Stating that I'd pick up the vehicle at 5pm. The only time I could get a ride. It was dark when I got the vehicle just as they closed. When I arrived home I discovered that both back doors were disassembled with parts covering the floor (see photos). They were closed for the weekend so I had to rent a vehicle for my family as my van was now only a 2 seater. And I'd be without the vehicle again to get the door reassembled. They reimbursed me $39 for my inconvenience (their stated cost to put the doors back together). Months later I was shown (see photos) that they reversed the wiring for the brake light & turn signal. All this time I had only one brake light and no right turn signal thanks to their 'repair'. Two trips to new mechanic required to get it in working order .

Scott's changed the differential gears on my Ford F-150 and "chipped" the engine for more horse power. The mechanical work was first rate, but the chip they installed did not contain the current data for my relatively new 2017, 5.0 engine. Even though the chip unit was installed, they took the responsibility and cost, and refunded the money for the chip in full. Anyone can make a mistake, but it takes good people to own up to it. These folks will treat you right.

We brought in our vehicle for some codes and were looking for guidance and then subsequent repairs. After the oil filter was pulled, we were told we needed a new engine - to the tune of 18,000! The shop told us the filter was completely full of metal contaminant and there was nothing further to inspect. This made little to no sense as we had no loss of power, no ticking, knocking or other signs of engine trouble. Completely confused and at a loss, we opted to pick up our vehicle and obtain a second opinion at an alternate shop. That next shop proceeded to pull the oil filter and while some contaminant was noticed, there was zero evidence of any metal contamination. They pulled the filter apart, searched it, ran a magnet and could definitively confirm there was no metal present. The shop was able to uncover the oil pump solenoid was not functioning properly due to a blocked screen. We replaced the oil pump assembly, and it is running perfectly without further incident. It seems as though the technician cut many corners by not proceeding to review the oil filter to confirm what the contaminant was. Had we blindly listened to Wade Bryant, we might have unnecessarily spent a small fortune on a new engine that was absolutely not needed!

I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. I called to set a time so they can tell me how much was going to cost me to repair the damage of my truck ( damage fender). I got there the owner came out he started talking to me every other word was cussing word all he could talk about it was how good of a job he did. Half hour later tells me what the cost is going to be and I said great order the parts and let me know when you get them and i'll bring the truck back. Two weeks later he calls me I took my truck in a week later he calls me tells me that the truck is ready but I needed to pay him more money because he had to rent a tool to do the job. You would think if you are in that business you know what tools you need why did I take the truck for in the first place it was almost $1,000 more and he also forgot to order the fender and bumper molding so he put the old one back on. it looked so bad. I mention that to him he was so angry he said if I wanted that fix that he needed to order it I needed to pay for it. So he calls me two weeks later to tell me that the fender molding was in. I go there he takes my truck in the shop comes back within ten minutes he says I got the wrong part and he was going to order another one he gives me the keys I get it my seat he left a old towel with so much dirt that my seat was cover with sand and dirt I just through the towel out left that place. he had the worst attitude. You would think that if you take your car to get it fix you should fix it the right way. Please ask around about this guy I did but it was afterwards it was too late. I would not taken my truck there if I would of ask first.
