We dropped it off on April 21st at Odessa TX dealership where shop is located. Came in today because no one answers our calls nor called us for update. Car has been sitting here 4 days and hasn't even been looked at nor have they called us for and update. Im so frustrated because I feel no one cares mean while my niece is stranded and has to depend on other people to get to work. We officially stopped making payments as on April 24th until we can get someone to tell us what is going to be done about this situation.

Don't expect anything VIP either as their whole motto is to sale a vehicle with good customer service and nothing else. Of course, do your prior research and negotiate accordingly. There was a whole bunch of construction when I went last time, so it was a little pain to get in and out. It was almost an hour wait when we were finally called in by the finance department as it appears that only one person was working during that time. Also, they ran out of gas by the time we got the vehicle keys, so I didn't get a full tank. However, when I went back to pickup my license plate they gladly filled it up without any issues.

Lone Star Cadillac Paint & Body Collison center is a joke, I bought my car here so I thought when I…read moreneeded any kind of work done I would bring it back here to the Cadillac place thinking they would do a better job because I thought they specialized in Cadillacs. Well I was so wrong on that. I ran over a piece of tire on the highway and messed up the car, so we took it back to Lone Star Cadillac to get it fixed, we pointed out to them everything that was wrong. So when they called and said it was ready for us to pick up, they had to repaint the front bumper, you could tell as soon as we pulled up that the color didn't match, a part of the side grill don't fit right didn't even line up with the rest of the car. Didn't even touch the small whole in the front grill that was broke. the bottom skirt on the passenger side still very loose, there is a strip between the hood and the bumper that was bent and didn't line up, that was not fixed either. so i am trying to understand why they called and said it was ready and there was nothing about it ready, really it was unacceptable, Lone Star Cadillac must not care who represence there name because this was a piss poor job. So it went back in the shop never kept me updated like they did the first time. My time ran out for my rent a car, I asked the Cadillac place if they could give me a car and they said no. So when it was ready again, i get there and the piece between the hood and the bumper still didn't line up, the skirt on the passenger side still loose. So the man said there was somebody still working and he would get them to see what they could do, so the car went back for the 3rd time and it didn't take them 15 minutes to fix it. So why didn't they do that the first time? Bottom line is don't take your vehicle to Lone Star Cadillac to get it worked on.
