Buyer beware. Always pull the Carfax from this place. I pulled one for a car I was interested in that seemed too good to be true. Sure enough, a wreck that wasn't mentioned and clear evidence of odometer roll back. The car has 300,000 miles on it and listed as just over 100,000. If a dealership doesn't provide the Carfax for free on their site, stay away.

Great Purchase Happy New 1st Car Owner

Awesome Experience, Took my grand daughter to look for a cash car expecting a high mileage, general repair purchase, what we got was 2009 Hyundai Elantra with 75K miles that was super clean , no blemishes on the body. Dam near new car. What a find!!! They stayed open past the 630 to allow us to drive car and assess purchase. Bought car on spot, even got a lil price break to offset TTL. Can not be HAPPIER about Auto Express. Easiest car purchase ever!!!!

Check engine light came on the day after purchase and there has been smoke and a gas smell since.

This company is horrendous! I would rate it negative if possible. Last month I purchased a cash car that turned out to be a lemon. When I went to the DMV to inquire about getting a replacement title (as the title wasn't received) I was informed that the registration and title has not been transferred to my name and was still under the dealer. I contacted management, (Robbie and Barron) and was given the runaround. I simply requested a 75% refund and was treated rudely and was completely disrespected and discriminated against. When I went to the dealership today to inquire about next steps for being refunded Barron called the police on me! I was not irate or confrontational, I only sought out to remedy my unfortunate situation. DO NOT ever buy or finance from here!!! This is an awful establishment.

Today

If I could give them less than one star I would. I purchased a lemon on 8/23/23 that had been rigged for me to make it off the lot and it stopped working the next day. I called my bank to stop the payment. Barron (owner) proceeded to make the unfolding situation more difficult by reporting the vehicle stolen, refusing to call and report it not stolen after receiving confirmation of payment and waited the full 60 days of my temporary tag to transfer documentation to the tax office (October 18th). Somehow, after showing up with a police officer my plates "turned up" the very next day. These pictures are the proof. Please avoid this dealer at all costs.

Feelings about the lemon.

1. After inquiring online to Pro Select Auto (email: no-reply@carsforsalemail.com ) about…read morepurchasing a vehicle, we scheduled an appointment with a salesman at the auto dealership next to Genesis Team who told us we certainly qualified for the Toyota Camry they had on the lot, event sending us pictures of it with $500 down payment. When we arrived the salesman was 30 minutes late, then proceeded to send us to the dealership next door saying we did not qualify for the Camry. (BAIT & SWITCH) The business next door was Genesis Team. This was Winter 2013: For $163 bi-weekly, we bought an older minivan with a down payment since that was all we qualified for and desperate with infant twins and family 600 miles away, we bought it. The transmission was messed up shortly after taking it home and I did contact them about it. They dismissed our concerns easily. One month later it left us stranded 30 miles north of our home and it cost $80 taxi ride to get our infant twins and ourselves home. The transmission went out. We were told they had it fixed by a third party. The transmission was doing the exact same thing when we got it back. 2. After complaining and asking, we wanted a different vehicle- newer minivan. We purchased it with yet another down payment $1500 in January 2014 for payments $190.36 biweekly. Steve specifically told us that our credit report, it would reflect that we paid off the initial minivan and purchased a second. This turned out to be a lie. Our credit report said it was voluntarily returned and when brought to their attention, they directed me to the credit bureau and the credit bureau said it needed to be handled by Genesis Team. 3. It was time to get front tires at a local well-known auto repair shop on the second minivan. This was the 2nd set of front tires we purchased in a year. I had the vehicle examined and what we discovered was shocking! They believed the vehicle had been in an accident because the entire front end was crooked - that is why the tires were being eaten up. The cost to repair was close to $2,000, was dangerous for our twin infants to be in and I did get the estimate and the measurements and forwarded them to Genesis Team. I thought for sure they would want to make things right. I talked to Jeremy in the shop and he was nice and said that I needed to bring down the van to be looked at. I mentioned that we didn't have a second car and he said they don't do loaners. Approximately a month later, I was contacted Jeremy again and talked to a sales rep. While out of state, I received a callback from Jeremy and it was very disrespectful. He directly lied to me on the phone and said that he looked at the van when I brought it in - keep in mind, I hadn't brought it down there yet - and he said they gave me a quote for them to fix it and I said no. Jeremy also said that they aren't going to do anything about it. That is the answer. I told him I had not brought it down there yet and he was mistaken. I asked to see the quote that he supposedly had provided and he said he didn't have it. This is 100% a complete lie and he was horribly disrespectful to me on the phone. We ended up voluntarily returning the second van, as well. 4. Fast forward to 2/16/2016 - we received a letter to renew our registration on our minivan that we returned on 06/27/2015 and the Texas DOT said we were still liable until the new owner put it in their name. This is ridiculous - it has been 7 1/2 months and it is still in OUR NAME? I have emailed the company a few times and no one responds. This has been the worst experience. DOT said they don't even have to take it out of our name AKA put it in their name because they are dealers. No way would I ever recommend this scamming company to anyone. The several thousand of dollars we are out of in addition to having to buy yet a 3rd car - this time from a reputable company in Plano and a 3rd down payment. I keep all emails and I have even more issues that occured, but I am sick of even thinking about this company. I have more to put in, but this needs posted and I need to put it in my past because we were screwed and taken advantage of. Like I said- I have all emails so try to dispute this Genesis RIP OFF Team -

2005 Nissan Maxima . I repeatedly had the same problems,…read moreplus additional issues starting from the first week I purchased the car. There were multiple complaints about the balance of the car. I was told to purchase new tires, in which I did and new rims because the rims that were on the car were all damaged when I purchased the car. I did not know this because the tires were new, but the rims were all bent and were wearing the new tires from the inside out. After spending over $1100 for rims and tires in the first 3 months, I also had to spend an additional $400 for deductible and other repairs that included rod, axil and water pump. After several visits for the same issue of balance problems and noise on the right driver side of the car, I decided to get a 2nd opinion and found out that I needed over $2000 of work, which did not include the Compressor going out within the first 5 months. In addition, they offered FREE oil changed, but never once mention that the oil was always low. I noticed that because I checked my oil before going out of town. When I returned I dropped it off at the service department and was told there was an oil leak in the motor. I really liked the car, but it was a true LEMON. I was spending more to keep the car running then the car note and the same problems and additional problems that the service department NEVER told me about.
