed and the money changed hands, we no longer mattered. We understand that we purchased a used vehicle, not a brand-new Cadillac. However, that does not mean customers should be left with a major mechanical failure shortly after purchase and then abandoned when they seek help. We trusted Hennessy's inspection process and believed the included warranty would provide protection in situations exactly like this, especially given how it was explained during the sales process. Instead, we are left with a $19,000 vehicle that cannot safely be driven and a dealership that has offered little more than excuses. The responses we've effectively received have amounted to, "You bought it, it's your problem now," or "You should have purchased an extended warranty." That is not customer service. That is not standing behind the vehicles you sell. If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle from Hennessy Cadillac, I strongly recommend just staying away from them. We did everything right. We trusted the dealership's inspection, purchased the vehicle in good faith, and reported the issue within the warranty period. Now we are out $19,000 cash and have a vehicle that cannot safely be driven and a repair amounting over $5,000 to repair. I had a very disappointing experience at Hennessy Cadillac dealership. When I arrived, I mentioned my appointment, and the staff immediately questioned why I was there since my car wasn't a Cadillac. Instead of confirming my name or details, they just made assumptions. After finally being checked in, I waited over two hours for an oil change, and the technician never even introduced themselves. Then, I received an inspection video saying there was a nail in my front tire. I was skeptical because my own diagnostic app never showed a leak, but the advisor initially just told me the price for the oil change and didn't mention the nail at all. When I mentioned the nail in my tire the advisor told me there was no nail and instead of going over my inspection he waited for me to pull up the video on my phone? Even then, he gave no further explanation or suggestions--just a price and a cold, detached attitude. The whole visit felt really dismissive, and honestly, I felt like I was doing more of the work than they were supposed to. I expected much better service, especially from a dealership like this. This dealership refused to let me put down a deposit on a $134,000 Escalade because I wasn't financing through them. I came ready to buy, and instead was upsold, dismissed, and disrespected. Buyers beware. I walked into Hennessey Chevrolet excited to buy a $134,000 Escalade, but walked out completely disrespected. I had an appointment with Jay (sales rep). I arrived early, after getting me and my 10 month old dressed to go buy our first family vehicle. Instead of listening to what I wanted, he tried to upsell me nearly $10,000 in add-ons I never asked for...ceramic wrap, tint, etc. I told him clearly: I only want the car and the tax, tag, and title. No fluff. Here's where it got worse: I asked to put down a deposit on the Escalade I wanted (which isn't in stock yet, but they said would be arriving). At first, Jay said yes. But when I told him I had my own financing lined up (not through them), suddenly the story changed. He came back and said I couldn't put a deposit down anymore. That's when it became obvious, because I wasn't financing through them, they didn't want my business. I told Jay and the manager Chris that this felt discriminatory and I felt profiled. Everyone else "and their mama" can put down a deposit, but I couldn't? As a Black woman walking in ready to drop six figures, with my toddler in a stroller, I should have been treated like a VIP customer. Instead, I was profiled, dismissed, and made to feel like my money wasn't good enough here. Only after I walked out angry did another salesperson chase me down, saying, "Oh, we can take your deposit now." So which is it? Why was it a no before and a yes after? The inconsistency and lack of integrity speak volumes. If you're looking for honesty, respect, and transparency look elsewhere. So this is my official second review with Hennessy Cadillac and my 3rd purchase from them. It may sound a bit repetitive but they knocked it outta the park again. Terrance or Big T as they call him is my salesman again and of course he does an amazing job every time. I put a lot of pressure on these guys to exceed my high expectations on every single encounter. Honestly I was just browsing because I'm not an impulse buyer of anything . I seen a used truck online it was perfect I test drove it and I didn't pull the trigger that day but it was busy so of course someone else grabbed it. I was actually okay with it because the last truck Terrance sold to me was still awesome but I was missing my sun roof it was low on miles a great truck actually XT4. He apologized which honestly it wasn't his fault it's business I understand. He immediately said Mrs Gray I have another option we test drove it and ran numbers it didn't work for my budget. I actually visited another dealership ( not Cadillac) and kinda liked the truck but giving up my Cadillac would be honestly very difficult. Terrance continued to look and called me back with a better option to work with my situation ( I had some negative equity from a previous loan) we spoke about my options and I he went to work and got me in touch with his manager Jason and we talked with no pressure at least not from him but I surely applied it to him. lol I told him what I wanted and he worked this deal without any the haggling. Terrance and Jason made it happen. I ended up leasing a 2025 XT4 and it's amazing. Kyle in finance was also the sweetest and most patient person I have met in a long time. I notice when buying a car you have to work with people that want to sell a car. You have to believe in them and they in you. If you encounter a team/person that doesn't really do that you will have a bad experience in that dealership. Again this is my 3 Cadillac from Terrace and everytime he has been consistent he is honest and upfront and makes sure I have everything I need even to the point of offering me and my some BBQ they had catered in. I smile because I feel like family there. So go see Terrance and the team. He will put you with the right people at the right time. I had been going back and forth to Hennessy Cadillac since I moved to Georgia about a year ago for oil changes on my 2017- xt5. They always had great customer service but I believe they have out done themselves. I want to first acknowledge my salesman Marcelin Holloway and David Bacchus. They did a fantastic job. David reached out to me to get me to come in based on an inquiry I did online. Very nice on the phone. Once I arrived at the dealership, I ended up going on the test drive with Marcelin. He was very knowledgeable about the xt6. I had no preference on outside color but I did wanted brown seats. So he suggested one that he thought would be perfect for me. He pulled up the car and we went on a test drive. It was nice to go on a test drive with someone like my self, a car enthusiast. A person that knows a lot about cars. He also assisted me at the end with setting up feature. Katy Franks the finance manager was helpful with letting me know what discounts and incentives were available for me. The GM Marion Woodmore is the MAN! He was one at the end who took the last shot and help to make the sale. Chib the business manager did a good job with the paper work and getting me out of there fast. Everyone I came in contact with made my experience great. I'm a new owner of a 2021 XT6 premium luxury. The sales manager undervalued my trade-in vehicle and in fact told me what he would list the vehicle at price wise. 5 days later the vehicle is listed at 5k more than he said and essentially 10k more than I traded it for. I also, purchased an EV that had no charging hardware. I figured I could reach out and see if they could help me to get the charging hardware since the EV was a local trade in. I was told by the Sales manager, Richard S. he would see what he could do, and give me a call. It has been just over 5 days since he said he would call me back. I have followed up in both email and phone but nothing. A man of his word, he is not. That said, I do not blame them for getting what they did, ultimately I had the power to walk away. Buyer, remember, you always have the power to walk away. Whose ready for a good novel? Sit back grab a drink and read away. This is my true experience and I have all the paperwork to back it up in case anyone needs proof. I reached out to Hennessy Cadillac on 7/31/23 to see an xt6. I was connected with sales rep Joe. He confirmed it was there and I could come by to see it. I told him if I like the car I would like to take it for the night in order to have a pre inspection company inspect the vehicle. Their sales manager Nubien called me afterwards and started by saying "We don't lend cars out overnight you can have it for a few hours during the day." I said my family is not new to the Cadillac family and this has never been an issue at other dealerships. He told me "Do we have a potential deal?" Are you lost yet? He asked me to tell him if we have a potential deal on a vehicle I have not seen in person. I then told Nubien "I'm not going to see the car to waste my time, the fact that I am inquiring for the car shows my interest but I cannot comment if we have a potential deal without seeing the vehicle. I told him I felt he was pushing me to commit quickly to the car and I feel like he is hiding an issue with it, he said no all vehicles have to pass their inspection." He then says "How are you going to pay for it?" Now this really spun my head. I responded "It doesn't matter how I pay, if I like the car and decide to have a deal you get paid." He then told me it did matter how I was paying because he's looking at it from a business perspective. Well why doesn't he stop pissing off potential customers if hes so focused on his business mindset? I asked for the General Manager, he then tells me "He's right next to me he is listening to us." Calmly I reply "That is fine, I want to speak to him if he is available." He replies "His name is Eric." He transfers me to Eric. Eric is calm and hears me out about the interaction with Nubien. He tells me he will call me back with an answer if I can take the car overnight for an inspection by a company I hire. He allows it. I pick up the vehicle from a guy named Roland. We take the care home and have the inspection on it. Come to find out on my drive home the check engine light ignited. I texted Roland does he know what that could pertain to? He said its probably something small as it just was serviced. I didn't think so. Come to find out the inspection company has a gadget that can detect when the memory was wiped on the vehicle. They wiped the vehicle before I got to the dealership to pick it up and the light came on while I drove home. It was code P0430 the catalytic converter was below threshold bank. I felt like they wanted to hide the issue the entire time with how Nubien refused to give me access to the vehicle for extended period and they never disclosed the issue before I got it. I told them we would not be buying the vehicle via text on 8/2/23. Roland advised it was not to be deceitful but because they had performed a fuel induction service on the vehicle they cleared the code since sometimes those trigger the check engine light. I didn't buy that. The chemicals in those fuel induction services guarantee to NOT trigger the check engine light. Then the original sales rep, Joe told me "we do not just turn off the check engine light just because." I said "If that is the case I want to know what code was on before you guys cleared it and what recourse was taken to address the issue. I wanted to be able to see if this issue was the same as "what they fixed" or if it was new. He calls me back and tells me that the service tech did indeed erase the light and did not fix anything." I told him the catalytic converter needed to be replaced he said "they would do what they need to ADJUST the light." Here I am thinking yeah like erase the light and no actual fix. I had them come pick up the vehicle from my house and not even 30 mins after they got it to service Joe calls and says the catalytic converter had to be replaced. I responded "do I tell you I told you so now or later?" Fast forward to they fix the issue and we have some terms for a contract being discussed with Eric, the General Manager. We spoke on an off all day on 8/3/23 and he did not stand behind the price he told me, instead they send me a price list with an additional $4,000 for the inclusions that were included earlier. I said no, he said he would get back to me. Within an hour and a half he has Roland call me to tell me the vehicle sold. I told Roland we all know that vehicle didn't sell as it has been sitting in service.He didn't deny. He proceeds to lie and says "Well you didn't put money down to hold it and someone came and bought it." I said "I have been waiting all day for your GM and Joe to get back to be to finalize the deal so I can head that way to buy it." Reality is the news wasn't Roland's to share it was Joe's and Eric's and neither of them had the professional aptitude to call and say hey this can't work for us after they committed to it. read more

I absolutely do NOT recommend Hennessy Cadillac in Duluth, GA. My wife and I had a horrible experience there. We purchased a used vehicle from them last year, and the entire buying process was horrible, other than our salesperson. We kept asking to be shown the Car Fax report for the vehicle, and finally they returned to show us a clean Car Fax. When we got to the Finance Manager, he was so rude, condescending and aggressive trying to push the extended warranty and Gap insurance on us, that we almost left without buying the car. We finally got everything settled and left with the car at the price we wanted. The vehicle started giving us problems, a strange vibrating that was getting worse and worse. We couldn't figure out what was causing this and didn't want to spend a lot of money trying to find out. We decided to trade it in and learned at that time, a year later, the car had been in an accident before! WE HAD BEEN SHOWN A CLEAN CAR FAX, and there had been plenty of time between the accident and when we bought the car for it to have shown up on the report. We also learned the vehicle had undergone a complete axle housing replacement (remember the vibrating problems we were having???) I immediately contacted Hennessy Cadillac about this. We were told by another dealership that they should definitely want to make this right! Initially they were very concerned, and one of the sales managers even left me a voice mail that she knew it had a clean Car Fax and would find out what happened. Then they stopped replying. The General Manager eventually responded stating that the file noted that "they told me" about the damage. They definitely did not! They didn't even try to come up with an explanation. So we had to get a decreased trade-in value for our car that had damage, and all they eventually offered to do was buy it back at a ridiculous price or help trade it in for a new car, both options only benefitting them. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 74.97 and wasn't given the promotional price. Also, needed an air filter change that I asked about and this wasn't done. I called to inquire to see if maybe the additional price I was charged was for the air filter and maybe it just wasn't reset. Nope, I was over charged and the air filter change was not done. I was told a manager would call me back and I never got a call back. Called again today and told the same thing. I'm doubting I'll get a callback. My dad brought my SUV in, which is why I made sure they knew everything I needed and that I would do the balance and rotation "they recommended for the lower price." I asked the price for the oil change alone because I didn't need the rotation and before they gave me the price, I was advised it would be more so I may as well get it. I had an emergency a needed a key fob reprogrammed .I called All day to get an appointment or a walk thru or something . No one answers the phone. I arrived at 602pm I was told oh sorry they are gone for the day , and I cant fix or give you a loaner. I don't know what to tell you. Not can you come in the AM or you can use this vehicle and I'll let them know. They had to have been standing at the clock waiting til it struck 6. I need a job like this . So I call this morning to see if they had the key fob , he tells me the price and gives me a range..... on the cost of installation/programing. Well which one is it ? I don't know ask them and was transferred to a none answered phone . If this is what they think of their customers, I'll rejoice when they fall apart . BUYER BEWARE!!! Hennessy Cadillac is the definition of bad business practices and no customer loyalty. We purchased a car from Kyle at the end of February. The car had damage and I was set to give birth the same week. He confirmed (in written communication) that he understood that the body work would need to be completed at a later date (at my first oil change) given the turn around time from purchase to birth. My first oil change came due in September. I started calling Kyle to schedule the body work, I received no response over numerous texts and calls. After close to a month of trying to contact Kyle, I asked for a manager. I was then forwarded to Nubian. Nubian started the conversation hostile, he claimed he had "no reason to do this work as it was outside the 30 day window". He then asked for proof of the conversation with Kyle (which I provided to him) and he then tried to "negotiate" on the ask given it had been so long. After back and forth over a week, Nubian agreed they couldnt get it done quickly and agreed to pay for the oil change to be done outside of their dealership while he worked to "schedule" the body work. He contacted us on October 25th (via email) that he scheduled the body work for Halloween. I responded same day via email, called his office line AND called the service department to let them know I couldnt make the 31st work due to prior commitments (my son's first halloween). I then proceeded to call and email to reschedule and provided the receipt for the oil change. Today is December 13th, I have called Hennessy directly, I emailed over 6 times, I never one got a call back in the month of November. TODAY I text his direct line, he responded that he never received any communication (which I provided proof of and he responded to the same thread on the 27th). He is claiming he owes us "nothing" as it was after purchase and he was "doing us a favor" and that "you dont get to dictate when the work gets done" and claimed I "no-showed" the appointment he made (even though he responded to my email saying I couldn't make the appointment). As you can imagine, I am annoyed, I am hurt, and I feel like I have had the wool pulled over my eyes by this dealership. I was voicing my frustration and Nubian informed me he was done working with me based on my frustration. So now I am left with a car with damage, no plan to fix it and promises unkept. TL;DR: This dealership makes promises so you buy a car (when youre a week away from giving birth) and then their associates and managers do not follow through, regardless of what documentation you have. read more

We bought a vehicle from Hennessy in early 2022 that has had some issues almost since the start. While I'm not too frustrated about the fact that the car had issues with initial quality, the level of service we've received has been not only below what I would have considered to be Cadillac standards, it has been far below what I would expect from the lowest cost brands. Promises not kept, deadlines not met, and many voicemails left that nobody ever responds to - including both the service manager Kevis and the general manager. Seems like a culture problem that starts from the top. We are at over a year of repeated visits and the issues with our vehicle are still not resolved. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I have been taking my Cadillac Escalade to Hennessy Cadillac for over 10 years. I have owned 2 different models: 2008 and 2015. I have never paid over $100 for an oil change until last week. I was taken back by the price of $125 for an oil change. I immediately asked the advisor why is the price so high. His response, "The price of oil has gone up and GM ended the oil program with Cadillac." I asked to speak to the service manager. Again he stated the same thing but went on to say that they have been under priced on oil changes compared to other dealerships. Complete BS. I paid $88 for and oil change 5 months ago now you charge me $125. I also called 2 other dealerships they mentioned. Heyward Allen Cadillac $85.99, Jim Shorkey Cadillac $92.99. Hennessy is 20-30 bucks more then anyone else. This is another attempt to stick it to the customer and blame it on inflation and oil prices. When gas was 4.99 a gallon I paid $65 for an oil change. It is very sad what these companies do to customers. But guess what, there are other places to take my car to for a better price!!! read more

Let me start with saying I'm only giving a 1 because my initial purchasing experience wasn't bad, but it went down hill from there. In August 2023 I purchased a 2020 XT6 and Let me also state that I requested new tires as part as the purchase agreement. Well lets fast forward after having the car a few months, I had to bring the car in for an oil change and when I picked up my car they tell me I need 4 new tires! I had only driven the car at the time about 8k miles. After researching and bringing my car to several Tire shops I found out that I was never given new tires as I was told they were new. Even employees in their service department expressed that the tires were not new. I don't want throw anyone under the bus so I wont give any names. Afterwards I go back to my sells rep Reggie and express to him the issue. He then went to his manager Nubian. Nubian apparently goes and pulls the purchase agreement and see that is states new tires. He then says he has to dig a little deeper to figure out the issue, well he returns with paperwork with a serial number trying to convince me my tires were new. I explained to him I was suppose to get new tires on the vehicle when purchased but someone drop the ball and I never received new tires. He apologized and offered me my sells rep employee discount for tires. Mind you, this problem started the beginning of November, I am still waiting for the cost of the tires though I don't feel like I should have to pay for them. I've called left several messages no call backs, its like I have to stalk them calling over and over again getting the run around, its been awful. I was trying to be very patient though it was holiday season, but going into the second week of January same thing. Once the vehicle was purchased I was no longer a priority. I feel like they took full ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I WAS A SINGLE WOMAN. I start feeling like they were dodging & ignoring me and didn't want to take responsibility of what happened, so I decided to call corporate. I had to google the number because no one in the building knew corporates contact number which is crazy. I bought a luxury vehicle with out receiving a luxury experience. I beg you please save your self the headache and DO NOT PURCHASE AT THIS DEALERSHIP go to another Cadillac dealership, especially if your a woman. They will tell you anything to get the sale. Bought used Porsche vehicle online, was advertised with options and features as expected. Minor flaws and such were disclosed. When vehicle was delivered, the rear parking sensors were not operational. Brought to local Porsche dealer, sensors were damaged, cost to repair was $1091. This damage and non functioning feature was not disclosed and the sensors were listed in the ad as equipment on the vehicle. I bought without warranty which is fine but this was not working upon sale and delivery and not a warranty issue. Dealers should stand behind their vehicles that they represent. I even offered to split the cost and they refused. Be careful when buying from these folks. Update: Jena T doesn't even work at Hennessy, it is a third party paid to handle their social media and provide the canned answer to try to diffuse the criticism. Had to file a BBB complaint and waiting to see if they do the right thing. If not I will take the case to small claims court. It is clearly something they should take care of but if they need a court ruling I will ask for the entire repair to be reimbursed. Awful dealership. read more

I had an awesome time with the sales rep Destiny. She was great and not pushy but got things done. Overall, I was very disappointed with the actual paperwork/buying process itself. It took about a month after the dealership received the payment for them to send the title to my DMV. In the meantime, I was unable to register the vehicle. The accounting team had some excuse of me owing more money even though the sales paperwork had all been signed and the car was in my possession. I would not recommend this dealership especially if you're coming from out-of-state. I do love the car itself but the buying process was a huge stress and I still have documents with incorrect information. I will give credit where credit is due and say the the accountants were quick to respond. read more

Typically one does not associate a dealership service department with excellent customer service but Hennessy Cadillac and especially Matt Cowart breaks the mold. They made sure that I was in and out in record time both dropping off the car and picking it up. They were highly communicative and proactive while it was in service. And I feel like I got a very good value for the service they performed. We live a 40min drive from Hennessy Cadillac but I plan to make the journey every time we need service as long as we have our Cadillac. read more

JUST DONT DO IT!!!!!! Where to begin with this joke of a dealership. I was supposed to be buying a used car here and got the total run around. First of all don't believe the "internet pricing" the total price of the car will be around $6k more in junk fees. Once the agreed they would take those off they sent the car to the Mercedes Dealership down the street for a "repair", lie after lie, excuse after excuse I got the run around as to when the car would be back at Hennesey, after taking off work to go purchase the car and being without a car for 2 weeks i got the excuse "oh it's not back from the other dealership" this went on for OVER A WEEK. Almost 2 weeks to be exact. Not to mention being told I would receive updates about the car through the salesman I was dealing with, I had to be the one to make efforts by email and phone calls most of the time only to be given the run around tome and time again.The final straw came today when I had to reach out AGAIN and call to find out the car was "supposedly"sent to auction. I truly believe the car was sold out from under me to another buyer who was nieve enough to pay all of their unnecessary fees. I always believed Hennesey was a reputable company to buy a car from but this is definitely not the case. Since when has a dealership try to save you money. I insisted on the dealership installing the factory amp, but they refused. Their explanation was they were not going to order a factory amp because if the amp didn't fix the problem they couldn't return it. I was willing to have the amp installed at any cost but they refused. They couldn't fix my problem but they still charged me a fee to review it. I feel like I should have not had to pay any money. read more

Hypocrites!!! They are not wearing mask as advised by CDC and local health officials. No sanitation/ cleaning done .Service advisors are very unpleasant,dry I will never take my car here to be serviced. I felt (less than ) coming here I recently relocated from California.So much for southern hospitality and that 1 of a kind Cadillac service that I was used to in California. Like a dummy I went back hoping that they ( Hennessy Cadillac) would get the message about their very poor customer service because it's been said over and over in their reviews yet no change . The lack of good customer service brings down the Brand of Cadillac. They should be ashamed. I asked that my car NOT be washed after it had recently been taken in for paint correction and a ceramic coat . Guess what they washed it anyways leaving water spots and now my trimming that was a deep black has white film from the soap or whatever was used . They brought my car back to me wet and I had to take a towel and dry it myself. I asked the service manager how hard is it to follow the request of the customer and he was very defensive and the attitude of deal with it our bad! I stay 12 miles from Hennessy. Very Poor customer service. I picked out a vehicle and was working with the finance manager on getting the payments to fit my needs. My car had been appraised, my credit had been pulled, so the finance manager said he would give me a call back. The next morning the salesman Zen Allen called me and said the car had been sold the night before. He didn't give any apologies or additional assistance to assist with possibly locating another vehicle. He told me that they don't hold cards. I said I was already approved for the car. When I asked to speak with the General Manager his response was, I tell him to call you. I will make sure I tell all of my friends and family to not patronize Hennessy Cadillac. They don't get back to you with the status of your car and then when you finally get a hold of someone they tell they will car you first thing in the morning and then never get back to you. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HENNESSY CADILLAC! This is the ABSOLUTE worst dealership staff and buying experience ever! I purchased an over $60k and paid for it to be certified ( out of my pocket on the day of purchase, only to find out that my vehicle was never looked over and had several issues. The management and sales staff have made it impossible to make sure these issues get rectified. From hanging up on my husband and I, constantly. Not returning voice messages, I even drove over 3 hours down there 2 Weeks ago on a Monday, specifically to get my issues corrected and they have yet to resolve them. I will be filing a claim with the BBB and USAA car buying experience, since they recommended Hennessy and with ever social outlet. No dealership should be able to sale you trash and make you pay for it, without correcting it. read more

Initially I took my vehicle in for an issue and so I began to inquire about a lease on a new vehicle. The person that helped was professional an ass relative questions. He gave me a quote which is not where I wanted to be at for the new lease. However on the following day I did scan through the vehicles online and I found a vehicle that was to my interest play. I received few emails from another individual had Hennessy and somewhere along the line things got confused. I at this point I'm going to wait a little bit longer to make a decision on a vehicle.
