Loved the thoroughness of my chiropractic appointment and that there were mobility exercises for my individual body needs to continue at home, my massage was so relaxing and thorough I felt tension release from muscles I didn't even know I had, and getting to sweat it all out in their private infrared sauna was the cherry on top. Dr. Sarah is such a wonderful chiropractor. I've never felt as comfortable and healed as I have with her doing my adjustments. She gave me an extensive consultation to customize my treatments, shared valuable movement patterns and advised on things I could do to correct, or at least become more mindful of to help her efforts in eliminating my discomfort of shoulders/hip. She told which stretches would be best and muscles I could focus on in my daily activities. So helpful. I see Dr. Sarah for adjustments and get massage by Shane for a super convenient one stop shop experience. Shane has a very unique style of massage, a customized Lomi Lomi, deep tissue & craniosacral blend that is as perfect combination for me. It is enjoyable as well as therapeutic. He is intuitive and not only addresses where I feel pain but also targets areas that I didn't even realize were causing me pain. I love that I can add cupping when needed. I started seeing Dr. Sarah when I was pregnant and love her! The first appointment she spent almost an hour with me walking through my history, checking out my body, educating me, explaining things I hadn't known about chiropractic services in the past. I felt it was the most thorough experience I have had at a chiropractors (and I have been to MANY in my day from having scoliosis since I was a child and neck issues from my work). I now bring my infant in to see her as well. I had no idea babies could be seen, but it has been interesting learning about the body of a baby and how much you can do preventivley at this age. Sarah is such a nice person, it's almost overwhelming. She truly cares about her patients and does everything possible to ensure their well-being and overall health. She spends time with you and answers all of your questions. The pain relief I have received from her is amazing. It was/is beyond my wildest expectations. I originally went to Sarah for the Graston technique for plantar faciitis because I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk. She's the only provider in the area that offers Graston and I'm so happy I found her. Since I've started seeing Sarah, I've experienced a lot of pain relief in my foot and ankle and heel and can now walk with just tiny bit of pain, and I've only had four sessions with her. I know my foot and ankle and heel will be pain free with a couple more sessions. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a little hesitant to go, but I figured I had nothing to lose since I had a stabbing pain in my heel and foot and ankle for such a long time, and nothing I tried seemed to work. Her adjustments are amazing. She's very gentle and effective. Absolutely no pain, and I felt immediate relief in my whole body afterwards. And with every session, I feel better and better throughout my entire body. Sarah is independent and doesn't try to upsale you into buying multiple sessions or buying any products, and her prices are very reasonable. After your evaluation on the first visit, she will tell you what is going on in your body and will suggest what you need. She's very thorough in explaining every detail of your bone and muscle structure. It's very interesting to learn about your own body and what is both wrong with it and good about it. had a Craniosacral therapy session with Shane after over a year of TMJ pain. My ear and jaw and head were achy daily and I was desperate to find relief. The session was wonderful, Shane listened to my needs, gave me a quick educational overview on the therapy and went to work. I could tell immediately that my bite felt different and had significant improvement over the course of a week. The pain was ultimately reduced by I'd say 90%. I havent had painful TMJ bout again!
