Our sales person was Khurram (Kay) Samana and he was fantastic! I highly recommend him and will personally go back to him next time as well. This is a no frill, small, simple, and straight forward dealership that doesn't enforce any unnecessary markups and/or ports on you like other dealerships does. Don't expect anything VIP either as their whole motto is to sale a vehicle with good customer service and nothing else. Of course, do your prior research and negotiate accordingly. There was a whole bunch of construction when I went last time, so it was a little pain to get in and out. It was almost an hour wait when we were finally called in by the finance department as it appears that only one person was working during that time. Also, they ran out of gas by the time we got the vehicle keys, so I didn't get a full tank. However, when I went back to pickup my license plate they gladly filled it up without any issues.

This stinks. I bought a 2025 Land Cruiser with tons of technology and nobody, including the 800…read morenumber at Toyota knows anything about the vehicle's electronics. I I've have put off going in for an oil change for almost a year because I dread dealing with service. Good luck finding a Toyota dealership in Dallas that isn't a 2-2.5 in yelp reviews.

During my last visit, Dec.11.2024 my vehicle was unfortunately damaged while being serviced. While…read moreI appreciate that your team replaced and painted the damaged part, the paint does not match the rest of the vehicle. This is not acceptable, and I need the issue corrected. To make matters worse, I have been struggling to obtain a loaner vehicle to facilitate the necessary repairs. This delay has been incredibly inconvenient and has left me feeling overwhelmed. I haven't been able to get a response from anyone with an update!

Lone Star Cadillac Paint & Body Collison center is a joke, I bought my car here so I thought when I…read moreneeded any kind of work done I would bring it back here to the Cadillac place thinking they would do a better job because I thought they specialized in Cadillacs. Well I was so wrong on that. I ran over a piece of tire on the highway and messed up the car, so we took it back to Lone Star Cadillac to get it fixed, we pointed out to them everything that was wrong. So when they called and said it was ready for us to pick up, they had to repaint the front bumper, you could tell as soon as we pulled up that the color didn't match, a part of the side grill don't fit right didn't even line up with the rest of the car. Didn't even touch the small whole in the front grill that was broke. the bottom skirt on the passenger side still very loose, there is a strip between the hood and the bumper that was bent and didn't line up, that was not fixed either. so i am trying to understand why they called and said it was ready and there was nothing about it ready, really it was unacceptable, Lone Star Cadillac must not care who represence there name because this was a piss poor job. So it went back in the shop never kept me updated like they did the first time. My time ran out for my rent a car, I asked the Cadillac place if they could give me a car and they said no. So when it was ready again, i get there and the piece between the hood and the bumper still didn't line up, the skirt on the passenger side still loose. So the man said there was somebody still working and he would get them to see what they could do, so the car went back for the 3rd time and it didn't take them 15 minutes to fix it. So why didn't they do that the first time? Bottom line is don't take your vehicle to Lone Star Cadillac to get it worked on. This place does not deserve any stars but i had to put one for this to post.

    Auto Express - Bad response

    Auto Express

We purchased a car from Auto Express two months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since…read more Shortly after the purchase, we began having issues and decided to get a professional opinion. After taking it to three independent mechanics, we were told the car requires over $10,000 in repairs--and more importantly, that it's dangerous to drive in its current condition. If my son and his family were going at a high rate of speed at the time it broke, it could have caused an accident. All three mechanics said the vehicle was a danger to be on the road. When we brought this to the dealership's attention, their response was that we could have had the car inspected if we had asked. We were under the impression that they had a mechanic on-site, given the size of their lot and number of vehicles. This lack of transparency was disappointing and misleading. We have since learned that Auto Express often sources their vehicles from up north and coastal regions, where cars are commonly exposed to severe rust and deterioration. This was never disclosed to us during the sales process. We feel completely taken advantage of. If you're considering buying from Auto Express, have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing anything, and ask where the car originally came from. We wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

These folks are just selling cars on a "what you see is what you get basis." They are very straight…read moreforward that they don't care what's wrong with the car, it's your job to evaluate it and decide if it's right for you. They aren't doing anything shady at all, but they did have a whole lot of very worn cars I would be afraid of. The unit I went to look at wasn't ready to show as far as I'm concerned. It had a leaking donut gasket in the exhaust, the cowl vents full of dirt and grass, and the console lid inside the car had been shredded. I didn't even ask them to get it out of the garage where I could drive it. I was looking at a big Buick, but they also had a super-clean Chevrolet Impala with a few more miles on it, but the car was in well-cared-for condition. I asked them to get that one out and we took it for a test drive and found nothing wrong with it but a "service air bag" light on, which we were willing to deal with. The suspension was still tight, the interior in blemish-free condition, a minor blemish on the rear plastic bumper cover, and the engine compartment clean. The motor was absolutely quiet, and running well, and so I left with a slightly younger Chevrolet than the Buick I thought I was interested in. Buyer beware on some of the units on this lot, but they are not misrepresenting them. It's the buyers responsibility to decide if a unit is right for them, and I'd encourage anyone to check carefully. They had some certified junk on the lot, but had some equally clean units in good condition. It all depends on what you want to pay, and how much car you expect to get for your money. Nothing about this transaction appeared to be shady, or in any way intended to misrepresent what they have to sell. They were courteous, kind, and professional in all parts of this transaction. I particularly like that they didn't even offer me an extended warranty, or try to add other charges into the transaction, such as dealer preparation, which I view to be taking advantage of the ignorant. It was cash-and-carry, and if it breaks they buyer gets both pieces. I've had the car in service for a week now, and I have discovered a minor transmission leak. At age 13 with 120,000 miles on it that's a little deal to me, and I'm satisfied with what I paid.
