Ross and he was able to evaluate my condition and give me exercises to alleviate the pain before and during my hike.

I can't understand why these people get good reviews unless they're planted or paid for ones,…read morebecause they don't know what they're doing, and are dangerous. A minor problem before is a major problem now, leaving these people liable for the damage they caused. When doctors say that they don't understand how incompetent people advertise as sports "medicine" practitioners and get away with doing permanent damage to people, that's really scary. So maybe instead of ignoring people whose lives are impacted by their screw ups, take the financial responsibility for the damage done and train people better, so that they don't do damage to anyone else. Avoid at all cost.

Found out that I required physical therapy to learn how to walk and do my normal routine for work and photography for many months. I've always heard about how painful it can be but working with Kevin Craig almost every week now for 5 months has been a life changer. He really pays attention on my progress as I learn how to walk once more without pain, listening to week on when my pain flares up and when it does not. He adjusts my PT sessions when he knows to focus on new things to get back together. We were focused on walking and now that I can almost walk normal, we adjusted my plan to walk with carrying weight (which is important as a photographer). I really dreaded SXSW this year because of 2 weeks on my feet with my camera gear, but with my on-going PT, I was able to get through the fest and adjust how walking and weight carry with his advice! Oh, and one of the best aspects of the PT sessions is also working with Luke along side Kevin. They say laughter is the best medicine, and Luke combines humor with the specialized exercises that Kevin assigns to make the time go by fast. Both Kevin and Luke make my weekly PT trips to the South Austin location something to look forward to!

I have had many chiropractic visits (I am a former athlete with many back injuries), and the expertise and care in this office are hands down the best. Doctor Bob is fantastic - I would argue he is one of the best in the country in what he does. He also has the best tools you can find in a chiropractic office and connections to refer you to additional help if you need it (beyond his care).

I have been coming here now for quite some time to receive my periodic maintenance with my back and…read moreneck. Most of my issues are compounded from working in IT and being on a computer all day. I never knew being in IT would be physically demanding on the body. After my visits my back and neck always feel realigned and I noticed myself sitting a lot more straight than usual. My recent visit was for my back again. However, this time it was on my left side of my back. This pain was far worse than when it was on my right side. He felt my neck and told me it was pretty stressed. I am assuming this was associated to the knot in my left side of my back. After my visit I was able to maneuver more. I still have the knot in my left side. But I have a follow up appointment that I hope will resolve this stress on my left side of my back. I have also come here for my knee injuries from running too hard twice, once in my right knee and then a few months later the left knee. The right knee was the worst, but again Dr Bob took care of me and kindly explained to me that I am getting older and running five miles every other day at my age is not too great. I listened to him about my shoes. I purchased some Brooks running shoes from other runners I know who said they really help. I can honestly say I haven't had any issues running recently. I love to run because it releases so much stress. But Dr Bob was right about my shoes possibly being the problem from where the pain areas were with my knees. The other thing he has helped me with was my right wrist. I though I was getting carpal tunnel on the right side of my wrist. The treatment he provided and recommendations paid off. I switched the type of mouse I was using, and I started using a track ball mouse. That helped me out a lot. I haven't had any issues since then with my wrist. Finding his new building a can be easy if you use Google Maps. It was pretty straight forward. However the parking is confusing and complicated. As your turn right at the fork like Google says, make a quick right and there is some unassigned parking spots. Just be sure you give yourself ample time to find parking and the building if it's your first time being a patient here. With the new building comes it's pros and cons. The con is it is a little smaller in the open bay area than the previous building and waiting area by the entry way is also smaller. The Pros, you still receive the great customer service and friendly staff smiles who like to have fun and joke around with you. So leave your negativity at the door upon entering the room. Embrace the positive zen as you walk in. Now my favorite part of the pros with the new place. Dr Bob has gone fully automated and paperless. No more filling out paper work about your pain areas. Now when you check in at the front counter he has a tablet for you to fill that information on. It's point and click. When you check out now they are also accepting Apple and Google Pay! I love using my Apple Pay app. Again for myself I really enjoy coming to visit with Dr Bob. I always recommend him to my family and friends. He makes miracles happen and the pain seems to usually go away on the first visit most of the time! Keep up the phenomenal work y'all!!!
