I called the dealership as I was experiencing problems with the electronics of my car. They said that the week I was calling was bad since they had a lot of cars in the dealership and that if I left my car there on that Thursday (10th) it would probably not be looked at until the following Monday. Additionally, they would not have a loaner car available for me. So we agreed that I would drop the car off the following week on Thursday the 17 of November. This also meant that the appointment was set 1 1/2 weeks in advance. I got to the dealership at around 8.30am on the 17th of November and told Shannon that I would be out of the country all of Thanksgiving week starting on the 19th of November and that I hoped the car would be done beforehand. Since I had purposely waited a week to bring the car in as the previous week had been too busy for them, I assumed I would have been put at the front of the line. Shannon said that he would do his best to get my car checked on that Thursday and that he would call me on Friday morning to update me on the car situation. Since I would be out the whole week, I kindly offered to go out of my way and return the loaner car on Friday morning/midday if the car was not going to be ready before I left. I specifically gave Shannon my number and saw him write it down so that he would call me. Friday came and at around 3pm I was starting to think that my car would probably be done since I had not heard back from Shannon yet. I assumed I would be getting a call to get the car. At 4pm I decided to call the dealership and was informed that Shannon had left for the day! Unbelievable! I spoke to someone else in the service department and told them that I was waiting for a call from Shannon to inform me about the status of my car and that he never called me. I was told that they would find out and give me a call back. Within 5 minutes I got a call back from a very annoyed Shannon starting the conversation saying "First off...." Is that how you start a conversation with a customer?? He said that he had called me and left me a message. I told him that this was not true since I had no missed call and no voicemail from him. He insisted that he called me and that he even heard my greeting in the voicemail. However, I do not have my voicemail set up with a personal greeting. It turns out that Shannon had called my wife's phone, NOT my phone. I had specifically left him my number and I saw him write it down, yet, he called a different number. There are probably two numbers on file and he decided to call the wrong number, instead of the number I had given him. Additionally, he said that he told me that there was no way to have the car ready by Friday, which is not true. When I dropped off the car he told me he would do his best to get it looked at on Thursday so that I could pick it up on Friday. The incentive being that the loaner car would be in my garage for a week if it wasn't ready by Friday. Also, the reason I dropped the car off on that Thursday was because I would have had to wait until Monday had I dropped it off the week before! It was already 5pm and there would be no way I was going to brave traffic at that time to drive from Brookhaven all the way to Duluth! I had specifically asked him to tell me in the morning, when the traffic would be manageable! I did not want to have the loaner car sitting in my garage any more than the dealership did so I drove to the dealership at around 9pm to drop off the loaner car. And what did my car have? Well, apparently the key fobs had to have the battery changed. It took the dealership three work days to figure that out! I have been coming to this dealership since moving to Atlanta with my two Cadillacs. I have never been treated this badly by anyone before. To start a phone call with "First off...." We took our Cadillac in because the left headlight was out. All other lights were working (running etc). They told us the entire light unit needed replaced and also the right unit was bad and needed replaced. Estimate was over $3,400! We said no and stopped by a local mechanic to take a look. There was just a loose connection, the mechanic fixed it in less and 2 minutes and NO CHARGE! I will NEVER use Hennessy service again. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of urgency to help rectify an inoperable AC issue in my 2018 Cadillac Escalade. I noticed my air was no longer cooling as it should mid week last week...I gave it a day or two as to the temperatures have been high 90's boderline 100 degrees the past two weeks. Needless to say, my AC was obviously not cooling at all. I called the service department Friday a little prior to noon. I was told they only service AC issues Monday through Friday and the next available appointment is not until Monday. I asked is it possible for me to bring this in as to this vehicle is still under warranty, practically brand new to get a loaner as to the conditions are not conducive considering I am a realtor and had multiple appointments over the wekend. I can not explain to you how umbearable the heat is in 97+ degree weather in a luxury vehicle with out air, not to mention embarrassing as to I could not put my clients in this vehicle! Not to mention, this was my only means of transportation. I was advised they are out of courtesy cars and to call back on Saturday to see if by chance a vehicle could come available. I did as I was advised. Early Saturday morning, I called and requested courtesy car availability and wanted to confirm if I was put on the schedule for Monday as to the representative that answered the phone never confirmed an appointment for this critical condition during our Friday conversation. The young lady that answered the phone shared this is a recorded line and she would have to email to confirm if an appointment was made as to it was not evident in the system and would inquire about the courtesy car availability as well as to she does not have that type of authorization. I was told to expect a phone call back that day. No one returned my inquiry nor confirmed my appointment. Fortunately, the temperatures decreased slightly Saturday and Sunday, but not enough to put clients in my vehicle to view homes. I am utterly disappointed at the lack of urgency to address this serious matter in this extreme heat and not prioritize returning phone calls and confirming appointments. Even if a courtesy vehicle was not available on Saturday, I should have still received a courtesy return call to my inquiry advising of such. I am also beyond disappointed that the AC in a 2018 vehicle does not work! read more

I was tricked into giving $10K extra that wasn't apart of my $25K down payment. I was told I could wire the $25K. Once I wired the 1st $10K, I was lied to & told wires take 3-4 hours to receive. So I could either use my debit card & pay an additional $25K, or SIGN 2 CONTRACTS!!!! He lied again, and told me I could return in a few hours & they would cut me a check right away. I returned a day later for my $10K. I was lied to AGAIN. And I was told that Accounting was closed on Saturday, but on Monday they would courier the check to me. On Wednesday I returned, AND THE LIES CONTINUED!!! I was told by a different finance person.....that they don't courier anything. He then pretended to look it up, lied saying the check had been FedEx Monday and was arriving to me that day. An entire week went by & still no return of my money. My sales man called for a different matter, faked shock about my not having received my money back. Then stated he would look into it. More days went by, then Hennessy came with an entire different story!!!! It was relayed, that a check had been mailed on the 24th, and that it had to come from corporate. Such a frustrating car experience and waste of time. I was initially excited to return to this dealership to buy my new car since I bought my first car here when I was 16. However, after this experience I will no longer buy cars from this dealership or recommend. The car is missing the center piece of the hubcap and also has some scratches. I was told these would be taken care of as well as some other maintenance so I drove a loaner for a few days. When I went to pick up my car the hubcap was still missing as well as the scratches. When I brought up this issue, I was told they would order the part (even though I was told previously this would already be taken car of) and that they would call the next day to set up a time to detail the car. Next day comes and no one calls so I call them and everyone I talk to has no idea what I'm talking about. After I finally get a hold of someone helpful who then talks with the manager, they say the part has been ordered and I can get everything done once it comes in and they will provide a full tank for my travels. After about a week or so I call to get an update on my missing part and am told that the part was never ordered! I speak with the car sales man who then says I can get the part drop shipped to my house and insert it myself...? Long story short I've driven up there 3 times with no success, every time I call I get the run around, and I am still driving my new car around with scratches and a missing hubcap. I never even got the tour of the inside features of my car so I have no idea how everything works and going from a 2012 to a 2017 comes with a lot of tech changes. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone that will actually take care of the issue . Hopefully I can get in contact with the owner so this doesn't drag on for months. Wish me luck! read more

I bought a used car. About 50 miles after owning the car, the check engine light came on. The service team immediately fixed it and didn't charge me at all. And I got to drive a sweet loaner in the process! The car buying process was also a breeze with Curtis and Dale (who stayed late that night to make sure I got the best APR). Curtis also showed me everything I needed to know about the car on the test drive - which is a HUGE help since there is basically a computer in these cars nowadays. My favorite stations, my phone, and bf's phone were all programmed by the end of the test drive (he must have known I was going to buy the car LoL). I have purchased new and used cars from NY to GA. With every experience, purchasing a new/used car has been a painful experience. From the high pressure/rude salesperson to the haggling of terms - to the point where driving by a dealership would trigger a fist clench. I will tell you first hand, that Hennessy Cadillac is completely different. My initial conversations between Robert and Carlos made me feel valued and that my business was welcomed. They asked me to make an appointment to view a few SUV's and in perfect James fashion I simply drove to the dealership one day after work - having no appointment. Carlos was busy, but Roxana C stepped in and rocked it. Answered all my dumb questions, went test driving and all the normal stuff. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but at no point did I feel pressured to buy or see if I was qualified to purchase. We simply had a normal conversation about cars and life, which was a welcomed change from the norm. Not to mention I already researched everything (including financing). She presented some preliminary numbers but I was really on the fence. That is when the GM Kevin came out and said "Why not take it home for the night? Let the family get in it, push all the buttons, and bring it back tomorrow. No Obligation". Compared to my previous dealer experiences, this blew me away. I've never been in a position where a dealer simply put the keys in my hands and said "see ya tomorrow". Honestly, I was going to buy the car anyway. My NEW 2019 Escalade had previous front/rear bumper damage and the Hennessy never disclosed it, after paying the price of a NEW car, now I own a fixed car that looks used. :( We purchased a New 2019 Cadillac Escalade from Hennessy Cadillac on 6/8/19, and a couple of days after we discovered it was involved in some type of collision BEFORE we took ownership. This was never disclosed to us. Another Cadillac dealership pointed out the front and back bumper were repainted, both bumpers had misalignments, front grill had a small scratch, and back bumper was bent. The damages were not easily recognizable the day we purchased it, it was getting dark and it was raining, we did complained about the backdoor getting stuck, but their service department had closed that Saturday after 5pm, and the salesperson advised us to take it to our local dealership on Monday, that it was probably something minor (later on we discovered the door wasn't opening because the back bumper was bent). The dealer says they have no records of any accident, yet some of the defects are visible in the pictures we received from the sales rep. during the internet negotiations. We wish we would have looked in detail for damages in those pictures, but at that time we never expected a brand new car to be involved in a collision, without a disclosure. We shared all this information with our local dealership, and they were able to get the local Cadillac rep to pay for the repairs at our local dealer, unfortunately it is obvious the car is not in original condition, some of the misalignments are still there, and they were not able to match the color to the original white. On top of all that, the body shop informed us the car now will have a CarFacts report, which will make the resale value even lower. Hennessy Cadillac's general manager has been informed of all the problems via emails, but has not helped us at all. He said he had reported the issue to Cadillac, and that the vehicle was covered under the paint warranty, that I had to contact my local dealership for the repairs. (Something that upset us a lot, because we purchased, and paid, for a NEW car, not a used car that needed repairs, and a CarFacts report). That was 2 months ago and I haven't heard back from the GM or any other Hennessy representative ever since. Another discrepancy we noticed after the fact is the sale paperwork shows the vehicle as having 4 miles at the time of the purchase, and the pictures we received show 414 miles during the negotiations, meaning we were also cheated of about 400 miles of warrantee. We are extremely dissatisfied with the purchase. Hennessey Cadillac's customer service is HORRIBLE. We are seriously considering getting legal help. read more

At first, I thought this place was amazing. It was an easy car buying experience. No, I didn't buy a Cadillac from them and didn't spend a lot of money compared to their other cars. I did spend money on extra added safety features. Bought the car the end of January and I STILL can't get any paperwork saying what I bought and who from ( aftermarket company did it). I have emailed and called multiple times and spoken to the after market company that directed me back to Hennessy. Early last week I got a call from the GM and here we are Friday the following week and still no other word. Just as an FYI, I got the blind spot monitor added to my car and asked if it was on the mirrors. I was told yes. It isn't. It is two buttons inside the car that light up and beep. read more

This is a dealership to avoid. I saw a Cadillac on the website and set up an appointment to see the car. It's quite far from my home but I liked the car. I went to the dealership and Carl went to get keys and came back to tell me that they didn't have that car. Now, they had both my e-mail address and phone number. Then he tells me they didn't have particular model at the dealership. I called the dealership to speak to the general manager and was told he was out of town. I was given to an associate who clearly didn't have the knowledge or ability to help me. He offered to "top off my tank" for the inconvenience. I told him that I could afford my own gas, what I wanted was to buy a car that your dealership confirmed was in stock. The dealership had advertised several vehicles on line at great prices but when arriving there they didn't have any of those only the higher priced models. read more

Let me explain.... I decided to get the CTS that I was considering purchasing checked out here (an unbiased, third party, "expert") before I purchased it at a separate dealer ($100+). They basically said everything was fine except for a few minor issues. I purchased the car. Five days later I had a complete engine failure. I asked Hennessy Cadillac if I could at least get my money back ($100+) for checking my car since they failed to inspect the car well. The service manager said something like "absolutely not". Luckily, the dealership I purchased the vehicle at covered the costs of the engine replacement. Now, three months later.... I have just had to replace the starter and my transmission has failed. I want to give a round of applause (sarcasm) to the Hennessy Cadillac for there terrible job at diagnosing my car. They recommended a failure. read more

I have bought many cars and this experience has been by far the worst. I asked for a purchase order on Tuesday and when I arrived at my bank on Friday it still was not there. My bank and I both had to call David Bucchaus multiple times to get a purchase order. Once we received this my bank wired the money. David called me Saturday morning to come pick up the car. I drove from Nashville to Atlanta just to be told that I wouldn't be leaving with the car. This was after they had ran my credit even though I already had financing. Then Nigel takes me into his office and tells me that I can have the car on Monday and that it wasn't a waste of time or money for me coming down here because they are still going to give me the car. Only after my husband called did the manager get involved and apologized. Pretty much if you're a female don't purchase from these sexist men! Also, I was told by Robert the sales manager that I would be reimbursed for delivery charges of the vehicle. I have reached out to him and David both and have heard nothing. My experience from start to finish at HENNESSY CADILLAC has been terrible. I would drive by this dealership only wishing I was able to experience the picture perfect customer service they were displaying at ever turn. When I was financially able to experience that opportunity they let me down. I'm no longer a fan. I purchased a $20k SUV with an extended warranty that was a joke. I only had the SUV for over 2 years and made sure to do the regular maintenance. Now I have a bad transmission. After making the SUV purchase, I would contact the dealership for assistance or questions with the issues that I was experiencing with the truck. The Sales/Service employees would speak to me in a unconcerning manner as if they didn't care about me nor my situation. I agree with Isaac B - Not the experience I was expecting from such a Brand in this business .They have been very unpleasant and dry . She also had tire locks and was told they could not route the tires because she didn't have the keys. Wanted to charge her for the hours to get the locks off which every dealer has a master. Our 2005 CTS is out of warranty. We had three problems: The power driver's seat motors were working erratically and beginning to fail, the condensate line from the air conditioner was leaking into the passenger compartment, and the car failed its emissions test due to a computer issue. The carpet and pad had to be removed in order to dry. Our service adviser Matt was super as always and assured that all issues were resolved as quickly as possible.
