I want to take the time out and make sure everyone knows that Simple Auto has been the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership! They have gone above and beyond for me a few different times and with different situations that could have been very stressful but they made sure it wasn't! I have been with them since 2012 and am now currently buying my 2nd vehicle from them! They are truly all about keeping the customer happy and doing whatever it takes! I purchased my car on April 1, 2026 and at that time, I was told that if I didn't have full coverage that I could purchase the premium coverage from the dealership which I did. on the clause of the contract it states that if you get full coverage they will credit your premium to your contract. I.e. I would think your payments. So I get full coverage, not even 24 hours after purchasing the car on 4/2/2026 and when I'm trying to get the proof to them, they stated they didn't get it the first time so I sent it again and I stayed on the phone until somebody confirmed. At this time is when I'm asking about the credit for the premium that I already paid for. I was told by Karen in the Payments department, that it's not refundable or eligible to be credited even though my contract says that it is, I literally was transferred to three different people just to still not get a solution to my problem. The last person I spoke to was Juanita and although she calmed me down and took my complaint, she still let the whole day go by without giving me some type of update on this issue. Not honoring the details of your own contract, seems like a legality issue here to me. it's either they do what the contract says or it'll have to be disputed it with my bank because it's a service that was canceled, but you're not giving me my money back for it. They have given me the hardest time ever yes i feel on hard times but when i went to retrieve my property in the vehicle they made it simply impossible would i recommend them to anyone NO! the agents are so condescending and unless you are of their people (NOT BLACK) you can't get help that you need i was treated so poorly and had a panic attack for lack their of help never in a million years have i felt so profiled!! I asked them to please give me my property gave them permission to touch my property and then the manager Rafael told me he noted in his system he could not take it back out the system I've called the police 9x trying to get help but because of the area for which they are located the police takes forever I've waited 3 hours at the location and still am waiting to retrieve my belongings please run the other way read more

This is the absolute worst car lot I've had to deal with ! My car was repossessed the other night from my friends apartment complex. I've fallen on hard times and was behind on payments. I knew they would tow it but that wasn't the issue for me because I was fully prepared! But it all comes down to when I needed my personal belongings from the vehicle I had which was a Grey 2015 Nissan Rogue. They gave such a hard time for me to retrieve my things. I called Ana with the "Financial " department to ask what tow company had the car so I can go and pick up my things she proceeded to lie and say she had no info on who towed the car. I asked again and she then proceeded to switch up and say the can't give me information on the tow company. FYI I know my rights and any dealership is required to give you information on the tow company that your belongings are at. Fast forward I get to the dealership and ask the salesman to call the tow company to bring my belongings he kept acting like he didn't know anything. Ana called me back and said the tow truck would be there at 5pm. I then left and came back at 5 and asked the same salesman to give me my things. Mind you when I talked to Ana she told me to return the key AFTER I got my things. They were not trying to give me my things ! AND THEY STILL HAVE MY DEBIT and DRIVERS LICENSE. The salesman proceeded to lie saying that the tow people weren't bringing my things until I gave him the key and signed a paper. After giving him the key there was never any tow truck that showed up . They had my things in the back of another vehicle in trash bags which was not the one I had. (I have posted pics of the red vehicle my things were in)No tow truck ever showed. The man proceeded to call me a bitch and wanted to get of the property after I called his ass out for lying. I have footage of the encounter . Please do not shop at simple auto they are scammers and they aren't even a real dealership. I know times get hard and you may be in a rush but do not give them your hard earned money! Ana is also a scammer as well! She's not even a real customer support or financial specialist. This place is very unprofessional. They create havoc and you are destined not to have pleasant buying experience. I don't recommend that anyone visits this place. The staff give false information and they are unknowledgeable about the finance world. They have hidden verbiage in their contracts and don't explain anything to you in its entirety. They are THIEVES with an ulterior motive to get your down payment and allow you to make a few payments before they come and pick up your vehicle for one of those hidden reasons in their paperwork!!! These people are crooks! My original car was from the Garland,Tx location . My first car broke down within two days and from then on I spent hundreds of dollars just for it do break down within a few months. I kept paying and paying and then opted to turn the car in to the Garland location. They gave me a new car right. It was better but then it got worse. I got into an accident and they gave my car to a mechanic TWICE in which they totally botched my car repairs and my door CURRENTLY won't close fully. They allowed RATS and CRICKETS in my car to chew up my gear stick. When I complained to the dealership to get a new mechanic they said no and sent my car right back. Long story short, both the dealership and the mechanic they trusted my car to are horrible businesses! Oh and I could never get an update because my dealership said they couldn't talk to the mechanic due to them only speaking Spanish so I kept having to wait and wait for botched repair updates. Horrible company. I received the car from the Big Daddy location in garland. The good would not open due to a faulty latch. I was told to bring the car in to have it fixed. Was hassled with this because I lived in another town a few hours away. Finally was able to get back to Dallas and was told the part had not been ordered and I would need to leave my car there. Luckily I had someone with me who followed me there because I had a feeling this would happen since I had such a hard time getting someone to honor the written agreement to fix the hood latch. A WEEK later I was told my car was ready. Car didn't have any other problems beside normal wear and tear of a 2001 model car. I had to get a full tune up and some of the spark plugs were bad. Also had to get a new battery about 6 months after I got the car. A year later I had fallen behind on my note due to medical leave of absence. The car was repoed. I was told by Anna that I had 30 days from November 4th 2018 to collect my belongings. I had to find a ride to Dallas and was also back at work after being off for 10 months on medical leave. I called back a week later and told Anna that I had to wait another week before I could take off work and come to Dallas to collect my belongings. When I called back the last week of November I was told that my belongings had been thrown away. I went off and was put on hold for 10 minutes. The girl came back in the phone and said they would have to get with the guy who handles the repo possessions bc they were not there. I did not get a call back and had to call them two days later, STILL before the actual December 4th cut off date. They then told me that my belongings were probably in a storage locker and they had to look and would CALL ME BACK. I never received a call back. I planned on going to the location before the 4th but decided to just pursue legal action. No one ever called me back by the way. I was told by a lawyer that it would cost more in legal fees than the actual worth of my belongings. Most of it was makeup which I'm having to replace and a few other items like jumper cables and a tire pressure machine. This is the worst dealership everrrr!!! Where do I start..if I could rate this place a negative zero, I would! My son bought a black Tahoe from them back in March of this year...against my wishes. The truck didn't have the third row seat. It was promised in about two to three weeks. Yet July of this year, STILL no seat. But, you can call for those weekly payments!! Which is suspect in the first place...who does that!!?? Well long story short, they would call when they couldn't get my son and I'm knowing it's probably for a payment. And I ask them EVERYTIME does he need to make a payment and they respond saying "we can't give you that information..WHATTTT THA WHATTTT!!!?? AND I'm like if that's the case let me know and I'll make the ridiculous weekly payment..but, to no avail.anyway..they repossess the truck..ok..so they tell my son $1200.00 to get it back...I'm like ok..I'll help you get it back. But, the trick to it was you got to be reapproved! The devil is a lie!! Now my son want the truck back, so he does everything they ask and for them to finally say oh...in order for you to get the truck back you will have to pay for in full!! WHATTT!!!??? AGAIN WHO DOES THAT!! CROOKS!! And also, when he bought the truck it didn't have gas in it...ugghhh!! He had to do some minor things to it soon after and at the time of the repo, it STILL did not have the third row seat!!. This is the worst place ever. Taking advantage of people! They repoed my car and told me I could make installment payments on it. Delores Ochoa told me I could bring in my key and sign a waiver in the meantime to get my belongings out of the car. When I arrived they not only told me I couldn't make installments but also refused to give me my belongings which included my purse, social security card, banking info and my kids social security cards. Had to call the police who came out and told them they were practicing illegal tactics. The produced my purse from the back of their office--not from my car! i did a awesome google review about them and their warranty they are not honest about. i called 4 days after getting my suv my battery died i told themi couldnt afford towing and my battery was dead i spoke to amy who said theyd have the tow fee waived. they have had my car for a battery going on 4 days ive missed 3 days of work at the first of the month and they dont seem to care my first payment is due and now they say my wrranty does not cover the battery. if i cant afford towing i cant afford a battery i could have had my uncle or boss buy me a battery i made it clear i thought the battery was under warranty and amy did not tell me the battery was not covered. i could have just got a jump until i got help from family. now my first note is due, ill miss my 5 kids halloween party with no car my mans out of town for work and i had to uber 4 kids to and from 4 dif schools $180 total in the last week. my ig autumnmartin_unicorn im doing a full story on what happened. 10-30-21just dont do it. im screwed and have to beg my landlord to work with me ive never been late on my bills i would have got a used battery had amy been 100 and honest from jump. read more

I have never been late on my car payments called in to see if I could get a week extention and the lady agreed and noted my account. The next morning I received a call from another lady in that department telling me I needed to make a payment and come in and show paper work that I had to pay to get my daughters car fixed. I kept telling her that I do not have the money but she was not trying to here it. I asked to speak with the owner she said he is not in so I asked when will he be in and she never answered the question. I had my vehicle for two days. Yes that's right two days. On the 3rd day the vehicle begin to turn off while I was driving and would not accelerate. They picked up my vehicle on a Friday.
